The Freezer broke down almost immediately. Made a lot of phone calls and had service repair people sent from Frigidaire come to try to fix it. They were unable to fix it because Frigidaire doesn't have the parts available. I wish I would have bought a freezer with another company.

This freezer has several shelves that are movable, several shelves in the door, and a bottom basket-type shelf. It keeps the temperature very nice and cold, and I really appreciate the tight seal it makes when you close the door. So far, we love it!

Works great, freezer alarm needs to be louder. The 20 cubic feet is deceiving and it holds a lot of food. The door shelves also hold a nice amount of stuff. Runs quite. If your freezer is not somewhere you will be able hear the soft alarm get the cheap mode that does not have that feature.

Purchase at your own risk! Purchase this just under two weeks ago and already have things melting inside at the coldest setting. The earliest they can get a representative technician out to me as a week!!! This replaced a 30-year-old freezer that was only starting to have trouble and the idea was to spend $1,000 to avoid losing $2,000. There is no food spoilage coverage with frigidaire's warranty so good luck to all!

I also like the sleek design and location of the temperature control on the front of the unit. I like having the tiny light on the front that tells me if our house has lost electrical power. I like that the unit will keep things frozen for quite awhile even if the house does lost power for very long.

The model of the freezer was unique with the controls on the door which I like and find effective. The only comment I'd add would be if the same control on the door told me the internal temperature of the unit. You still have to open the door to make sure it is working as expected. :)

The new Frigidaire freezer arrived last night from Costco, and by this morning it was very cold and ready for the load of food our neighbors had been keeping for us when the 20-year-old one died. Now, about 2 hours after being loaded, the very handy temperature gauge shows that "Freeze Boost" is doing good work on stabilizing everything at normal, safe freezer temp. As I re-organized and reloaded everything, the size and shelving arrangement, with some additional wire baskets, make everything much easier to find and access than with our older unit. We're hoping to get at least 20 good years from this unit, and we know we'll be saving a lot of electricity.

This freezer had most of the features I was looking for. I thought it would display the internal temperature on the exterior door, but it only tells what level of cold. It has glass shelves inside and would have preferred wire to help increase air flow. I had to order it at the store and there weren™€™t any on the floor that were similar so we has to guess from the pictures on a computer screen. I have no concerns with its ability to work correctly

We needed more refrigerator & freezer space. We bought both the freezerless refrigerator & upright freezer. Both work great and couldn't beat the price compared to other models. Our only cons are, we can't put the right up against each other without a pairing kit which we found out after the fact, thankfully we have the space to separate them enough. We also wish there was another shelf or two to allow more storage
