totally stopped working within 2 months

I really don't have anything good to say about this microwave or the warranty service.The microwave quite working within 2 months. The local Frigidaire warranty service company told us that since it is a built in microwave it will require 2 service men and the Frigidaire company would only pay for one. Therefore before they would order the necessary part, we would need to pay the $100 for the "extra service man". It's now been 3 weeks and we haven't seen nor heard from them again. It was an "Authorized Electrolux Servicer" as instructed by the Frigidaire Warranty information that came with the microwave. WORTHLESS APPLIANCE and very POOR SERVICE!

We™€™ve only had it about three weeks, but the functionality is super. LOVE the sensor reheat feature. That™€™s my favorite so far. So far we™€™re very happy ™€¦ other than the general price of these built-in microwaves. That™€™s tough. Otherwise, we do love it and it looks great in the space.
