Customer Service is still the worst - I still don't have the parts needed for my Oven

Update as of 3/11/24 to Review #224887796: Over a year and I still only received 2 of the 3 parts, customer service keeps giving me the run around. I still need: part #19 - 5304526477 Control Panel, assembly, steel/glass, black stainless, w/cntl bracket. And black stainless is correct, it was sent once and was damaged so a new one was suppose to be sent. I bet your wondering how I know what the part number is - because customer service sent me a picture of the oven so I could tell them what I'm missing. Which I was told on June 9, 2023 that it would be released in 7-10 BDs. I emailed 8/3/23 asking where it is, I was told it was still being processed. 10/10/23 I was told the warehouse still is working on the order. 2/15/24 I was asked if I received the part (No I haven't) And now today, I'm told that if I needed the part it should've been stated on the order - it was!!! What do I have to do to get this oven part?1st review: Frigidaire doesn't stand by their products and customer service is the worstI bought my oven in July 2022, I didn't open the box till October as the box didn't have any damage to it. When I opened it, the front corner top was damaged and while the repair guy was assessing the damaged found out the inside temperature control that you can't even see was damaged and doesn't work as well. Luckily it can be repaired so the repairman said, but WHEN, It is APRIL 2023 and I still have only 2 of the 3 parts. I've called many times and I get the voicemail run around that says; "I'm sorry no agents are available to take your call, please call back later" or either stay on hold for 2 hours and customer service says you just have to wait till the parts come in. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN OVEN TO USE!!
