Just installed yesterday and the oven worked fine. The microwave shuts off after 3 seconds of use. On chat with Frigidaire trying to get support. What a joke - I've tried all the trouble shooting steps. Hold time is forever. What are they going to do over chat? Back to the store....God help me.

The oven and microwave combo oven I received on 11/23/24 was in perfect condition. The oven preheats very quickly and works very well. The functions on mine are for Bake, Convection Bake, and Broil. The control panel is easy to use. When you set the bake time and time is up, the oven shuts off automatically. Very nice! It is also self cleaning. The microwave door opens from the side which is a feature that I was used to do am happy with that. Also if for some reason either appliance needs replacement they can be replaced individually. Another great feature! I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I purchased it about 2 weeks ago and have not yet used the oven, but we use the microwave every day and love it so far. It is much quieter than our prior model, the light inside is bright and it heats to your expectations. We also love the settings on the quick start options.

Bought because it™€™s a 27 inch with a side opening microwave door. Annoying things so far:No roasting pan includedFitting instructions don™€™t tell you how to take the door off. That™€™s buried in the manualAnti tip screws should have an option to fit from the front. Screws provided are stupidly short and it™€™s hard to get a screwdriver on themMicrowave clock is super bright. It™€™s like a night light. Would like to be able to dim it or turn off. And it™€™s a different font from the oven.

We originally had a GE product, went out so to fit in our cabinet we had to go with Frigidaire model. Let me tell you: so much quieter, quicker heat up, more appealing to the eye on design front. I don™€™t usually comment on products but this has been like a bad dream. We ordered February 2023 and finally received in April 2023. The lower element has never worked. Couldn™€™t get a tech out to fix it. Finally got someone in January of 2024. Told us the main board needed to be replaced. About 3 weeks later a tech came and replaced the main board and the lower element and it still wouldn™€™t work. Said he™€™d contact the warranty dept which he didn™€™t do. We have to call them, which I did today but Frigidaire was too busy to take my call. So here we are. Over a year and $3,000.00 later and we still have a brand new microwave/oven combo without a working oven.

Electrical Outlet

Unfortunately, the electric wall oven could not be connected. The existing electrical outlet must be removed by an electrician, and the oven is to be hotwired into the wall. This is necessary in order to provide space for the oven to fit within the wooden cabinet.

Rattle trap zero stars

The box arrived with screws loose and on the bottom of the carton. We couldn™€™t find where they fell from so we installed the unit. Now the microwave rattles like a baby rattle. It™€™s so annoying. Don™€™t buy a Frigidaire product. I thought we got a deal but we were taken for a ride. The add video doesn™€™t work or you could hear this POC rattle like a race car motor.
