We are loving our new oven - it looks fantastic and works great. The built in AirFryer feature is amazing since we did not have enough counter space for a bulky appliance. And I love the on top griddle that flips to make a grill plate- all in one ! So many other cool features - quick boil , convection and delay bake start are also helpful. Highly recommend ™€¦

We replaced a "still working" 16 year Frigidaire speed bake range with this newer model. Very pleased thus far with all features and performance. Although we do not use the electric convection bake, the gas convection bakeoast works very well. Temperature control is well within normal range and range does not produce hot spots.Center top burner with grill is convenient for pancakes, bacon and light grilling. Only minor issue is the left front burner flames are not even, we installed another orifice which improved flame slightly. Settings are easy to navigate. Really nice gas range, hoping to get another 15 years from it.

Everything I asked for. Every feature works wonderful. Spoiler works great. The middle burner with griddle was used for the first time today to make grilled cheese sandwich and it made them perfect.

I purchased this range 3 months ago and have yet to have an opportunity to use the oven and air fryer. It was installed with some kind of toxic coating on the shelving. When we turned the oven on to test it (per the book™€™s directions) smoke was everywhere; not to mention the caustic smell accompanying the the smoke! All of us had coughing and watery eyes. The oven was then turned off. When we looked inside, something had dropped off of the metal shelvings to the bottom and was burning and giving off more of these horrible fumes. I was told that the range would be replaced in May. So far, it has not. 3 months, and I have never cooked or baked in this oven. A total waste of hard earned money.

This gas range looks great in the smudge free stainless steel. I have used gas in the past and am pleased with the performance of the range. The convection oven definitely works for even cooking, I have used the air fryer and for reheating food and am pleased with performance. I have no issues with the controls or performance. I have not used the cleaning features but surface cleaning as directed has kept the look like new. I did have to have the gas burners adjusted down as they were set way to high and I couldn™€™t get a true low burner. Very pleased with the purchase so far.

Disappointed when the other products in this suite are EXCELLENT. Convection does the opposite of expected - overcooks and burns. We have a warranty claim for this unit. I do not recommend.

Defective From the Beginning

Almost immediately I had issues where the oven would not preheat completely, and would shut off without notice. Then the control panel would not respond if I pressed any buttons. Other times it would preheat, then rapidly beep and display 6, 66, 666, --- sometimes returning to the actual preheated temperature. Recently the oven worked, but when I went to turn it off the control panel would not respond. I had to trip the circuit to my kitchen to turn off the oven. The tech came out today and replaced the control panel. Upon his initial test cycle it preheated, and then when he tried to turn it off it again did not respond. He was able to get it to turn off by holding the off button for several seconds. He called into Frigidaire and they said to replace the control panel. He told him that he JUST installed a new panel and tested it once. We are waiting for a 2nd new control panel to be shipped out now. Beyond frustrating and unsafe. I would not purchase another Frigidaire appliance.

BUYER BEWARE

This stove is dangerous. You can accidently turn the burner when you brush up against the stove to reach a cupboard above. I woke up at 2 am smelling gas in my house. I looked at the burners and one was slightly turned enough to pour gas into my house. I did a test brushing up against the stove and sure enough rubbing against the knob is enough to turn the gas on. I would like the Frigidaire to contact me to resolve this issue. It has happened before but i just thought maybe someone left the burner on but in a position that does even light the flame is very unlikely.

Anxiety Ridden

In the past 11 months we have bought four Frigidaire appliances from the a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and gas oven/range. These items got good reviews and were well recommended by a salesman.The fridge freezes everything from fresh vegetables to eggs.The dishwasher is quiet and cleans exceptionally well, however we keep having to put a piece back on.The microwave arcs, and we were just told that it burned the inside of a compartment which will need to be replaced. Also the finish is coming off the door handle. Oh yes, we™€™re not supposed to use it.The gas range works great the oven does not. From the very beginning it would bake for a while then make beeping noises and then shut itself off. After a few minutes I could usually get it turned back on. After a month of this, the bake wouldn™€™t heat up at all. A repairman was called he came out and replaced the circuit board. That worked for a while and then it quit working again, same problem. That can be very inconvenient when you™€™re having guests dinner and your oven doesn™€™t work. The repairman just left after his fourth attempt to fix everything we can only hope that it will work. Thanksgiving is coming up however and with guests coming from all over the country, I™€™m very anxiety ridden that the appliances won™€™t work.This is an unconscionable mess. I called the company and their response was another repairman visit. I WANT NEW MICROWAVE AND OVEN! I don™€™t feel safe using either. Stand by your products!

Let™€™s just start with daily fearing for my families life and promoting ocd behavior. The knobs on the range turn on if you just lightly brush past them. Lord forbid you have a stomach that is in front of you while you cook. Almost daily a knob is inadvertently turned on. On the upside our sense of smell of gas in the air has become on point! So I guess we are more likely to die of gas poisoning then an actual explosion™€¦. However combined with the control board possession who knows!! So on to that right from the start the range would beep randomly. At first it was just kinda annoying then it became more regular and honestly I kinda wondered if our deceased child was haunting the range and using it to reach out. I quickly decided my daughter would never be such a jerk as to start beeping throughout the night literally all night to the point we had to pull out the range and unplug it every night and then slide it back in in the morning to cook breakfast. At first it had a random code we looked up and followed the steps to fix. I worked for maybe 10min. So we had another control board put in at our own expense. It worked for a day. Then the occasional beep started happening. Usually right when we got comfy in bed. So no not when the range is being used just randomly. The other fun thing is the screen also like to change temperature to 666 while baking. Yes you read that right. You set it to 350 and 10min later it™€™s beeping and showing 666 flashing over and over. Sometimes it just turns itself of or on! Very thrilling in a Russian roulette kinda way. So if you like your range to come equipped with gas leaks and annoying demons def buy this piece of junk! You can actually have mine if you like. I™€™d be safer cooking over a fire in my yard!

I purchased the range in May. Delivered 6/14. I kept saying I smelled gas. After 2 service calls a faulty valve in the broiler gas shut off was discovered. Hopefully by the end of today 7/9, I can finally try my new range.

New oven

This is a very nice oven, it really has all the options I was looking for. It gets to temp so quickly as well! I only have a few things I would change about it. 1. When I cooked all day for Thanksgiving, the knows became too hot to touch without potholders. 2. It can be noisy when it hears up, expanding/contracting is my guess. 3. The griddle area is wonderful when you want to use it, but does take up extra space and there isn't anywhere to set a utensil down at all.

I love this stove! It™€™s gorgeous, the quick boil burner is really fast, and the simmer burner is really nice for when you want a nice slow simmer. The oven preheats much faster than my old stove and bakes very evenly. The oven fry feature produces nice crisp foo. Definitely 5 stars out of 5.

The convection cooking is good. I like the quick preheat. But....steam clean is a joke.. air fryer just makes a big mess. Concerns over self clean where reviewers say the high heat affects the control panel

Great new stove

Replaced my 17-year-old stove with this. Such an upgrade! So happy I could get it in the black stainless color since my appliances are all black. Love all the features of this new stove,especially how quickly it preheats. With my old unit, I could not cook above 395 degrees without setting the fire alarms off (hardwired just outside my kitchen). With this new one, I can once again cook at up to 450 degrees without disturbing the neighborhood.
