My old dishwasher had died sometime ago. I wish I had not waited so long to replace it. My new one is so quiet I had to listen closely to know if it was running. It has a huge array of wash and dry options - I intend to try them all!

This model does a good job of cleaning the dishes. As well as previous Kitchenaid models I have owned. The trays are not as sturdy as they should be and the angles of the upright prongs make stacking plates challenging. The clearance on the 3rd level, upper rack is extemely tight so only very flat items or flatware can be washed there. While it is common for dishwasher not to get plastic/Tupperware items dry this dishwasher does a mediocore job of drying, even on the heated dry system.

The dishwasher is roomy and cleans well. Even the 30 min cycle gets everything clean. Love the lights that tell you when it is running and when it is clean.

Weekly source of frustration

We purchased this dishwasher to replace an older one with a broken heating element that no longer dried the dishes. Had I known how poorly this would dry the dishes I would have kept the old one. It was a complete waste of money and is regular source of frustration.

I love my new Frigidaire dishwasher™€¦it cleans and rinse™€™s beautifully. I love the third shelf!!! Works great for bigger spoons and spatulas! The only part I™€™m not a fan of is the silverware basket™€¦.smaller spoons and forks get caught in the side and always get stuck.

Drenched Time-Waster

It runs and washes okay; sometime leftover food is stuck, though. The layout for loading is honestly annoying, especially the bottom rack. There are too many little hooks to fit bigger things nicely. Anything tall can't fit because of the little propeller on the bottom of the second rack. My biggest issue, though, is the fact that nothing ever, EVER gets dry. This is so absolutely irritating; I have to leave it completely open for hours and every time I think they're done I touch one and it leaks water and I have to continue waiting forever or dry them by hand. There is a mistake in the manual under the air dry that just gives the description of the heat dry again so I have no idea what the air dry entails. The heat dry, which is supposed to be "available every wash" is not available every wash; I pressed the button for the Energy Saver wash and it will NOT let me select heat dry. Not that it matters anyway, because it doesn't get anything dry anyway. I am so very disappointed; I want the little dingy dishwasher from my apartment back.

I am extremely happy with my dishwasher. I like the favorite cycle feature and the lights that show when the machine is in a cleaning cycle and when it is done. My husband loves the top rack for the larger utensils and we both like how quiet the washer is. Easily the best dishwasher we™€™ve owned!

Keeps Shutting off

We have struggled with this problem for too long. It will stop mid wash and the blue indicator light flashes to let you know the cycle was interrupted. We have had technicians come out and spent hours on the phone with customer support. Nothing has worked! No one can offer a solution. It is time to get a new dishwasher to end our frustration. The sad part of it is, it's only 2 years old.

I have had the Frigidaire dishwasher for a month now and I truly love it. The third shelf for knifes it great make™€™s putting up knifes easy and safe. The dishwasher does a fantastic job of cleaning dishes. The dishwasher seems to hold a lot more dishes than the one I replaced. Also really like having the stainless tub. No issues at all with it.

I bought this appliance it matches my stove. It seems to only dry the dishes when the cycle runs for 195 min. This is the 2nd one I brought home. The first was damaged under the professional packing.

Layout more functional than previous dishwasher

A few times we have commented that the layout is more functional than the previous dishwasher. The third rack is nice to have as an option. The removable in rack silverware caddy had more than once created the space needed. Also like the light on the floor telling status of the wash. Price and function are nice.

I am appreciating the dishwasher, but I have a couple of complaints that I have not been able to have dealt with. We received the wrong cutlery basket, so it doesn't fit right, banging into the side of the dishwasher when I roll the lower rack in, as well as falling over if the utensils aren't balanced in it. When I spoke to a rep, he said there wasn't any way to get a different basket. Speaking of the racks, they don't roll very smoothly, going off track very easily.Happy with the look, clean dishes and low amount of noise.

The dishwasher is quiet. The only way we know it's on is the blue light that illuminates from the bottom. The light turns green when the dishwashing is done.

It is beautiful & very quiet. The door doesn't squeak when you open it. It is so quiet you really have to listen to hear it run. Cool looking lights at the bottom tell you when it is running & changes colors when done. I would definitely buy this again.

Poor design for a high end model

The silverware container handle hits the side when sliding bottom rack in. Poor design. The Bottom rack doesn't roll in without getting off the track. I thought this series was supposed to be high end??? Have had better dishwashers for half the price.
