First of all, the person who helped me to order this oven was phenomenal. I ordered it online but I had a tax exempt which I needed to use. They told me what to do and I was refunded the tax within 7 days. The oven was delivered without any problems. We have not installed it yet because of some issues on our end.

The delivery team completely ghosted me twice. Said they would be here Wednesday between 3-7pm and never came or communicated any cancellation. Said they would come Friday between 3-7pm and the exact same thing happened. It™€™s been almost a week and we have no clue where our oven is or when we will receive it. Customer service had been less than helpful and has zero resolution. I™€™ve taken off work TWICE and canceled Valentine™€™s Day plans to be here and they never called or showed up. I™€™m out money for missing work twice, and will have to an 3rd day when they reschedule delivery AGAIN. Unfortunately I offered to be compensated by Frigidaire for this dysfunction. Will update review if something changes.

I absolutely love this electric glass top stove, it is very easy to clean up with vinegar and water, has oven steam cleaner can™€™t wait to try! Controls are in front so person doesn™€™t have to lean to adjust controls in back. The heating elements let you know what size of pot/pan to use to get best results with food.

Cooking service is very nice, heats up quickly. Takes a little while to preheat the oven, being as it has only one element, thats to be expected. Nice even bake. The material used for he slide out drawer is a bit thin, and seems cheepish. but over all we enjoy the oven.

The oven works very well, the smooth top is thankfully strong - the duct from the previous range's exhaust system fell out of cabinet above and fell onto stove - not a scratch!! The only down side so far is that the storage drawer at the bottom feels very flimsy.

We have used our range for a week now. We had two other makes before this one and they failed. We chose the front controls because we believed that there was too much heat in the back that caused the controls to fail. We also like the front controls because we do not have to reach over hot pans.

Worst stove and even worse service complained about oven shutting off when trying to bake display goes out and turns back on when you move surface knobs reset clock and starts again had tech come out tested power it was ok couldn't get oven to repeat issue second visit he claims to have put in control panel left front panel loose and couldn't get oven to work told us it was an electric issue even after he tested it the first time and it was good we had electrician test incoming power and it is fine now they want same tech who doesn't know how to fix anything to come and waste more of our time

I just installed my Frigidaire electric stove and what I love about it is that it's simple. It has all the necessary functions and so very little can go wrong. The warmer burner is genius and having the controls on the front means more room for large pots and pans. Most stoves have the controls on the back part which sticks up and takes away much needed space for large pans. I expect to have this stove for a long time.

I love that the stove has controls on the front and not the high back. I have a very small kitchen and the kitchen actually looks bigger. I also like that it has 5 burners, one is a warming burner. The oven is a good size. My bread comes out great!!
