Worked for ~10 months and then the control panel went black. Called Frigidaire for warranty support and they stated they only cover the parts, not the labor to disconnect and reconnect the unit. Frigidaire will not budge on this stance so now I am stuck paying a repair which should be covered by warranty.

Seems to me that should have been someone™€™s QC job but maybe it broke in transit.On the positive side a technician has been dispatched to diagnose the issue, I™€™m still not sure if I have to pay for that?

Piece of junk!!

This oven and all of our new Frigidaire appliances are pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE! It was delivered in November. The next day I went to use it and it would start to preheat and then trip the circuit so I had no microwave or oven. Waited two weeks for repair man to come two days before Thanksgiving. He discovered after over an hour that it was some metal clip in the back that was tripping the breaker. He bent it back into place. Three weeks ago, I walked into the kitchen, and the whole thing was dead. Repair man was here for 90 minutes. The appliance fuse was blown, and he didn™€™t know why. Finally determined it was two safety sensors on either side of the microwave door that blew the fuse. Now we have to wait another two weeks for the parts to come in and be installed. Our Frigidaire refrigerator was installed the same day. I bought over $100 worth of groceries and filled in the next day. They were frozen solid and the Water dispenser filter was blown apart. We had to wait for that to be repaired. We had an entire kitchen remodel and I™€™m stuck with these lemons of appliances. The dishwasher doesn™€™t clean or dry well and I can™€™t get as much on the racks as I could with my old KitchenAid.another annoying thing about the microwave pulled down handle is that you have to be standing dead center in front of it and can only pull it down from the absolute center of the handle. Don™€™t try pulling it down at all If you™€™re standing to the side of it a little in front of the counter. You™€™ll wrench your arm and it won™€™t open anyway. Stupid!

Get ready for a blast of hot air

This oven vents hot air from the oven or microwave into the room. Why vent hot air when that's what you want to keep in the oven? I mentioned to Frigidaire so they sent a repair technician who explained that's what ovens do. The hot air exits at a noticeable rate and it's at head height so very noticeable. Heating up the kitchen on a summer day is not the right way to go. The owner's manual states that air must be vented in order to heat properly. In my opinion this oven vents way too much air. Energy is being wasted. Doesn't make sense.

Brand new oven does not work. After paying to install the oven, found out that oven does not work and stops with error message. Frigidaire sent their tech just to found out the brand new $2500 appliance oven cooling fan it defective. He had to order the part to come back the following week to repair it. Oh, and he does not touch the electrical attachment to the wall. I have to pay the electrician again to disconnect it then he will change the part and then I have to pay the electrician again to reconnect it. This is the mess that an incompetent company can create for you. Apparently there is no quality control. It shows that they did not even bother to check the oven after the assembly. This shows the huge level of carelessness from a company. I would not recommend this brand to anybody.

Since I didn't want the under cabinet or above stovetop mounted microwave with a cheap exhaust fan and my wife refused to have a counter top model, the in cabinet won out. I had to switch out the older but fully functional double oven which was only used during the holidays anyways. It's a major purchase with install and some finish carpentry work required but brought the kitchen remodel all together. I'm excited to use several of the other cooking, baking and air fryer options.

Would you want a repair if your new car engine died after 10 days. Should be ashamed of themselves. Appliance vendor, Dependable Appliance in Staten Island NY has refused to send report to Frigidaire claiming it is not needed and I just need to make a decision on whether they should order parts or not. Frigidaire is saying they need report for Master Technician to review. In the meantime i am left without a working oven or microwave. Totally disgusted after spending over $2000.

Replaced my 15+ year unit that had been serviced 2x. Many nice new features for us (convection, airfry, temp probe, etc). The touchscreen is a good and speedier alternative to fumbling with lots of buttons on the front. Gives it a much cleaner look and is more in line with what is commonplace on other tech devices are now. Hopefully the board will last as long as the rest of the unit. Overall very pleased.

