Brand new refrigerator will not cool

Really read your reviews on the Frigidaire appliances. We thought they were some of the best! Bought the refrigerator in a package deal. The refrigerator is not cooling. The black stainless steel is beautiful to look at, but scratches easy. The front plate is scratched up on the freezer when we received it. Great space inside, but worthless since it is not cooling below 53°. Freezer works fine.There™™s plastic hanging in between the glass on the oven door. Frigidaire will not remove the door to take out the plastic on my brand new oven saying it is cosmetic. Concerned it may melt and be a fire hazard since it™™s a piece of plastic dangling. Plugged in the microwave, the display works, but it will not heat. One positive-Dishwasher works great! Trying to get a hold of service is frustrating. It took two weeks before I finally got someone on the phone. Their automated system stated they have an influx of calls and not available to take your call then hangs up on you. Trying via website for chat and help was a waste of time as well. When I was finally able to reach rep - which was oversees so there was a language barrier - they were not helpful to resolve my issues. She would not address my concern with the oven being a possible fire hazard with plastic stuck in it. Did not want to take the door part due to warranty, and they are brand new!She did say she would send it in order for for the fridge and microwave. But there was no one in our area that would service the microwave. I am in a large metropolitan area behind you. Did get a call from the repair company the second day and scheduled to come out three weeks later! In the meantime, my food is spoiled . The repair company told me that refrigerators get top priority, but they are so busy and it will be at least three weeks before they get here to fix the refrigerator.When they do come, they are going to look at my range and microwave, but that was my asking FrigidaireBottom line, if you want a beautiful set of appliances, that will look great in your kitchen then these are the ones for you. However, if you want functional, dependable appliances, then reconsider this brand. Past return date or I would™™ve gladly taken them back
