Faulty bottom sprayer

Had for 4 yrs and have had nothing but issues with the bottom spray arm melting onto the heating element. I've had it replaced by warranty already and now it's happened again. I'm so overwhelmed..

Nightmare

This dishwasher is bad and we have had all Frigidaire products in 2 homes now and our daughters. this dishwasher is a nightmare. We have new home and bought in October but never received product till December. now say warranty only good till Oct. Has not worked from day one. Technician has been out for times and made 2 repairs as they can't stick around to watch it run as they run so long. Have made 4-574 mile trips to no avail. Technician told us after 2 repair attempts they would get us a new one. Nope now they want to attempt another repair. this is such crap. Will not be recommending Frigidaire anymore unless this is taken care of. Not making another trip to try and fix this. latest repair code is 94197568. Always stops at 70 minutes. I-20 code

I love that this dishwasher is so quiet - much better than my old one. And it offers a wide range of operating times, which I need to explore. BUT.....this dishwasher holds far less than my old one did and despite the fact that it supposedly has an EvenDry System, everything came out very wet.

The brandnew house that we bought on 2019 came with all Frigidaire appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas range. Our dishwasher stopped working this year with the ER code tried all the troubleshooting I can do. Nothing worked! My frigidaire refrigerator is also started leaking water on the floor everyday this year. I tried calling the company and they said both are out of warranty and they cannot do anything about they to referred me to a service center which I have to pay out of pocket. The repair would cost me as much as buying a new one. I would never choose Frigidaire products for my house, if I had a choice, it™€™s not worth the stress and frustration you™€™ll have to go through. Go for better products with better quality and customer service.

Purchased this dishwasher along with all the matching kitchen appliances and this dishwasher has been nothing but headaches. Many repairs needed over the 4 years we have had it. To this day we must of had 6 repairs needed on it. Now we are beyond frustrated as again problems with it. Decided its time to look for a new one. Don't know if we will go with a frigidaire model again b/c of all the issues associated with this one. Very dissapointed.

We have purchased the dishwasher a month ago and it is working great! The design is simple and elegant and the machine leaves our dishes shining! It has been a great investment so far! Although we had issues with the installation, Frigidaire sent the right personnel on time to ensure things run smoothly.

After less than a month the heavy cycle would end with an error. Service came out and placed an order for multiple parts. After several months the parts were still on back order. Expected better quality. They finally replaced it after living with a defective product for months. About a month it it™€™s still working as expected

Our Frigidare dishwasher quit (crapped out) in less than a week after it was shipped to our home and installed by Lowes. We contacted Frigidare and were told someone would come to fix it within a couple of weeks. We will never buy another Frigidare product.

My dishwasher did a great job of cleaning the first time used; however, it did not shutoff. Repairman ordered a new control panel, when he tried to replace it, he said the label on the dishwasher is incorrect. I don™€™t know what to say.

™€¦.but it was a builder installed appliance. It comes nowhere near a top rating. It is very cheaply made. The tines are too close together, the silverware bin comes out when you remove silverware, there is no place for shallow bowls, it sticks when you pull it out, and there is no third rack. This is supposed to be Frigidaire™€™s higher model, and while it was probably $200 less, it does not compare to GE, KitchenAid, or Bosch. Do your research, then buy the best you can afford

Made the mistake of buying without in store display. Rack tines are too short, very flimsy and too close together.Even heat dry leaves dishes wet. My wife not only hates this product, she is livid.

Worst dishwasher I ever owned. This was builder installed in my new home. I™€™ve had Ge in the past that ran for years. Then I replaced it with a KitchenAid that was beyond awesome. This dishwasher is flimsy at best. The bottom rack often sticks when pulled out because there are no tracks. The utensil holder is small and doesn™€™t hold much. The bars that hold dishes all lean on the same direction, so you can™€™t efficiently load it with like sizes together. There is no room for bowls except to lean them against other dishes. Pots and pans? You might as well hand wash those. There is no third rack which if you have ever had one, is a real plus for sharp knives and lids. I™€™m so tempted to have it replaced, but the last thing I want to do is spend more money to replace a brand new an appliance. I would never buy this dishwasher. Do your research before purchasing. There are much better ones out there for around the same price. If you™€™re looking for a cheap apartment or rental home dishwasher then this one is for you.

I so happy we chose this dishwasher! So many great features! The washing/clean indicator light on the floor is genius! It dries well and evenly leaving my dishes spotless. It™€™s much quieter than our previous dishwasher. The only time I hear it is when it™€™s draining and then it™€™s just the water sound from the sink. Love how roomy it is plus the options to fold flat a couple of the racks. So far, I™€™m very pleased with this!

The machine is ok. Even though it has heated dry the dishes are always wet. The bottom rack is real flimsy. It just comes off track ever time we load dishes. Other than that the dishes come out clean.

This dishwasher is garbage. We have had it 5 months and have dealt with multiple leaks. It does not dry your dishes so when you open it after the cycle is completed everything is still wet. And to top it off their customer service is absolutely horrendous and refused to warranty the product. DO NOT BUY

This dishwasher looks great, nothing bulky sticking out. It is quiet while running and lights the floor up when in use which is quite pretty. It cleans very well and holds a lot of dishes, glasses, and utensils. I would recommend this to anyone shopping for a new dishwasher.

Very quiet. Silverware basket is too high and therefore difficult to get items out of basket. Also, you have to be careful loading because silverware will slide out through side of basket.

This dishwasher washes just fine (as far as I know...we rinse all our dishes) but it doesn't dry well, the racks do not slide nicely (they are the worst I've seen), and it was very expensive. They need to bring back the quality of the older machines, especially if they're going to charge outrageous prices. This is, supposedly, a "higher end" dishwasher, but it's barely average from what I can tell.

Runs way too long, wastes water and even with heat dry I have to dry every single dish and flatware....after letting it dry overnight!!! Bought three Frigidaire appliances and not happy with any of them. And I had Frigidaire for 27 years and loved all of them, replaced with the refrigerator died with stainless ...what a mistake

This is an amazingly quiet dishwasher! Glad it has the floor light to tell me when it is running (blue) and when it is finisher (green). Does a great job. Does not have the fancy knife rack (I prefer to wash my knives by hand). Love the stainless steel interior.
