Unfortunately, your refrigerator has not preformed well because the refrigerator was defective and does not work properly. The refrigerator is only 6 months old and is not cooling. The alarm is beeping, and the display screen is giving a ™HI™ warning indicating that the temperature as risen to an unsafe temperature. I had to refuse the first one the Home Depot tried to deliver because there was a huge dent in the back. While I know this this isn™™t directly your fault it was a predictor of trouble to come. I first called last Friday 9/27/2024 and was given some story about my issue must go to the ™back office™ for resolution, and to wait 3-5 days for a call. Unfortunately, that leaves me without a working refrigerator, and a family that still needs to eat. I called back Monday morning and was told that Maryland Appliance will be coming out to my house on Wednesday October 2, 2024. I called and confirmed the appointment with Maryland Appliance and forwarded them my receipt and information. Today October 1, 2024, I begin receiving emails saying Sears Home repair has an appointment for Friday October 4, 2024. Then a text from Sears Home Services offering an appointment on Thursday October 3, 2024. I find the lack of constancy from your company disturbing as well as a staff that doesn™™t sound like they are based out of America. While on the phone discussing the broken refrigerator, I have that is 6 months old, I was offered a ™special™ promotion on an extended warranty for $140 - $482, and an offer of a 5% discount on water filters. First, my current NEW Frigidaire refrigerator IS BROKEN! Second, I shouldn™™t need an extended warranty for a supposedly quality product like Frigidaire. Finally, even if I was interested in an extended warranty your first concern should be FIXING MY BROKEN FRIDGE. I have most of the Gallery Series products in my kitchen and am disheartened by the performance of the refrigerator.Here is an update to my situation. 10/14/2024 - The technician from Sears doesn™™t have the parts and Sears can™™t get them. Your customer service department either hangs up on me or tells me I must wait for the parts and schedule another appointment. I was supposed to have the parts tomorrow (10/15/20224) and Sears sent me an email saying they can™™t get them. I still do not have a working refrigerator and your customer service department doesn™™t care. This is not how you treat a customer.
