Sleek and simple to use. There were 6 reasons why I love this refrigerator:1) counter depth 2) outside water/ice (smaller selection of brands have this with counter depth) 3) middle adjustable drawer (this made it easy to have a dedicated kids snack drawer)4) freezer on the bottom w/no handles (wanted it in the bottom but the with small kids they have a habit of laying on the handle while looking in there for popsicles; they broke the last fridge handle this way) 5) self-close doors6) the water feature is large enough to fit a water bottleThe only thing that puzzles me is the thin ™€œsnack drawer™€ in the main refrigerator section™€¦.way too shallow to hold anything really. What did the R&D department think it would hold as I can™€™t even put butter in there.

I was so worried that the height of it would be just a smidge off and wouldn't fit . It fit perfectly. I love all of the space there is. I think the little snack drawers are a little bit small unless you use them for something flat like a chocolate bar. There is a ton of room in the freezer. I also like the fact that where you get water and ice, that bottom piece doesn't come out. It is easier to clean that way. The deli drawer/wine drawer is great for cheese and bacon. So far love this refrigerator

I was attracted to the different drawers that are use for different food. I specially like the middle drawer where I can get things cold without having to use the freezer things like soda. The water, ice dispenser. I find this refrigerator elegant and it looks great in my kitchen.

This refrigerator is still new to us but so far I™€™m very happy with the purchase.We are new to Frigidaire. I like the overall styling, the French door style and the lighting is incredible. Maybe I™€™m used to a dimmer fridge but this one illuminates everything very well, and in all drawers. Water and Ice maker on the door works well. I™€™m really happy with the middle drawer that can be changed from fridge to freezer to wine chiller. Moving down, the freezers movable slide allows larger items on the bottom storage bin which is convenient. I haven™€™t seen and fingerprints. Ice in the freezer would have been nice, but I didn™€™t see it on the counter depth model with ice on the door as well. Overall I have no complaints about this this purchase.

Moving from a 'standard' side-by-side refrigerator to this French door unit had me worried for a moment; I feared the freezer wouldn't be big enough. Boy, was I wrong! Who knew a counter-depth french door could be so spacious? Frankly, this fridge has just as much space as the standard-sized unit it replaced, if not more. The secret, I think, is the many different compartments that make organizing things such a joy. Finally, everything has its own place. I highly recommend this unit!

Our 3-door Kenmore Elite French door refrigerator needed to be replaced. We were used to a more solid and sturdy refrigerator. Many of the newer models felt really light and "tinny." The Frigidaire 4-door refrigerator caught our attention since it felt sturdy and well-built. We also liked the idea of a 4th door and the flexibility it offers. We have had our refrigerator for a few weeks and we are very happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

Yes, simply put, this refrigerator is just perfect. For 18 years we had another Frigidaire refrigerator so it naturally was the thought to replace it with another one of the same brand. And this decision proved to be correct. The whole process of purchasing from Love™€™s was simple and straightforward and next morning the much needed item was in the kitchen. Great, opel layout, very thoughtful arrangement of shelves and bins (which can easily be modified), and that ™€œopen™€, French doors, which open to both sides without any post in the middle! What a clever design :). Down below, perfectly sized freezer compartment and additional smaller, pullout chest with adjustable temperature settings for smaller items, like snacks. My wife is so happy with this purchase, which of course, makes me happy too! ??. Great product, Frigidaire, hope it will last as long as the previous one. Thanks!!Your happy customers????

This is the first time that I have ever sent a review of a product in life so bear with me. To say that I am thoroughly disappointed with Frigidaire is an understatement. In 2022 we remodeled our kitchen to include the purchase of new Frigidaire Gallery appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave convection oven) even though our existing 21 year old stainless steel Whirlpool Gold refrigerator and stove were working perfectly fine. It didn't take long before I noticed that the dishwasher was not completely drying the dishes. Not being a person to complain, I decided to live with that shortcoming. Well, approximately a year later we noticed that water was dripping from the water dispenser. I called Frigidaire only to learn that we were beyond the one year warranty so they would not address the issue. I contacted a certified appliance repairman who indicated that the water valve may have gone bad. It was replaced and the problem persisted. We then changed the second water valve located somewhere in the area of the water filter and I thought problem solved! Well I was wrong the water still continued to drip. I called Frigidaire again and it was obvious the person I spoke with could care less. The call was a waste of my time. As I type this review the piece of pretty junk is in the kitchen beeping because of a temperature issue in the freezer. When I tell you I HATE Frigidaire I mean it with all my heart! We moved the 21 year old Whirlpool fridge into the garage and guess what....it's working perfectly fine! Matter of fact, I swear I can hear it laughing at me whenever I walk past. So tomorrow I will be purchasing a new fridge and best believe it will not be an expensive piece of junk that this Frigidaire is. UNLESS YOU LIKE A TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRETTY JUNK THAT FRIGIDAIRE IS SELLING TO HARDWORKING PEOPLE. Lastly, Lowes and Home Depot stop selling this junk! You know the issues and still continue to push this garbage. In fact, I plan on dealing with appliance stores for all future purchases versus the big box stores.

