Great microwave

The microwave works well. The controls are intuitive. It's easy to clean and spacious. Our old microwave door handle kept breaking off, so we like that this model doesn't have a handle. You grip the bottom right part of the door and it opens easily. Also, I like that the vents are set back to align with the exhaust vent from the oven below. Happy with the purchase.

The outside of the microwave looks great, it™€™s just for that look comes a catch, and that the door is the full length of the microwave, meaning it swings way far out which is in reality a small problem but an issue nonetheless. As far as the machine itself, it works well, the exhaust fan is powerful and seems overall made well.

We love our Frigidaire microwave. We previously had a Samsung that was great over the years. When it broke we looked to replace it with another Samsung but decided to go with this model instead. We are happy we did! This microwave is spacious and powerful. I love that it doesn™€™t have a handle on the front so it™€™s very sleek. Also I love that it keeps beeping until you remove your food! Great for my kids! One caution, the door opens very wide, and I™€™m short it actually hit me in the neck yesterday.

The only thing I don™€™t like about this microwave, it is a pain to change the power level. So to defrost something at 30% power, I need to press the power button about six times to gradually reduce the power level. And I can™€™t change the power level if I™€™ve used the quick keys to add 30 seconds. I frequently defrost things in the microwave first, and often reheat meat at 70% power rather than full power so it doesn™€™t dry it out so much.

Fine piece of design. My short wife loves that all information on the door runs along the bottom, so it easy for her read and use. Appearance is outstanding and performance is right on. All of our kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and our 23 year old dishwasher still performs very well.

Have only had my new microwave for about a week, but it's been great. Easy to install and works well. Controls are very user friendly. The clock is very bright and it cannot be dimmed but it does have the option to turn the clock off.

First of all, I love the new Microwave BUT it must have come from the factory in the DEMO Mode. It would only run for 3 sec. and shut off. I spent 1 hours and 20 minutes on the phone with Customer Service. All she wanted to do was a Buy Back. Someone should train customer service that when it runs for only 3 sec. it is in DEMO Mode. When the Costco delivery man came a week later to install a new unit he knew exactly what was wrong. Amazing that someone who does not work for Frigidaire knows more about their product that they do. So what I am saying is that Costco and my new Microwave are outstanding but Customer Service at Frigidaire is far from adequate.
