Not big inside

I have been using this oven since February (move in day, new house). So far, it's been okay. There has been a bit of a learning curve to adapt my recipes to an electric oven after using a gas freestanding range for 20 years (that oven was very good for being gas!).To me, this is small inside, height wise. The width fits my largest cookie sheets (21") and other items fit well if I am using a single rack. I am not sure if it would hold a large roaster w/ a lid (I used to have one, it was huge but sprung a leak, and I can't find another like it). The enameled roaster I have fits fine for turkeys around 15 pounds, give or take.I had early concerns about the heating, as sometimes I would need to adjust the temp, up or down, and increasing the temp showed that it was sometimes 20 degrees cooler than what I had it set at originally. However, cook times and results were as good as what I was used to with the gas oven. What I have had problems with is the glide rack - and it's hard to explain, but I'll give it a try. The side tabs in front prevent the rack from being moved all the way to the back of the oven. The only way to get it to go all the way back is to pull on each tab to allow the rack 'grill' to fit into the tabs recess. I think the tabs are supposed to allow that, but my rack doesn't - I can push and push to no avail. The trouble with pulling on those tabs to move it back is it that the oven is HOT and I got burned! Also, since it won't go all the way back, it lightly touches the oven door, the rack moves, but the door seems closed. Another problem - it's smaller than other the other racks, so my 18" pizza pan sticks out, and the door won't close at all. For me that rack is unusable, and I don't know whether it's a design flaw or if I received a defective glide rack. That's why I gave this $1,999.95 wall oven a 3-star review.
