I purchased frigidare model FCWD2727AS, a 27 inch microwave oven combination. I paid $2800 on 08/06/2022 and waited 6 months for delivery, which delivered January 28, 2023. Immediately, upon usage of microwave, there was a loud humming or buzzing, which still remains. Then, using the oven, I Immediately received an error code 45, that simply says contact customer service, with a toll free number. I contacted customer service, set up a service call. The error code was due to a cooling fan loose connection. A brand spanking new appliance should not have these issues right out of the box. Now I am being told, that the magnetron on the microwave may need replacement due to the microwave noise and again have a service call scheduled for another day of having to take time off from employment. Although a one year warranty is in effect, I have lost six months of warranty due to back order of appliance and would like frigidare to extend the warranty in a goodwill concession, since I do not know what else is going to fail next; however, I have very little faith, based upon the current failures already. A new oven may be the remedy, since this is certainly not an appliance that is new, with immediate failures out the box.A brand new costly appliance, thousands of dollars spent, should not have problems out of the box.My customer experience has been horribly frustrating, stressful and anxiety ridden. You wait six months, only to incur an oven, microwave that cannot be used. Taking valuable time off from employment, to accommodate a service technician to enter the home, not once but now twice. Loosing, time, money and patience. This is the first time I have purchased Frigidare. I have Maytag, Kenmore, GE, kitchen aid and never had any problems. I don't believe I would patronize this brand again, unless something or someone makes this right. Ron Baltimore, MD
