I am finding the thermostat isn't accurate. I have a thermometer in the oven and when baking a cake at 350 the temp sometimes drops 75 degrees, making cooking time longer. I've adjusted to setting the temp 25 degrees higher which helps. I'm going to get a second thermometer to see if it's my thermometer or the oven's thermostat.

I love my new oven. Getting started using my new oven was simple. The direction were easily understood, from picking the cooking mode to setting the timer. Was the most excited for my wall oven. It's so user friendly and very easy to clean. I accidentally put something with plastic inside the plastic melted but I let it get cold and plucked it right off and no damage to anything or scraping

This oven is exactly as described. The digital control is very intuitive and simple to operate. The temperature seems very accurate. Our previous oven was damaged during a remodel and we found very little choices for 27™€ double ovens, so we™€™re very happy to find this beautiful and affordable option.

After one week of use, oven looks great and works well so far. Installation was a bit of a trick because our junction box was located below the oven compartment. If this is the case for you, be sure your electrician is aware and has extra flex conduit, appropriate wire and terminals since the provided whip will not be long enough. In addition, minimum width is critical measurement--I would suggest an extra 1/8 to 1/4 inch on top of the posted minimum. I was just at minimum and we had to rock the oven back and forth to fit in the opening.Also - if you follow the installation suggestion of removing the doors first, be prepared for a bit of a challenge putting them back - requires patience and just the right angle to get them in.I also found that I did not need the lower trim piece I ordered and that Frigidaire was very accommodating with their return policy on that item.In terms of function, the oven heats evenly, browns food nicely in convection mode, and I like the fact that these ovens don't need a bottom heating element. Design is sleek and looks great in our remodeled kitchen.

We love how the one screen ,at the top of the oven, has everything you need. There aren't complicated buttons all over the top of the oven. It's just one screen convenience.We've already made chocolate chip cookies and my nine year old said there better than ever.

The oven works great, and looks fantastic.My one small complaint is that the electrical cord/wires were about 8 inches shorter than the oven it replaced. I was able to squeeze into the space to do the wiring, but just barely able to squeeze out when done. Put an extra 8 inches of wire on the unit and I give it 5 stars.

The double oven arrived with no visible damage to shipping container and no visible damage to product when unboxed. However, when installed, the lower oven fan was hitting something and sounded like a playing card in bicycle spokes. I called Frigidaire service (Electrolux) after 35 minutes on hold was able to talk with a service agent several continents away who I could barely understand every fourth word. I gave agent model and serial numbers, was finally able to relay that the lower oven fan was "making strange sound". The agent told me "repair call you". The local contracted service company sent me an email to set up a time schedule during which the technician would arrive between 8am and noon the next day. Excellent! I thought... Technician arrives next day, I invite him into the house and kitchen. Here's the newly installed double wall oven with the noisy fan. He then tells me the work order states "counter top range", and that he could not work on the double wall over due to error on work order and that he could not work on a double wall over anyway due to requiring another technician to remove the ovens as the fan must be removed from the back of the oven assembly. I this point I was not very happy. I thanked him for showing up and did not hear a thing from his company nor Frigidaire (Electrolux) since. That was over a week ago! Luckily! I am retired and do frame-off restorations of my fleet of classic muscle cars and have a 10,000 sq. ft shop with every tool known to man... I verified there was ample clearance between the front of the fan blades and the front of the fan housing. Therefore, I grabbed a right-angle pick and pulled each fan blade 1/8 inch toward the front of the fan assembly as I knew the blades were slightly hitting the fan motor mounting bolt heads. Fan works great with no noise at all. I cooked a large turkey in the lower oven and a large ham in the upper oven. I am very pleased with the double oven...not so much with customer service!!! I will enter your sweepstakes. Likely not much chance of winning I suppose...

I love my new double oven! The convection feature was not something I was looking for and wow am I surprised at what a difference it makes in baking! A double oven is a must with my family. I am so happy that this new oven works even better than my last Frigidaire double oven which was 16 years old when I replaced it. Installation was easy. Units have performed well...fast preheat, solid performance.Only suggestion would be add 6-8 inches onto power conduit.. had to move thejunction box up into the top of the cabinet area cutout.
