This is the first time I had at Frigidaire and just to let you know that even though it looks a little bit flimsy it does a great job keeps everything cold and the ice cube comes in bunches not slowly like my Samsung was.

I love the deep shelves. It is open and bright. The ice is regular shaped ice cubes, my last fridge they were odd shaped. Only problem is there is a slight leak from the ice. Hoping it corrects itself as it is still only week old.

We love our new fridge because even though it is the same size as our last one, the way it™€™s configured there seems to be more space. It is also well lit so it just looks nicer inside. The ice maker makes smaller ice cubes, which we like. The only thing I would like to improve is the water dispenser. It comes out too far so it over shoots my water bottle when I press it against the tab.

Please do not buy a Frigidaire!!!This was my first new fridge purchase of my life, I bought one for a rental property I am living with while fixing it up. First of all, the parts these use are cheaaaap!!! The side trays for the fridge and freezer side don't stay in (since they don™€™t lock/snap into anything) I had one fall out when I opened the door and it broke. The ice cubes are tinyyyy, wouldn™€™t count them as a cube, but okay. The water and air filter are just set to timers, so even if you replace the water filter with the same one it says it™€™s good. Same with the air filter (that doesn™€™t even have anything in it)Worst of all they will send you letters and emails constantly asking to register your product. After emailing them 5 times and calling 3 begging them to stop sending me ads I finally had to go to usps and get them to stop the letters. I will most likely be buying a new fridge and trying to sell this one for what it™€™s worth, almost nothing. Don™€™t bother!!!!

This side-by-side refrigerator has everything that you need. In-door ice and water (with a decent light that my kids find helpful!) are readily available. The ice is a good size, too: not huge, but a bit bigger than "pebble" ice. The shelves are very deep and there is a lot of shelf space all the way back. The drawer sizes are a little awkward to me, personally, but I am adjusting and finding how to make them useful! The unit seems sturdy and cools quickly (which was great when we had an issue with power connection the first week in the home!). Overall, we are very satisfied with this product.

My fridge went out. I wanted at least 25 cu. ft., and ice in the door. I wanted a French door, but after talking to a friend who had one was unsure about that design. My cousin has had side by sides for the last 40 years. The price was right and it had the features I wanted so thought I would try a side by side. It seems a little cheap with the plastic clips on the sides of the shelves.

Happy with the fridge but not so much with the installation (Home Depot). The person in charge left the connection (water line-fridge) dripping water. I had to call to Home Depot for a 2nd visit. Now, it is working well.

The refrigerator keeps things cool and frozen as it™€™s supposed to. I don™€™t like the feature that keeps some fan continuously running until you open the door, but I guess this feature is typical of newer refrigerator models. It might be 5 stars if it wasn™€™t for this feature. Hopefully it lasts longer than a couple of years.

Defective Refrigirators and Worst Customer Service

We bought this Refregirator in April, since then it has Issues with Cooling. we had approched customer service they sent "Dr. Appliance" people to take care of it. after he did check he noticed the Cumpressor is not working. He changed the Compressor and left. After that the very Next day it again had problem and Heat signal Turned on We again approched Customer service they did the same "Changing the Compressor and left". Again the very next day heat signal turned on and cooling went down. In this process We as family lost so much money as our produce and food got spoiled with these appliances and worst service.

Great Refrigerator Value

This was the perfect solution. Had a 10 year old Samsung with an ice maker issue that would cost as much to repair as this was new. The only negative I can think of at thins point is the texture of the stainless steel finish, when it reflects the lights at certain angles makes you look twice thinking there is a dent in the door.

Great refrigerator, lots of space for the capacity! I love the adjustable shelves and the depth. Plenty of frozen food storage space. Icemaker is a bit noisy at first but it's fine after the ice bin is not empty. Overall, a quiet refrigerator.

We had a Samsung refrigerator break down on us for the third time in two months. So, we went to get a replacement. We have always had a Samsung fridge, and they have been great. However, when we saw the price of the Frigidaire with similar dimensions, we had to consider it. The fact that it had water and ice available in the front for easy access is what convinced us. After using the Frigidaire for a few weeks, I have never experienced a better-running fridge. The items in the refrigerator get cold quickly, including beer. I highly recommend this to anyone who can overlook the slightly outdated side-by-side design.
