Great slide in oven

Not sure if I have the right burner handles

I have 2 burners that I can't figure out. The large summer to boil one, and the bridge burner. When I turn the large burner on high, it didn't hear up at all. Only when I turn it down to about 6, does it heat up. Then in the guide, it says that the bridge burner location on the stove should have a mark that shows where to put the burner dial to use it, or alternatively, turn the dial to the single burner location, to just use the single burner in the front left side. But on this stove, the dial looks just like all the others, and the bridge burner comes on all the time, making the front burner useless unless I'm using a griddle. As you can see in these pics, when the burner is turned on high, both the burner and bridge burner come. The dial also doesn't look anything like the example in the manual, nor do the markings on the stove itself. So, I'm not sure how to use this burner, without having the bridge burner on as well. So, I have issues with two burners.

We are still getting used to all of the different settings and trying to figure out what food items work better on different settings but overall we love it. I will say that a normal air fryer works better than the air fryer setting on the oven. But it is easy to use!

I am enjoying this new range. It takes a bit of adjustment to get used to a solid induction stovetop, but it quickly becomes second nature. There is some awkwardness in the digital control options, but you quickly learn how to bake, broil, air fry, etc.

I bought this slide in oven range as a replacement for a Samsung that had a broker coil blow out. Literally. Ansd Samsung could not give me an eta on part arrival. So far I love the oven. Very disappointed that it has air fryer capably, but that the air fry tray costs extra. So I bought yhe airfry tray on line withinn4 hours of installation of yhe range. The literally one week , and one day after I had ordered the unit for air frying it is offered on line for 25 dollars less than I paid! Irritating to say the least. Also the start button for the oven is very sensitive. I can barely pass a dishcloth across the panel and it turns on. This could be a hazard if a small child touches the panel. Otherwise I am loving the oven. StillPlaying, will only have it for 2 weeks as of 11/25/2025. I will continue to experiment, try me again in a few months

Our last stove was about 16 years old and finally stopped working. We liked the look of this one and the reviews were a plus. I was extremely impressed with how fast the oven reaches temperature and the stove top is very very quick. My wife was prepping dinner and turn the oven on like always and was beside herself at how fast it was ready. We have had to change how we cook to accommodate the speed of it lol.

Very frustrated at lack of longer delay option - safety features make usability difficult

As someone who attends church and sporting events for kids and would like to set the food to go ahead of time it is very frustrating that "delay start" is limited to one hour. It makes the oven unusable/inconvenient. For something that costs this much you should be able to delay 3-6 hours - I am sure they can do that - they have decided not to for some reason.

There are several features I really like about this range. The venting for the oven is on the rear beyond the heating elements. I vents only on the right sidewhich minimizes ther area where food coundl in. The vent for the oven is directly under the intake for the range hood minimizing food odors. The no preheat makes oven baking much quicker. Those are only a couple of the things I like. Over all I am very happy with my purchase.

Steamer function broke my oven

*Buyer Beware* I've had this oven for just over a year, and it's already throwing error codes and is unusable. After using the steamer function for maybe the third time, it stopped mid-cook and gave me an error code which I've traced to the relay board being shot. Now I have to spend a ton of money just to fix this thing. Very disappointing for an appliance that's a year and a month old.

I don't see any reference to what someone could use the "Tiny" bottom drawer for. Any ideas? Not one lid with a handle will fit in that thing. Its not a warmer and if it was I'd never put food next to the floor.Also for cast iron users, wouldn't it make sense to offer a cover of some kind that allows you to cook on and help protect the glass? Oh! The annoying digital display activates when you brush up against it with you gut or apron is much to sensitive and it still makes a beep when you lock it. So there's that.PS: Why not include the air fry basket with the air fry ranges? You do on some and not on others. Must be the money. you lower the price on some w/o a basket. Other than that it all works well.

It has so many features! Looks good, works great. I wish the storage drawer was deeper but most other brands don™€™t have any storage at all. I also would rather have had a larger size burner on the cooktop instead of the bridge.

This is a great change-up from our old gas range. The burners are very responsive, quick-heating. I haven't used the oven a lot yet, as our kitchen project isn't finished yet. I really like the looks, and the stove controls are quite intuitive.The oven controls and setup are a bit more complex, taking a few steps, depending on what you're using.We're coming from a rear-control range, with the raised "backsplash," so having nothing back there, we've decided to get a tempered glass decorative/functional wall protector.So far so good!

Cooktop unreliable

The oven is great, heats evenly, very accurate. And I love the bread proofing setting. But I'm giving this 3 stars because the induction cooktop is very temperamental. Perioidically, the cooktop will respond when I press the power key, and even recognize that there's a pot on the surface, but the button to select a cooking setting. Other times it will just randomly shut off. Very disappointing. The induction cooktop was the feature I was looking forward to and it's been a source of frustration & inconvenience.
