The style of range creates SO much more worktop space, perfect for canning or cooking large meals! It is the same measurements of my old range, but the layout creates more space! Also love the front controls! No more reaching over boiling pots to turn on the oven or set the timer! And the Quick Boil is no joke! I was honestly shocked at how quickly it will boil! I do a lot of canning, so bringing water to a boil quickly is a game-changer! I had looked at other, much more expensive ranges, but wasn't able to purchase because they didn't deliver to my very rural area. So I "settled" for this one. SO glad I did!!! I upgraded the range a bit by painting the handle gold and switched the knobs for stainless and now it looks like a $3,000 range! Don't hesitate! You will love it!

Very pleased with the stove and how it functions. I only wished the bottom drawer was a bit steeper so I could store some pots and pans in it. It does hold a few so there really is no problem. I had to make room in my bottom cabinets for the rest. Overall I™€™m very pleased ??

We love our new Frigidaire range. It replaced a 25 year old Maytag range and I think it will be an excellent successor. I love the 5 burners and the edge to edge cooking grates so that I can slide a pot off of a hot burner without tipping it over. I am looking forward to using the steam cleaning function.

I cannot believe how awesome it is!! I have never ever had a brand new stove. Oh my goodness the quick boil burner-awesome! The remaining 3 burners awesome! I just need to purchase a griddle to try out the center burner. I am one happy happy customer!

We purchased our Frigidaire stove to replace our 20 year old stove- and had to do so before the holidays were here. We hosted 30 for Thanksgiving and it was exactly what we needed for roasting a 20 lb turkey, cooking savory sides, reheating contribution dishes from guests , simmering gravies and baking those golden delicious pies. Wonderfully easy to operate. I also love how it looks in my kitchen. I do however wish it came with a griddle unit for the stove top. Other brands did and I wish I had one. Frigidaire was in stock and my first choice ( with griddle) was not available before T™€™giving.

Love my stove with one exception. The front panel is too sensitive. If I have the oven on & start cleaning the stove top the oven turns off if I get to close to the panel.

yes the fan blows air so hard it bypasses some of the exhaust fan above.broiler is electric oven is gas never read that in discription.iron grates are harder than enamel to slide pots and pans around.best part no smart features.fan blows hot air so hard on stove top, some heat and particulate matter bypasses exhaust fanit's hard to find a stove we want to buy, rather than one Frigidaire wants to sell us!!!

We like our new gas stove a lot! The installers were very patient when the first unit delivered had a fan screeching noisy, next new one delivered had dents, and the last one finally we accepted. However, the FAN in the bake mode is very noisy. Real noisy. One would think an alternate fan at a slower speed might get the job done? The squirrel cage type fast fans are just plain NOISY!

The stove works fine. Nice array of different size burners. The high heat quick boil burner is especially useful. The volume on the timer is so low it's worthless unless you are right in the kitchen with the stove. There is no volume adjustment. The biggest drawback is the annoying whistling sound produced by the vent fan ( not convection fan; this model doesn't have convection mode.

The range looks and works fine however the oven makes a humming noise due to a fan? I called Frigidaire and the rep couldn't help me so she is sending someone to look at it. If it continues to make the noise I will be concerned.

The oven fan makes a high pitched sound. We paid $1000 for a stove top. Service people couldn™€™t do anything about it. Unless you are totally deaf don™€™t buy it.

Overall, my wife and I love the looks of the new range and it works as it should. The oven seems to be on temperature and the flames are right on but the drawback has been. The fan comes on when the oven does and it has a very high pitch ™€œAnnoy™€ whine. I™€™m not sure if this fan is truly needed, It™€™s annoying can be hurt throughout the whole house. I would love to disable that fan.

New Convection Rane

Have only had the range for 2 weeks but so far so good. First time with a convection oven so didn't realize the fan would run through out baking time, but it is on the quite side and I don't find it a problem. Fan does run until oven cools down, but I leave the door ajar so it cools down faster. I like the grill burner in the center, find it easy to use with my griddle. Oven preheats fast, and Quick Boil burner does just as the name implies. Range is nice looking and fits in well with my other appliances.

Why doesn't the control panel light up??????

It is a beautiful stove, but the control panel is so hard to see. The clock lights up, so it doesn't seem that it would be difficult to have the controls light up. I have to turn the kitchen lights on and bend down to see the controls,

The unit was delivered a month ago. I have been on the phone from the first week. Loud fan noise. The cooling fan blows directly to the top of the stovetop. If you have anything on the back burners on simmer and turn the oven on it blows out the flame. The first technician ordered a new fan. They replaced the fan which didn't solve anything. another technician came in this morning. He told us that this is a design problem and nothing can be repaired. He called the senior technician to get his advice. The senior technician told him that he know of the problem but let's change the fan again. The technician told him that there is nothing wrong with the fan. When I called customer service again they told me the according to the senior technician's report the technician had refused to change the fan the second time. We are stuck with a health hazard and they are playing a game around us. The only option is filling a claim with the small claims court. Why? pride? not wanting to accept responsibility and removing this trash from the market.

I purchased this gas range because I was not looking for bells and whistles. It was nice sleek looking. It is hollowish and tinny if you can understand. I can live with all that BUT the fan unit is very very loud and when I broil i ( be aware it is electric ) it could barely toast a piece of bread. ) I was very disappointed with those two issues. I had a service tech come to verify that the fan unit was not compromised and he said nothing was wrong with it and thats the way it is. I don't understand how people can offer 5 star reviews with these issues.

A very good range overall. The assortment of different size burners are handy for various size pans. They light instantly every time and have a good range of heat adjustment. The buttons for the front oven controls, timer, ect. work fine but require a very firm push to activate them. The oven heats quickly and bakes evenly. I would have given this 5 stars except for a couple of things. The cooling fan in the rear of the range that comes on whenever the oven is used makes a high pitch squealing like noise which, although it is not very loud, can be annoying. I had a service technician come out to look at it to make certain the motor was not bad. He told me that he has had other calls about the same noise and is assured by the manufacturer that it is normal. The other issue I have with it is the shiny aluminum rings around the burners and the mat finish caps on the burners. The rings and caps are already getting discolored by splatters from normal cooking and, I have not found a way to clean them. All in all, it is a very capable range for the price and I am satisfied with its performance.