I was not happy about having to buy a new refrigerator right at Christmas time, but since it was time, I figured I™€™d get what I wanted instead of looking for something cheap. I knew I wanted one with the middle drawer that could be a freezer or fridge. A lot of the ones I looked at only gave the option for that drawer to be a freezer. This one lets you choose between using it as a freezer, fridge, or wine chiller. I needed one with the same height and width as my old refrigerator but one with a smaller depth and this one met that want as well. It has the soft close doors that took a me a few days to get use to because it seemed like I use to slam my old doors to close them, but I eventually realized the doors on this Frigidaire will close without you closing them all all the way. The light is bright on the inside and even shines one at the bottom of the drawers and doors until they are shut. I purchased the fingerprint resistant one and am glad I did. The crushed ice option is amazing!! It™€™s so fast!! I think that™€™s my eleven year old daughter™€™s favorite option on this refrigerator. I did buy the extended warranty but hopefully won™€™t need it. So far I am 100% happy with my purchase!

What I love about this refrigerator:Thinner profile (depth) than our previous fridge by about 6 inches.The "flex" middle drawer that can be either extra fridge space OR more freezer (we'll likely always use as freezer cause I try to stay stocked up on veggies that won't go bad.) Also love that the depth of this drawer is perfect for housing 12 packs of canned drinks in their original packaging with room to spare. The water dispenser continues even if the right side door is opened (had a Samsung that would shut off if someone opened the other side of the fridge and it got annoying.) The pull out top shelf in the bottom freezer is *open* at the front, thus it's not a hindrance to pull things off it quickly, and it's nice to have separation from the bottom "catch-all." We saw other fridges where this was an actual drawer instead of shelf and you had to pull it alllll the way out to get it out from under the drawer above it and get something out of it. And something that I hadn't really paid any mind to but now I'm genuinely impressed: the "Crispseal" drawer seriously keeps fresh vegetables from going bad. We're in Florida where the heat and humidity causes so many foods to quickly wilt or grow mold. I noticed I bought spinach in a plastic container and didn't get around to using the second half for about 2 weeks. Went to finish it and without this being on my mind, immediately noticed none of it was mushy or slimy! This really impresses me!! All these refrigerator brands make claims about keeping veggies fresh, but I learned to ignore them because it never seems to be true. I will vouch for this crisper drawer! Grateful that will save us money. These crisper drawers can be reversed, where they act as open bins that you reach into and don't need to pull out. You just turn it around!Can honestly say I've never been this satisfied with a fridge before. 100% recommend

I love my new fridge. My favorite feature is the wine chiller. The thing I™€™d change most is the capacity. After cooking a Christmas feast, I had to tetris My leftovers to made everything fit. The side-inserts could also be a bit larger to accommodate family-size condiments and jams.

Worst Refrigerator Ever... Worst Owners Manual Ever!

I would never recommend this refrigerator. There's no documentation on replacing the water filter. Oddly enough, the owners manual shows a diagram of the refrigerator with the water filter location correctly identified, but the section on replacement show a completely different location. My model has a box around the filter that I cannot remove, so I can't access the filter. But the owners manual and all the online documentation show a readily accessible filter that can be easily removed. Also, there's no way to turn off the "replace water filter" warning light. You can only delay it twice. In addition, this model has an extremely small ice storage compartment. We're constantly running out of ice and have to put ice trays in our freezer. Lastly, the water and ice dispenser is poorly designed (for example, ice shoots out in every direction) and the night lighting does not help you see where the water / ice dispenser is located. This is just a poorly designed, poorly documented, awful product!
