Oven/microwave combo went out after only 5 months. Took 4 months for a replacement

Frigidaire has very unreliable appliances. After purchasing a brand new construction home with this microwave oven combo it went out after only 5 months of using it. Not only did they send a technician over about six times to replace EVERY single piece of the appliance, it took them 4 months to do this and finally they gave us a new one after no luck. We had to figure out how to feed our kids without a microwave or oven all summer long. I would never purchase a Frigidaire product by choice. Unfortunately, our builder used these appliances in our house. Not to mention our dishwasher by Frigidaire also sucks and will need replacement soon.

Purchase this double wall oven to replace our old one which was over 20 years old. My wife picked it out. It™€™s way nicer looking than I thought from looking at the pictures online. My wife has been using it nonstop for the last couple of days, Trying out all the different baked settings. We especially love the air fry feature. We did not know that Frigidaire may such nice products now we™€™re thinking about changing out our refrigerator and our microwave as well.

Purchased this new Frigidaire double oven to replace my 20+ year old Frigidaire unit. Cabinet fit was perfect and did not need any modification. The tech that installed the unit was very careful and informative about the new unit as well as cleaning up all the packing materials. Now need a course in using all the features. Was disappointed that the air fryer basket and a grill pan were not included but they are sold as separate accessories. The new unit looks great in our kitchen and I would definitely purchase again. My have to wait another 20 years though. Would like to have had another roll out shelf included for the second oven.

This oven has been installed for 5 days and I've already used bread proofing, air fry, steam bake and convection bake. Absolutely marvelous to prepare an entire meal of chicken tenders and french fries for 5 people using the Frigidaire air fry rack and a baking sheet with baking rack. The bread proofing feature is a wonder. This is easily my best appliance purchase ever!

My Frigidaire oven was installed shortly before Christmas. I used the oven many times in preparing for the holiday, including making many batches of cookies. The oven operated wonderfully throughout the baking operation. Then we used it again to prepare Christmas dinner. It performed exceptionally with the turkey breast, bone-in ham and many side dishes. My daughter-in-law was so impressed that she wants a Frigidaire. Our confidence in Frigidaire was established by the oven that it replaced -- also a Frigidaire with many, many years of excellent service.

I feel extremely fortunate to have such an incredible cooking appliance. I Thoroughly enjoying the convenience and variety of so many cooking modes available. Using Convection bake and Air fry most. The proof mode is great with store bought pizza dough and am sure will be with from scratch, too. So much to learn and be inspired by modes I haven't used before like steam baking, and the convenience of steam cleaning. I highly recommend this oven.

DO NOT, buy any of these double ovens! Please do yourself a huge favor, research the problems with this brand! I™€™ve had these double ovens for 1 1/2 years and I™€™ve had to have the control panel replaced 3 times. I started researching after I had so many problems with it. I would have chosen another brand, but we had to go with what the builder was offering. There are sooooo many others out there having the same problems™€¦so much, so they have an entire blog dedicated to the problems with this appliance. The company KNOWS this is a problem, and they must know by now it™€™s a manufacture defect..however, they will do absolutely NOTHING to make it right. They will not stand behind their product, do a recall, or give a crap about the fact your still having the same issue you did right out of the box! Do yourself and everyone you know a big favor, tell them to buy from a company who values its customers. It has now become my mission to inform anyone I know who™€™s looking to buy appliances to stay far away from Frigidaire, if they don™€™t want to get ripped off!

I have only used this oven twice but compared to the one I replaced, this is gorgeous, completely quite as a mouse, and easy to use. Love how well it works with my all black appliances and perfectly fit with no modifications needed.

There are so many options, but you only have to use the ones you're comfortable with. :) The "drawer" glide rack is nice. Both ovens are large & have ALL of the options...not just the primary oven. My only complaint so far: there are so many racks that you have to remove a couple for a large roaster. On the other hand the multiple racks & convection setting are great for making large batches of cookies.

We've had this unit for just over a month, and it is absolutely the bomb! It does everything well, including the air fryer mode. We love convection and air frying, and this oven does it all well. My only complaint is they don't include the air frying tray, which you have to buy separately. But if you want to air fry, you will need to order this $70+ "accessory". That seems a little cheap since they tout that cooking mode, but I'm over it now and very pleased with the purchase.
