So far the refrigerator is working well! (It should, though, it has only been a month! ) The freezer needs more organizational areas to accommodate the various types of food items we have. I do like the space inside the fridge and I like the movable shelves.

The little details on this fridge will drive you crazy, loud buzzing, random beeps, and worst of all the loud squeak every time the left door is opened on its own.

Our old fridge died and in a panic we did as much research as possible and chose this model that was in our price range. One month in, we are very happy with the fridge. The space is laid out well and we don't even know what to do with all of the space. It is a huge improvement from our old fridge. Our magnets hold well and look quite good on it as well.

I want to love it™€¦really I do. I love the French door design, and I can fit anything in it. I was sold by the fact that the ice maker is tucked away and does NOT take up much space in the main cabinet. I wish I had gotten the extra water button, but that™€™s my own penny-pinching fault. Unfortunately, the motor stated clicking and making a noise within two weeks. The customer service did not go well. My major problem with this refrigerator is, in fact, the manufacturer. One, I should not be calling for service during the first two weeks. Two, I™€™m still waiting for them to ™€œfind™€ someone in my area to service it. (They didn™€™t have a problem selling it in my area.) Third, my doors were slightly misaligned, and I was told it wasn™€™t Frigidaire™€™s problem. I™€™m sorry. Didn™€™t you make this product? So, in conclusion, I bought an overpriced, underperforming product that I hope lasts more years than I can count on one hand. I have figured out this appliance will probably cost about $500 per year to own, but I can™€™t figure why companies are pouring money into soliciting reviews instead of pouring those resources into building better products. Just saying™€¦since you asked. BUT, thank God it™€™s not a Samsung, so there™€™s that. * I read the terms that said you could shorten my review. I™€™m really hoping you don™€™t stop just before ™€œunfortunately.™€

After FOUR failed attempts to find an LG model that actually cooled, we got this baby. Got to optimum temperature the same day and that sure made us happy! But even though it wasn't exactly what we wanted, we've found it works very well for us. Nice and big, no wasted space for water dispenser, sleek design. The chilling drawers close all the way (found that many leave a gap), adjustable shelves, liking the air filter - no smells at all and the six-month replacement won't cost a fortune. The ONLY thing we don't love and is a small inconvenience, is that because it still has the option of making ice, when the freezer is opened, the top shelf doesn't automatically open. It needs to be pulled out over the deeper portion.

Good Fridge but Parts Misaligned

Overall, I really enjoy the fridge and the ice maker makes square ice, which is great for water bottles and everyday use. However, after using the fridge for a week, I noticed the seal between the French doors did not entirely seal and the portion that should open when the left door is opened is too short to catch the groove and open.

Arrived damaged

I've had my refrigerator for over 2 weeks and it arrived damaged. I'm currently waiting for parts to repair the freezer door so I don't have ice buildup because the door won't close properly. I had a long wait to get through to customer service to schedule repairs.

The only complaint is the way the plastic it comes in sticks in the cracks all the way around and it didn™€™t get cut out properly at install. Otherwise we really are enjoying the space and the tons of light inside.

We love this refrigerator. It's huge. The shelves are solid glass and metal instead of cheap plastic. Drawers are large. Love the meat drawer that's the entire width of the fridge. Freezer is nice size.Our only complaint is that the left door that has the slip that fits into a slot allowing both doors to close easily is no longer lined up. It's only been 3weeks since delivery, so we think the door was not lined up properly upon installation. Home Depot is coming back out to fix. They have been great, by the way. It was easy to call them and schedule a repairman to come out and fix. Only a 3-day delay.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is an excellent refrigerator. My only complaints are the lack of slow-closing features on the doors, which slam too easily when closed. The beeping from the door is also a little mysterious and could be better explained in the manual.

Overall I™€™m very happy with our new fridge. There are a few design flaws on the inside that decrease usability. For example the shelves on the right side of the fridge only work on the right side and same for the left side. This makes it difficult to rearrange according to your specific spacing needs. It does provide lots of door storage. The fridge also unboxed with two dents on the front that will have to be hidden with pictures or magnets. Other than these two main concerns we are very happy with the fridge.

I have only owned the fridge for about three weeks. So far it seems fine. The gasketing seems to be sealing although it doesn™€™t look ™€œeven™€. This is my third refrigerator in three years. All the others have failed. They were LGs though. I am hoping I can get five or more years out of this one. We™€™ll see.

After 3 LG refrigerators that wouldn't get groceries less than 41 degrees and screwing around with them for 9 months it was a pleasure to get a refrigerator that works properly, I have no complaints about that, the design inside was a bit better on the LG, but that doesn't help much if you can't keep your groceries cool enough. The only real negative is this is the worst stainless steal I have ever known for fingerprints and trying to clean them off.....seriously.... not sure why this is so, buy the cleaner you will need it. I'm just glad I have a working fridge at this point lol

Nice replacement for what we had and it is very similar to the other brand. I like that magnets stick to this however the plastic drawers seem a little cheap. I with it has a timer on the door to signal it was still open.

I have had doors replaced 3x so far on this refrigerator because of scratches, dings and electronic problems. The last time he couldn't attach the handle securely so now I'm waiting for another new door. Also on the current doors both gaskets are ripping off. Getting new ones attached tomorrow.I love this refrigerator but I also hate it. I really wish the dealer would just bring me another refrigerator of the same type.

I really like the simple refrigerator and the ice maker in the bottom is great. It makes lots of ice into a large container. I like the drawers in the freezer for organization.The only problem is- it is starting to make unusual noises occasionally??

We are still loving our new Frigidaire. It has a lot of room and seems to run very quietly. We see now why some would like a "finger-print resistant" model, but we don't have children in the home, so we have learned to handle the doors with the back side of the handle. This keeps everything shiny and clean. Makes lots of ice, but not quickly, so plan ahead.

I didn't think it was possible, but I am in love with my new refrigerator. The wide shelves and generous LED lighting allows me to easily see what is inside. The shelves are adjustable and easy to keep clean. It is very quiet too which is an added plus. Like I said I love it.

Doors were not at all aligned and delivery guy had no idea what to do about it and even suggested we refuse delivery to have another delivered. I searched around online, found the answer to aligning the doors and did it myself. NOT SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO FIGURE OUT. I can imagine the fridge might be too noisy for some, but it doesn't bother me much. Ice maker sounds. Weird gurgling noises at times. Within the first month, the freezer section broke down and I lost all of my food in my fridge and freezer. After a very long hold on Frigidaire's site, I got a repairman set up and he came out soon and had me fixed up. The freon flow was obstructed and he replaced a part free on warranty. But should I be having that sort of problem after one month? I know these comments ALL sound negative, but I am pretty sure you can already see the positives for yourself in size, etc. Time will tell how this fridge works out. Hopefully all of the speed bumps are behind us.

I'm very dissatisfied with the refrigerator. The design is great. It's spacious and well thought out. Unfortunately, after only three months I have had the compressor replaced, ice maker disconnected, and now have the high temperature alarm going off every few minutes.

I have owned Frigidaire products (specifically refrigerators for over 13 years now and the company really stands by its product. We've have had some issues with some of the appliances but the warranty and customer service has been outstanding to work with. Your going to have problems no matter what but how will the get handled makes a huge difference. PLUS, the product is pleasing to look at and always have products priced for many different budgets. I would purchase Frigidaire again and highly recommend it to others.

Nice large capacity, Great layout. Just 1 MAJOR problem. Ice maker cycles every 100 minutes. Only makes 8 to 10 cubes that are close to 1 inch. The time needs to be shorter!!!
