Horrible and do not buy

- [ ] Aug 14th after 13 and a half weeks (of oven being installed and working properly oven stopped working mid baking at a temp of 375* It was running for less than 20 min.- [ ] Aug 23rd first attempt at the oven repair. They sent one man to repair a wall oven. He took the front of the oven off. Checked everything out then said that he could not get the oven out of the wall by himself. And that he had to order a part. He told me it was the relay board that needed replaced. Then the unfortunate news that it will take 10 days for the part to come in. - [ ] Sep 16th got a call that the part came in damaged and had to order it again and reschedule our appointment. - [ ] Sep 19th Two men came out. 27 days from initial part order. 19 working days. They claim they could not get the oven out of the wall? Later that day husband and young son took oven out with ease. So again had to reschedule another appointment after WE took the oven out of the wall for them. - [ ] Sep 27th took another 8 days for the same two men to come out again. They replaced several parts all parts replaces included at the end. After not being able to figure it out, and calling the tech help desk at Frigidaire they now said that they needed yet another part. Left oven out of the wall claiming they were not allowed to move it or put it back in the wall. Must leave it the way they found it. ( mind you its out of the wall because they claim they couldn™™t get it out.) - [ ] Oct 16th 20 days / 14 working days later got a call that the part yet again came in damaged and they had to order another one. Part they claimed came in damaged would be the main harness.part 5304530389 .. not sure how wires come in damaged? Must reschedule again. - [ ] Oct 19th same two men come out oven is STILL out of the wall in the middle of the floor. They worked on it for quite a while, then again on the phone with tech support. Now they claim that a fuse that was replaced at the last visit is damaged. So still no working oven. They gave us a case file number and said there is nothing more they can do. We must reach out to Frigidaire again. Or they will be reaching out to us. As of now the oven had worked for 13.5 weeks and has been out of service for 62 days as of Oct 19th - [x] April 7th oven/micro was installed bought around 2/8/2023 but not installed right away kitchen was not ready for it had it held at the store until instal Parts replaced: - [ ] Main board. 5530453096 - [ ] Left head interlock. A23242801 - [ ] Right head assembly. A23243301 - [ ] Main harness 5304530389 - [ ] Fuse on back of unit. 318647300 - [ ] Relay board. 5304530411 - [ ] Relay on back of Micro. A18493801 - [ ] Another fuse they claim is now the problem? - [ ] Oct 26th Got an email stating that our new replacement oven was shipped to the delivery person- [ ] Thurs Nov 9th called Frigidaire to find out where our oven is? Still no oven. Was not he phone and hold for almost an hour. They gave me a number to the delivery/installation co Fereye 319-777-7182. Called them at 5.25 pm same night. They told me they do not have my oven and that they don™™t even service our area. And that this happened often. Told me to call Frigidaire back? - [ ] Fri Nov10th once again sat on hole for over an hour. ( along with being in a text chat?) they told me that the oven was sent to the delivery place. Same thing that i was told the night before. I asked to speak with management, was denied this. Said they would put it in the request for a call back. This was at 1:30 pm plenty of ti me in the day. I asked for a call back that day! NOTHING!!!! My oven is missing.. Thanksgiving is coming up™¦ and i have not had my brand new oven since AUGUST 14TH! - [ ] Monday Nov 13th.. got a generic email stating that my oven has been shipped to the delivery/installation? ( still no contract with management)and this is the same email i got back on Oce 26th? - [ ] 11-15-2023 9:04am Jose finally picked up at 9:11am. 9:25 Jose said we are slated to have instal on the 27th. I told him that was unacceptable since i have been without my oven since Aug 14th and that is after thanksgiving. They need to come up with something better. 9:40 he gave me the number for the delivery company which their mailbox is full and cannot take messages or answer the phone. Once again asked fro speak with management. The new delivery company is EDCNAL and their number is 609-699-7043. When i told Jose that its not right for the customers to have to spend all this time on the phone making calls and finding out where our product is he also called the delivery co to also find out that the mailbox is full no one to answer calls. he suggested just waiting???? And let another 2 weeks go by until the tentative scheduled delivery. which i only know about because he said that is whats in the file. No one from anywhere has even contacted me. Jose just got back on the line and told me the delivery placed changed again after i asked him to check and make sure they service our area. New company is CRST 833-491-2713 No less than 4 times on this call i have asked to speak with management .. every time i get the run around. Finally at 10:10am i was being transferred, however jose said they are not going to tell me anything different than what he has told me. - [ ] 10:00 am a manager Joseph picked up.. put me on hold to read the file - [ ] So mr manager Joseph said there is nothing that can be done.. just sit and wait for the delivery company.. i have been sitting and waiting for a working oven since Aug 14th. We spent almost 10,000 on appliances
