Refrigerator works well, but shelves don't line up

The refrigerator looks nice, but something is crooked and the glass shelves do not line up. To get both to go into the slots, they need to be adjusted about 1 inch offset from each other. The freezer looks like it should have a shelf next to the door, there are holes, but there is nothing. It does keep good temperatures and is very quiet.

I had to replace my GE Profile Refrigerator, only 7 years old, hoping I have more luck with this new Frigidaire. Would have liked the color in Slate but settled for Black Stainless Steel, scratches easily and has a film on it, that I haven't been able to get off yet. But time will tell.

This fridge maximizes space beautifully!The features such as the built in air freshener compartments are very useful. Additionally, when we entertain we should never run out of ice with the ice storage drawer in the freezer.

I love my new fridge, it's spacious in the refrigerator section with adjustable shelves and the large middle drawer for platters (or anything you wish to put in it!). The freezer section is a great size, also with an adjustable pull out shelve. The color, black steel, is beautiful and doesn't show fingerprints like the lighter shades do! And the "counter depth" fits perfectly in my kitchen. I love it!

We are very new owners of this Frigidaire gallery unit, however we own another Frigidaire full side by side ( like the sub zero) type and we have loved it so much we bought another Frigidaire. So far I like the design better & it is better than the LG unit we previously owned.

absolutely amazing in every way, except the level of noise it makes is annoying. When hear a little humming sound all day. I had lg invertor fridge before which never made any noises. I am banking on this because I heard great things about frigidaire products lasting longer than their competitors. Slick and beautiful design making it very practical for counter depth is worth it! I only had this for less than 1 month so its a little early for a complete review.

The refrigerator is a perfect size for the space in a smaller kitchen and extremely roomy inside. The design of the two doors and freezer below is ideal for a busy family. The water filtration system works well. Highly recommend.

I love it only reason I took 1 star off is because I ordered online and didn™€™t notice the entire refrigerator wasn™€™t black stainless steel. That could have been me not looking close enough. Fits perfect in my kitchen

Poor customer service and warranty policies

Purchased a new build home and with it we have a new appliances all new kitchen.Our refrigerator has been nothing but an issue since we moved in.Freezer door popping off do to cheap parts.Broken (damper) this from what are told regulates temperature. Everything in our refrigerator part was freezing. With no control to regulate it.Took 3 weeks for repairs. During the wait we were having issues with load engine noises coming from the refrigerator. As well as no water or ice being dispensed.Called on this and informed that the tech that would be coming out to repair first issue would have this added to his work order.Tech called to notify us he was on his way and first issue would be taken care of with the new damper.He had nothing on his work order for new issues but if not serious he would check it out as a courtesy.When done, he did fix the door and damper,but stated the water filter was cracked and frozen also more than likely was the cause of no water, ice and loud noises frozen but he could not replace as filters are not covered under warranty?I explained that the only reason it was cracked was because it was frozen and water when it freezes expands hence the crack. It was caused by a defect in a new refrigerator. He explained he could do nothing and suggested I call frigidaire. This was a complete calamity. Even though it was caused by the defect of the refrigerator they do no provide filters and I needed to buy one. Though they will give me a 20% discount. I said no not acceptable as I had nothing to do with the broken filter it was the items issue not ours and should be replaced by the company. Told no again, I asked to speak with a supervisor and at first told that supervisors only communicate with txt / chat. I requested to speak with someone again not chat and told not possible and maybe call back? That was odd? Called back the next day and essentially the same runaround. Though I was transfered to a supposed supervisor that constantly put me on hold. He then hung up. "I was not rude or unprofessional at all as I own a large company with Fairly large CS department and understand and detest rude customers" I called back and was transfered now to parts. Of course they couldn't help. I called back again and was now told that they would be sending me a one time courtesy filter. I should receive it in 5 to 10 business days. Two weeks past called back told nothing was being shipped and would not be shipped as they do no cover filters. I explained what I was told and the person on the line (was very nice and cordial) stated that the other person was more than likely lying to me to have me stop calling. Wow is all that I can say

I was concerned because I was going from a standard depth refrigerator to a counter depth and worried it would be too small. I am pleasantly surprised in the overall space inside the fridge and freezer. Not to mention, I absolutely love the dual ice maker. This will make family gatherings so much nicer.

The shelves did not fit properly together when changing.. and there are 2 slats that somewhere go in the fridg but nothing in the instructions told us where they go!! No online instructions either.. worse instructions manual I™€™ve ever seen.. my husband builds houses and can™€™t figure this out.., pay for the installation and before the leave.. be sure to check the shelves are level.. that was a very tough job

Purchased this fridge in July 2024. Loved the interior, the color and how it fit in the space in my kitchen. About 2 months in it starts beeping periodically and flashing HI on the screen under freezer. After a nightmare situation of dealing with the warranty repair company it is still not fixed and now the fridge section is not keeping its temperature. According to the repair company just about every part in the appliance needs to be replaced. Have waited nearly a month for parts to come in. It™€™s time Frigidaire considers replacing this lemon.

I™€™ve had my new French door frig for a week now and I absolutely love it. It is counter depth and fits perfectly in the space. The inside is designed well so there is plenty of food storage space! After about 24 hours the ice maker really started producing ice, the extra ice bucket in the freezer will be great when we have family gatherings. Probably the one negative is that it makes a little whining sounds when runs. I believe it™€™s the condenser fan because when the door is open it stops.

I love my fridge. Even though it's counter depth, there are so many nooks and cranies, room for everything even big stuff. Also love the fact ice over flow empties into bottom freezer. Always have ice even with a lot of people needing it.

This is a very nice refrigerator with two icemakers. We bought it from a local hardware store that didn't install it so we had to remove the plastic covering (a pain) and install the handles (another pain). The freezer handle was especially tricky to install and popped off repeatedly when trying to tighten it which scratched the freezer door. It scratches easily so be careful if you have magnets displayed which we do. Otherwise it is very nice.

A good investment. We had two problems with one of the handles ( a new one sent!) and removal of the lower basket in the freezer. The clips were difficult to remove. A service call was set up with @ Your Service. The tech ( Stephen Lee) was very helpful and informative. The manual is very detailed and can be confusing with the inclusion in it of several different models.
