The fridge is okay but the doors are uneven. You must be very careful about block air vents or things will freeze. The installers were lousy and have the fridge tilted back so badly the door slams shut or slams open. I'm afraid that will cause damage.

Love my new refrigerator it™€™s sleek and classic! Love the size of the ice cubes and if you press the water button it has a sexy night light! The door pockets are deep and roomy, shelf™€™s are adjustable and I have plenty of room. Love the slate gray color!

The shelves barely meet the side brackets that hold the shelves up and any movement or weight causes them to fall along with everything on the shelf. I can only use my upper shelves for the lightest of foods. I noticed while reading reviews that I am not the only one who is complaining about this. I don't get it. How does this get through quality control? I have serious concerns as to how long this refrigerator will work.

I absolutely luv my frige. It's roomy. The storage capacity allows me to organize food so that I don't have to move stuff around to find w h at I'm looking for. It keeps my beverages cold. I luv it so much. It's quiet and efficient. Love the black stainless doors. Only disappointment is that the body is not, it's just black matte. But for the price, it's a nice fridge. I would recd to anyone looking for a reasonable price fridge.

Refrigerator works as expected. Added a deli tray to the unit, should have been included. Ice make is awesome and makes large quantities of ice. I like the black stainless finish.

This is the worst frigidaire product i have ever owned. Shelves don't fit, keep on falling off, ice maker broken, milk freezes. have had for 4 weeks and it is ugly. Stay away from this model!!! Wish I had my old one in California with me.

This fridge is very nice looking. I got the dark Stainless steel finish. Very easy hook up to icemaker. My biggest complaint is: No deli drawer, plastic that it is covered with for shipping. Very hard to get it out of where gaskets meet the doors, around icemaker as well. Like the side of door controls. Ice is one the smaller side, but icemaker works great!Time will tell, but overall I believe it will serve for years to come.

The design is so sleek and modern. I have 2 teenagers and this refrigerator has so much space for all of our needs. It makes me happy every time I open it. I really prefer the handles so the stainless doesn™€™t get so many fingerprints. I have been cleaning it with an all natural spray and a microfiber cloth and it is streak free and shiny with minimal effort. I really have been enjoying everything about this fridge!

It™€™s a refrigerator. Love the black stainless look and the simplicity. Not a fan of the protective plastic film it™€™s wrapped in for shipping. It tucks in underneath the gaskets and is near impossible to fulling remove. Not a fan of the customer service either. Unit stopped cooling well after a few months of use. Called the help line and was told ™€œto turn it off for 5 minutes, then turn it back on.™€ After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes. Ultimately diagnosed and fixed the issue myself.

i purchased refrigerator from lowe on dec 27 2022 with a delivery date of jan 11 2023refrigerator a week later with a dent chip on it, no screw for the handles when to lowethe next monday to get answer. they never take about replaceing it . so i told them tocome and pick it up with other things refund all my money they did , never got to use it. but it look good in my kicthen sad

I will give the looks a 5 star. I love the black stainless. Ice maker makes more than enough ice and the door shelves leave ample room for large drink bottles.I wish you had included an extra shelf for the refrigerator side.

Very happy with this fridge. However, there are a couple things that could improve, all related to the icemaker & dispenser. 1. Icemaker is very slow making ice. We've had it about a month, in dead if winter, and the ice bucket has never gotten close to 3/4 full. 2 person household. Well have to see what happens when it warms up and we use more ice. 2. When dispensing ice, after pulling glass away from paddle, many times it has dropped a couple cube that end up on the floor.3. The dispenser shelf is not very wide. You can not set a cup on it.

First of all, the fridge came scratched and making horrible noises. I've spent a couple hours on hold with Frigidaire and still haven't resolved the issue. The top of the fridge is about 45 degrees on a digital thermometer and the bottom freezes stuff. Sort of wishing I'd kept my old one.

I made a mistake by not looking at all my options for a new refrigerator. Initially I purchased a brand that I won™€™t name but when my GE , oops, arrived 3 weeks later it was defective. The door water dispenser did not work & something was also making an awful metal noise every few hours. I was sent an exact replacement & it to was defective. I requested a refund & that took an additional 3 weeks for them to remove. I then started shopping again and found this beautiful black stainless steel Frigidaire. It was delivered in 2 weeks & no issues. This fridge is not only beautiful but is very spacious, quiet running & well built.

Overall, we are pleased with this purchase. The temperature settings on the door are sometimes unintentionally changed and we occasionally have items freeze in the fridge section that are close to the wall that shares a wall with the freezer.

This refrigerator has plenty of room and looks beautiful in my kitchen. The drawers and attachments look are plastic, but they're very sturdy. The black stainless is fingerprint less - it really is fingerprint less. The ice cubes are small, which works fine for me. I'm really happy with this refrigerator and I love the way it looks!

Great fridge. Lots of room and is easy to move shelves and adjust all the temperatures. Water coming out of the dispenser isn™€™t as cold as I would like, and when it does it™€™s water intake ( not sure what the technical name is for it) - it™€™s really loud.
