Excellent, Roomy Refrigerator

We selected this refrigerator to provide easy access to both the refrigerator section and to frozen foods, and we were not disappointed. The layout, included shelves and trays, plus the in-door water and ice dispenser are all easy to access. The one area I would encourage improvement in is the water and air filters are expensive, last just six months and replacement filters were a challenge to identify. A label inside the fridge would have been helpful.

We loved this refrigerator from the moment it was delivered and installed. The features are so user friendly. Before purchasing this refrigerator my wife was convinced she would never like a freezer on the bottom after always opted for a side by side. She is now loving it.

This Refrigerator was brought Lowe's and when install it never work from the start after project manger let in delivery guys in picture was sent to me show it in the new home after 40days I took new furniture to my new house only find out it broken Lowe's would take it back Technician said it need a need air dryer new lines compressor call Frigidaire to get them to give a RM number only to be treated very poorly & rude when ask to speak to manger the guy quietly hung I will never ever buy this product or Electrolux that who own the company .

The design of this refrigerator is truly beautiful. The space is perfect for our family. My only issues are that the water comes out very slowly. Also, the stainless material does show fingerprints like crazy even though it says smudge proof when advertised. My favorite part is the middle drawer.

After doing a lot of research, my husband and I really liked the features of this refrigerator. This is our first French door unit. We really liked that the middle drawer could either be a refrigerator or freezer. We were nervous about the ice maker being in the fridge part, but we have had no issues. We had read a complaint of the unit being noisy, but we haven™€™t experienced that either. We are overall very happy with our purchase.

When our GE (LG) that had been trouble since we bought it died a slow death we ran out to Lowe's and picked this model out. It's very nice looking and we liked that the doors were different sizes. We thought it gave it a bit of character. It's been performs like a champ and the convertible drawer is very useful! Runs quiet and more than enough room for our family of four.

I never had Frigidaire before, but I am glad I decided to switch from Samsung and LG to my new Frigidaire. I love the storage features and all the different filters, water filter and air filters for the crisper drawers. I also love that I do not get marks in the front like with regular stainless steel refrigerators. It is easy to clean and maintain. I am a happy customer.

We were so focused on finding model from any manufacturer with the middle drawer that would fit the space we had that we didn't pay enough attention to the fridge compartment configuration. The door shelves do not adjust to allow gallon milk container to be placed there; the adjustment for the main shelves is limited and results in one shelf too narrow to be at all useful when adjusting either the bottom or top shelves to accommodate milk jugs, pitchers, etc; there is no dedicated egg space. It is a mystery why the doors are configured with one narrower; there seems no rationale for this. The left side crisper drawer doesn't fully open as it hits the right hand door. The filter in the right hand crisper drawer kept falling out until I realized that the way the drawer was molded there was a rib across the back preventing the tabs on the filter from seating. All of this is very disappointing for a reputable brand; we expected better for this price. Speaking of price, $50 for replacement water filters? Really? That's OUTRAGEOUS! $100 a year, just for the water filters. Having said all that, it appears to be quiet, efficient and we're pleased that the ice is cubes rather than the traditional half moon, much less trouble when drinking from a glass or cup.

I like the Fridge, however it's not as big as it looked in the store. I like all the features except what is called the "snack drawer", nothing really fits in it and hard to see as it doesn't open all way to the back.The delivery service from Lowes was awful!! They couldn't hook up the one filter (said they didn't know what it was) so I tried to hook it up and broke it.

We needed a refrigerator for a new home and wanted a streamlined french door counter depth model to fit the space. But we also wanted a fridge with a flex temp drawer for entertaining and snacks for visiting grandkids..and still have external water and ice dispensers. There's still room for multiple gallon jugs. This model checks all the boxes, and it looks great.

Great so far. Lots of room and I love that the flex drawer has a freezer option. The only issue is the little filter in the crisper drawer. It falls off every time I close the drawer no matter how softly I close it.

Got this as a replacement to an earlier Gallery model. It has a nice, almost elegant look to it. Like that there are no handles on the lower drawers. Interior is well laid out, with plenty of room. This model is actually much more quiet than the previous. Pleased with this fridge so far

Had cubed ice for one month

Pretty fridge. We like the size and layout of the interior. However, one month after purchasing, the exterior ™€œCube™€ button stopped working. The ice maker is working and every other button on the display works except for cubed ice. We had a local company, referred by Frigidaire, come out to take a look. They ordered the needed part and we are still waiting over 2.5 months later. Apparently it™€™s on back order-so maybe this is a common issue.