The new oven, microwave combo works great. It takes a little bit to get used to it with everything all electric and not having buttons like our older oven. I wish the microwave had more light in it to see your food cooking in it though. 1 little light in the corner isn't adequate enough to see everything.

This unit is really nice in that between the microwave and stove there are seemingly dozens of cooking variations. The manual is well written and explains everything. So far we have used the microwave for convection baking and the oven for baking / broiling and everything has came out excellent . Touch screen is great too.

I love the combo microwave/oven. It has many features that make cooking easier. I read the owner's manual instructions, which was very helpful. However, it will be beneficial to expand the information on the racket position for different types of meals; there is one general, but do not specify what kind of cooking should be placed. A few tables can be edited by adding racket position suggestions. One recommendation is for the panel bottom to be a little more sensitive when touching the panel. I have to put some pressure on my finger (which is clean) to the pane so it can recognize the chosen command. Overall, the performance is great, and it cooks much faster when using the convection mode.

I purchased this in Jan. 2024 and has died wthin 5 months... I tried to contact customer service via chat, which they said was faster, and could not get in touch with a representative. Called them and waited 30 minutes, then spent another 15 minutes explaining the issue. Estimated time for a service tech is 1 week, and they referred me to a 3rd party service provider, who I had to contact myself, and am still waiting to confirm a time. It's clear electrolux does not care about their customers, or have any interest in resolving customer issues in a timely fashion. I wish I had purchased a different brand and would not buy another appliance from them moving forward.

When we sold the house and down sized, the first decision we made was that the kitchen needed to be remodeled to accommodate the same wall oven we'd had. I love the microwave combo convection oven and all the presets. It is much larger then most microwaves and I like that it is not high up like most are. It sits over the lower set oven which is perfect if you are not a very tall person. It makes it easy to clean and reach to the back.

We™€™ve only had this appliance for 7 months before it stopped working!!! Getting someone to come out and look at it has been a hassle!! It™€™s been over a month now and still waiting!! An amateur came a month ago to look at it thinking it was just a microwave, she came with no tools whatsoever so wasn™€™t able to pull it out from the wall. According to her, she will order some parts and return to fix it™€¦ we are still waiting for her to return. Called Frigidaire to ask about the parts, said it was ordered through 3rd party so to get in touch with them. Called the 3rd party, they seem to have no clue whatsoever when the parts will arrive. Called Frigidaire again, after 3 weeks of waiting and they mentioned they™€™ll call us back, still waiting for them to call. The date has passed that they claimed they™€™ll call back so we called, only to hear that the parts wasn™€™t available to order so the order wasn™€™t processed.This is so ridiculous and inconvenient. After spending this much money didn™€™t expect this appliance to be a total junk!!! If I could give this a 0 I would!

Changing from a double wall oven to an oven/microwave combo has been a great decision. Both microwave and oven are positioned at convenient height for daily use. No more reaching up for an over the cooktop microwave, or wasted space for a second oven used less than once a year. Oven has many great features, such as air-fry, steam bake for breads, convection and a steam clean option. Microwave also had numerous features and an easy to use add 30 seconds option.

Still Broken

Yesterday the service techs were out to fix our oven. It worked for 1/2 second and then dead. Our oven combo has been dead for 29 days and not sure when it will get fixed. The oven has been non functional for 25% of the time we have owned it. That is right, it was first started January 9, 2024. Do you think that the warranty will be extended by the month the oven has been dead?

I have an issue with the oven turning off at the end of the timer. Sometimes the recipe needs to cook another minute which means that the oven turns off at the end of the timer. Then I have to take the dish out of the oven, preheat it back up to the correct temperature, put the dish back in the oven for another minute or two. Surely there is a way to make that situation easier!

Still Not Reliable

It has now been 22 days without this double wall oven. 20 days since the tech left my house. I contacted the salesman and now we have a Frigidaire rep working on the backorder of parts. Had to go buy a microwave last weekend.
