Cleans dishes pretty good. Of course, takes longer than our old 20+ year old dishwasher that broke. However, that seems to be the norm now. Dries ok. We'll see if it holds up for 20 years.

Unreliable machine with terrible service

I have been without a dishwasher for over 2 months. The technician sent out failed to fix the machine, ignored my calls, texts, and lied constantly about when a repair would be done. When I got Frigidaire on the phone about the terrible service, I was lied to. I was told that a replacement unit has been ordered and I should have it soon although no promises could be made that it would be before Christmas. Two days later, I get a random email asking for details that Frigidaire already knew I couldn™€™t provide and that I was assured I wouldn™€™t need. As it turns out, the order for a replacement unit was a lie and no one told me or attempted to call. Instead, I get the news that a refund will be issued. I have not been able to get an answer on any questions until the next day furthering this process. I have yet to be told how much, when, or how Frigidaire plans to make this up to me. I am beyond frustrated and it feels like I will have another month of handwashing dishes in a household of 7 people.

I like how the dishwasher cleans and sanitizes. I am having trouble with the door staying open to load the the bottom tray. I also can't keep the plates straight up they keep tipping over. Wish the pegs where made better to keep plates upright.

Very quiet, cleans well, like the options available for either 1 hour quick wash or longer cleaning cycles with heat/temp boost. We are not dishwasher snobs or particularly picky, as long as it washes our dishes we™€™re satisfied. We™€™ll see how long it lasts since our old one lasted 10 years. So far so good and recommend.

I really wish this dishwasher came with an option for dry only. The dry cycle leaves water on the first round which means we can™€™t just put dishes away once the cycle is done and have to hand dry or let dishes air dry.
