We looked at a few different models, but when we found this one we were sold. We absolutely love the deli drawer. There is so much room in the fridge. We had a little trouble switching the doors, but wasn™€™t anything major. Would definitely purchase again.

Door and freezer storage space are way better than Whirlpool

I really like the roominess of the doors in both the freezer and fridge sections. the main area of the freezer is also really nice. The drawers in the fridge portion are not as roomy as I had hoped, but maybe I can move things around to make it more spacious. All told, I really like the new fridge. I hope it lasts as long as my old Whirlpool that is still going after 28 years.

I love my new Frigidaire, so far! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the top freezer, however, I do miss my ice maker & not having a light in the freezer. I am still having a little bit of a problem with the seal on the freezer door, but it is better since the repairman worked on it. Will keep an eye on it though! The size of the fridge is great & I really love all the space on the doors. One negative is where the light is in the top of the fridge is in a bad spot. I keep hitting my head on it when I reach to the back of the fridge. Could you put all of that on the side somewhere so it's not such a hazard? This Frigidaire refrigerator is a perfect size for me! I hope it lasts many, many years! Winning would be awesome, too! ??

Love the fridge, but it was shipped with a defective crisper drawer (missing rollers, never installed at factory).I™€™m sure it™€™s a $2 part and you can™€™t buy/get them from the company!! You have to replace the entire drawer at $100!It™€™s covered by warranty, and the repairs company has been out TWICE to look at it, order the drawer and then deliver it! Fridgidaire has probably spent more than the entire cost of the fridge, just in time, fuel, wages, etc to make this right. Oh yeah, it™€™s been weeks, and I™€™m still waiting for the drawer to arrive, which requires a repairman to deliver and install it! Tgey couldn™€™t/wouldn™€™t just ship it to me so I could put it in!!This is a going-out-of-business process!!

Ideal Overflow Remedy

We bought this refrigerator to put in an outside shed to store overflow items from our main refrigerator. This shed is not climate controlled so this refrigerator is in cold of winter and hot of summer. We use the freezer to store food items year round, and keep plenty of daily items (food and lots of beverages) in the bottom section. Temperature control is set to the suggested settings and both freezer and bottom compartments work great. What a handy way to have the extra refrigeration at a very reasonable cost.

Wanted a basic refrigerator, no need for bells and whistles. At first I didn't like that the shelves were "short" because of how deep the door shelves are (gallon of milk fits without trouble), but now I love how many bottles of sauces and jars of pickles, mayo and just about everything else can fit on the doors. It makes it very easy to see the fridge items without having to move things around on the glass shelf. No more guessing what is behind what at the back of the fridge. So far, I am really liking this refrigerator. Keeps temps quite cold. Not the most quiet fan though, but totally tolerable.

Had to adjust re adjust several times the fridge temp. Much lower than the recommended settings still a work in progress still freezing stuff in the refrigerator never had this problem w my LG. I am not blocking the air exchange guess I just have to deal w this. Other than that I like it once I get the temp set

This is a great refrigerator for the price point. It is quiet and the shelving is very spacious to be a smaller appliance. My only complaint is the styrofoam in the upper vent is an eye sore. Hopefully this will be resolved moving forward with this model.

My 6 year old Whirlpool, which cost a lot more, recently had to have its fan motor replaced (out of warranty of course) and it cost $300. After a month it began to get very loud - even though it worked fine, the noise meant we had to shut our bedroom door just to sleep. I started shopping around for a replacement and after a lot of research took a chance on this model. I am quite surprised at how quiet it is, how well it runs, and what is most amazing is the room! It is designed in such a way as to have about as much space inside as a 22-23 cu ft fridge. The shelves and especially side in-door shelves are just perfect, and the huge deli tray is a great idea. It did arrive with some cracks/scratches on the plastic of the inside door trays (due to shipping/handling by the delivery people), but a quick call to Frigidaire get me free replacements from a wonderful customer service rep after a brief wait on hold. So far I am very happy with the purchase, with Lowe's, and with Frigidaire.

I love our new fridge. My favorite part of the fridge is the large cold cuts and cheese bin. I love that the shelves are one level, instead of many adjustable small shelves.The only thing that is still an issue, that I was hoping the even temp would solve, is things in the on the top shelf of the fridge that are put at the back of the shelf still freeze a bit. Other than that, well worth the money.

We purchased this one as a replacement for or last Frigidaire top freezer model that lasted almost 17 years. It was still working, but the temp control for the refrigerator compartment was maxed out on coldness, and it was running a lot. We really like the newer model, the freezer compartment is larger than our old one (at a trade off of the lower compartment being smaller). we tend to have more frozen food on hand, so it works out perfectly. Really like how easy the crisper drawers slide in and out (on wheels). Plenty of storage in the door pockets, too!

Freezer and frig maintain a cold temperature, which we like. Also, more storage room than expected inside and particularly in containers on inside door, where depth is much deeper than previous top freezer models. This frig holds twice as much in those side panels.. We do not care for the feature that stops the door from closing without a strong push. Also, would prefer the option of a handle. Overall, pleased with Frigidaire 20.0 Cu Ft Top frig.
