Love the look of the microwave and it is heating great. Though, there is a metal sounding vibration anytime the machine is touched. Seems as though something is loose in the right side of the microwave. Service is coming to look at it.

I love that it fit right into the shelve where the other microwave was installed. Had a hard time finding one the right size. Its working fine for now the only thing is it leaves very visible fingerprints on surface.

Overpriced, poor design, not reliable

Purchased this microwave as a replacement of the built-in one that died after 10 years of service. Together with built-in installation kit it was about $750, well overpriced. In turn of functionality is not any better than countertop Panasonic we purchased from Walmart for $150. The design of installation kit is horrible. The cut-out widths is supposed to be 25 in, and the distance between screws that attach frame to the cabinet wall is 25 and 1/2, which leaves only about 1/4 in at each side. With screws going into the cabinet wall at 45 degrees it is very easy to chip off the board! And now, after only a couple of weeks the turntable started making noises, pretty sure it will not last long!

I've really enjoyed this microwave since we got it. My last one was 25 years old so this is a huge step up. It's very sleek and modern looking, and cooks the food well. I still am learning new functions on it that have been very happy with it.

Broke after 2 years

I had this microwave for 2 years when the power died completely. Discovered the fuse was blown. Ordered a replacement fuse and it instantly blew again after installing, so there was some additional issue. Very disappointed that the product only lasted 2 years.

The microwave works great, easy to install. Two minor annoying things: the auto-lock on the door for every use, every time - and the weak feeling of the door open switch...feels that it won't last as long as the oven.

This microwave is a very clean, streamlined in appearance. It runs very quietly, which caught me by surprise!Overall it is a great microwave for the price.It does have security features (unlock) before opening which is an added set I™€™d rather not have. But would be great if you had young children.

I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase of this Frigidaire Gallery Microwave. It was a replacement for an Electrolux Microwave which was horrible from the first date. The Frigidaire product is so much a better product. You can actually see and read the panel. It is bright enough to actually see it. The other you could not and was one of our constant complaints. Parts were r to get for replacement of broken parts. I am hopeful this new microwave will last for yrs!

i was able to order this from Home Depot on the black friday appliance sale and was able to use my 10% coupon in addition so needless to say I was pretty happy with the price. It works great and I really like the light inside and the big numbers on the touch pad.

I bought this to replace a 20 year Frigidaire that was still working well. The only reason we were replacing it, was because it stating losing paint and rusting in a small spot in the back corner of the oven. This oven was the closest thing to a direct replacement. The only negative to this purchase is that I had to buy a new "Trim Kit" as the manufacturer, by design, makes the Trim Kits pretty much "oven specific," so usually your old Trim Kit won't fit with the new oven. The New oven heats a little slower than the old one, but who knows, maybe the heat is more evenly distributed. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

First and foremost, it keeps contents cold. Secondly, it looks good, and the stainless doors are very resistant to fingerprints, although the handles do not share this same feature. The worst aspect of this refrigerator is that spills are an absolute nightmare to clean up. We had to remove every single shelf, drawer, and compartment, including disassembling the shelves so that we could get the glass panels out to clean them. Putting the middle shelf back in is no fun at all. Another oddity is that the shelves, including those in the doors, have very few options for adjusting height. Although the top shelf has the collapsible shelf section, there still ends up being a great deal of wasted space in this unit. One more tip for newcomers to the French-door style refrigerator: do not hold on to one handle while closing the other door has finger injuries may occur if your stationary hand is not properly located on the closed door handle

When our built-in Amana microwave had to be replaced after nearly 20 years of dedicated service, we had a hard time finding built-ins with trim kits. A salesperson at Lowe™€™s Home Improvement helped us find this one but we had to buy it sight unseen. We are amazed at how large it is, and it cooks/warms extremely well. The controls are easy to learn. And for people with children it comes with an optional locking procedure to prevent children from operating the oven. It is more powerful than our Amana and the trim kit looks terrific.

We previously had a different brand of microwave, and it died on us. When I tried to get the same brand again, it was VERY expensive. I am very impressed with the quality of this microwave and the affordable price. We are a family of 7 and use our microwave MANY times a day. I think this microwave will hold up better than our previous one.

This is the first time I am using Frigidaire appliances. My whole house is now with these appliances. I am extremely happy with the microwave appliance. The door lock feature is great which make sure kids won't open in hurry and spill on them, however this button would have been placed separate from other buttons. When we moved in first time and did not read the manual, we have to figure out.

This unit with Trim Hardware is easy to install.The Microwave looks clean, and we were able to install within minutes. the delivery team took the old appliance for disposalI wish the installation instructions were little bit more detailed and the edges of the metal trim plate not too sharp.

Previously had a GE built-in microwave which died after 4 years. Purchased this one; opted for the right to left door opening; previous one opened like an oven which made it hard to take things in and out and difficult to clean. It is also very strong and heats things much more quickly than other microwave. The only feature I don't like too much is the rectangular push button to open the oven door at bottom right corner. It feels a little shaky like it may not last. Hopefully, I am wrong. That is why a rating of 4.

We had to replace an old Frigidaire microwave and the new 2.2 Cu Ft unit fit into the same cutout for the old 2.0 Cu Ft unit. The new unit is quieter. The only real difference we see is the old unit had a clock and new does not. But the new has the ability to add 10 or 30 seconds to the cooking time. Very happy with the new unit
