Don't waste your money

worst ! shelving to bins... this refriderator came with my home. I would never buy this again, cheap looking, just not a functional fridge. I had a samsung before and will replace this fridge as soon as possible.

Loud and Faulty Ice Maker

This fridge is very nice cosmetically, however there are a few issues with it that buyers should be aware of. Firstly, its loud, I can hear the humming from my bedroom on the second floor. Secondly, although it keeps the food nice and cold the Ice machine is faulty and there have been recalls, had i known this i would have not bought it. I bought it November 2022 its now June 2023 and it still has not been replaced by the warranty. Thirdly, the warranty on the fridge is terrible. They claimed I had already replaced the ice box part and said they couldn't replace again, this was a BRAND NEW fridge in the plastic wrap and not had reported anything prior, so I'm stuck with a loud pretty but nonfunctional ice box now.

We thought it was the same as the one we had except in Stainless Steel. Disappointed that it didn't have the middle tray that we used for cheese and lunch meats. We used one of the vegetable trays. The ice maker does not make as much ice as the previous version does.

This was a gift and I am in love. I have never owned an refrigerator with ice/water had to call a plumber to install waterline had a small trailer refrigerator. This refrigerator is awesome I love the roominess in it. The crushed Ice with my tea I am drinking a lot more fluids and I have so much room for food. I love it and it works prefect and looks gorgeous!

When you open the door the light comes on the front panel and it starts beeping. Yes we know the door is open. Also it makes high pitched sounds from time to time. Is this normal for a new refrigerator? Other than that it keeps the food cold and no condensation build up like we had with the whirlpool model so that is a plus.

We purchased this fridge online without seeing it in person first. It was a bit smaller than I thought, but it does a great job of keeping everything nice and cold. The icemaker isn't the fastest, but the ice it produces is a great size and perfect for drinks. Overall, I would recommend this fridge.

Overall a good frig. Does as it is supposed to and is quite spacious for the size. The only issue that I would note is the design of the ice dispenser. When we are getting ice, it goes everywhere. Most lands directly in the cup or glass, however some drips down the freezer door( which is an irritant on stainless steel) , and it also spits out on the floor.

This refrigerator is aesthetically nice to look at. It is spacious. The water to the icemaker and freezer when it cycles through is really loud! I assumed it had been installed incorrectly but read reviews that others found it loud too. Im also having issues with the top shelf on the refrigerator door . It FALLS about once a week since the very first day it was installed! It's not even heavy! I've swapped it out with a different shelf & moved all the condiments to ensure notihibg glass remains on that shelf. Annoyed with that and will be calling soon.

Great motor but sub-par functions

This fridge is overall a good buy. The only downfall is the functionality of the ice make. 9/10 it will spray the ice on the ground (especially when the ice is on the crush option. Get ready to clean up bits of ice from the ground ! We don't use that feature because of that reason. It is a shame to have bought in to something like that and not have it work well! Aside from that, the fridge chills and works great. The door could have some retraction feature so it does not swing open as you lightly open it.

We™€™ve had the fridge for about 6 months and the fridge fan started making a rattling sound. Still under the manufacture s warranty the came out and fixed it and the problem was the main water line in the back of fridge was leaking and dripping inside onto the fan and water then froze. The noise was from the fan. Another issue I had is the glass shelves do not fit correctly flat on one side and a gap in the others . Here are some pictures

But other than that which is a simple fix. The machine works fine. It™€™s just a cap of some sort. The shelves are big and I like the layout

I've had a high temp alarm for the past 2 weeks. I've called customer service twice and was told that a technician would be in touch with me in a few days. No one contacted me. I called again a week later. But still no response. The refrigerator is less than a year old and should be under warranty. I would never buy a Frigidaire product again.

This fridge is a great size and has everything I was looking for. The water filter is very easy to use and replace, and I love the air filter to keep everything smelling fresh. It comes with several drawers and racks for plenty of storage and it's also easy to remove and clean. Very happy with this appliance.

Hi Dear Frigidaire team.Our Refrigerator is icing our vegetables and fruits all the time. We set it up with recommended temperature. It goes back to the temperature icing by itself without our control.Also, vegetable shelves are not easily open and closed and are not useful. One of the shelves was broken with just touching and when we put it in back to its location.Also, it makes fingerprints when you touch them.We want to fix all these problems or replace our refrigerator.Thanks...

This is a good basic fridge. It needs more shelves though. We ordered an additional shelf for the fridge door from a different website because Frigidaire doesn't sell them. I also wish this fridge came with a cheese drawer to utilize vertical space. I purchased clear bins to help me organize my cheeses.

We like the fridge. It us spacious. The finish stainless steel does not mark easily and cleans right up. We like the small size ice cubes. They are better than large ones and better than crushed ice.

The first 6 months were great

We looooved this fridge for the first six months. Fit into the budget, looked really nice, had a ton of room, and functioned super well. However, we have had it for about 6 months and it™€™s slowly started having weird issues. Now, the freezer door struggles to close all the way, even though there isn™€™t anything blocking and the seal is in place, and the ice maker constantly stops working through the door. We have to take out the ice box and twist the spiral thing that pushes the ice through. We™€™ve looked through the manual for way to fix it, but it™€™s pretty useless
