Just got and so far we are pleased. Love the middle drawer having temp flexibility, still plenty of storage, and the left door being smaller for our space works perfect.

Positives. Tons of space verse our previous counter depth refrigerator. Like the fourth drawer versatility. Also like the optional configuration of the door trays. Note that that the ice maker is slow to make ice the first 72 hours. Only issue is that the door open alert has had to be reset several times. And note that the you have to go on line and download the full manual. Not sure why a copy is not provided with delivery.

Well built. Well designed. Accommodates a huge amount of food. It™€™s counter depth and the Pryor refrigerator we had was standard depth and a similar width. But we get more than twice a storage in this fridge. The water in the door is a little bit of an issue if you fill a Cute pitcher because it keeps the door open for a while. But otherwise it™€™s a sleek and space-saving design we love. So glad we bought it!

I love my 4 Door French Door Refrigerator! It has a multifunctional custom-flex temperature middle drawer which can be used as a freezer, or for meat/seafood, cold drinks, deli snacks, or chilled wine. Very spacious refrigerator with versatile shelves. I love that the water dispenser is out of sight located inside the door. Food crisper drawers keep my fruits and veggies crisp and lasting longer than my old refrigerator.

Positive is the space ability to configure door shelves. Really like the ability to make the top drawer fitter changing needs from frozen to refrigerated.Negatives are, the ice machine is extremely slow in the manual was more of a cheat sheet. I had to download the full manual from the Internet.

The unit fit perfectly into my space and was easy to set up. There is plenty of storage for all types of things and the flex drawer is great for intermediate items that do not require deep freeze. I am very happy with the purchase.

I could only fit a counter depth in my spot. So this is what we had before and we got the updated version. I really love not having the ice and water on the front. The ice is in the freezer and the water is on the edge of the door. I like that more than I thought I would. There is plenty of room inside the fridge, I™€™ve had no issues with needing more yet. I use the smaller drawer for extra freezer. It™€™s perfect for my dogs fresh frozen food on one side and my grandkids ice cream treats on the other!

I haven't had a chance to use all the features, but so far I love the frig. I wish the doors had an alarm to alert you if the doors aren't completely closed.

I wasn't sure at first if I would like the two drawers and the 60/40 french doors. But now that I've had it and used all the features, I just love it! The small drawer allows me to change it to what I need anytime. The 60/40 doors fit my kitchen space allowance, counter depth, and against a wall on the left side. I used to have a side-by-side frig that came with the house. This new frig is 100X better!

We have so much more room in the fridge! By eliminating ice maker on the door it offers lots of extra space. The flex drawer is the greatest! Really nice that you can use it in so many ways. Tons of space in the freezer and Fridge is approximately 23 cubic feet. Feels a lot bigger!

It™€™s a nice fridge, smaller than our last one but the space in the doors is much better and the middle slide out shelf is great and versatile. The ice maker is so so, kind of leaks little, it also over makes ice and spills it over under the shelves which makes it nearly impossible to get them. It™€™s also louder than our last fridge, it has a deep hum. Otherwise it™€™s great.

So far, I love my Frigidaire however, I purchase a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits and think the crisper drawers are a bit small. The flex-temp drawer is really nice I™€™m currently using for deli/ and snacks. Now, the area designated as ™€œsnack zone™€ is pretty much useless unless in need room for cheese sticks yogurt tubes. I thought I could use that for small yogurt cups and jello cups, but they don™€™t fit. The spli shelves are great for allowing you to adjust for different size items and also make it easier to clean. I loved my old refrigerator that I had to replace, let™€™s see if this grows on me.

I am not one to write reviews, but would hate for others to experience what we have with this refrigerator. We have had this appliance for just over a year now. Within the first few months, the flex temp drawer stopped keeping the correct temp and the freezer drawer froze shut with water on the floor. A repair was initiated and the fan and the ice maker replaced...this took a couple of months because parts were on backorder. Within weeks, we were having the same problem with freezing in the crisper drawer as well. This time, the entire defrost system was replaced...again taking a few months because parts were on backorder. Within a few days, issues are back. We even had to purchase an extended warranty because we still can't get the dang thing fixed.They refuse to do anything to ensure customers are happy, except keep sending a repair technician. At this point, I'm sure Frigidaire has spent more on parts and labor than we did on purchasing the refrigerator...would think that a replacement would be a better option for them to save them money and ensure their customer is happy. I'm sure customer service will respond to this review that they can see that our issue is being taken care of...I assure you it is not...they are simply having yet another repair scheduled to try to fix an unrepairable appliance. We have had Whirlpool appliances for years without any issues...I am so disappointed in myself for purchasing from Frigidaire!!

We weren't aware that newer counter depth refrigerators are slightly taller than older standard units. Beware. Wouldn't fit beneath the cabinets. Not a problem for us as we just took the upper cabinet down and will trim the bottom and reinstall. The refrigerator is real nice and the counter depth size ensures it does not protrude so much into the kitchen. Seems to have even cooling distribution and the ability to set the drawer at cooler temps for meat is ideal. The wife really loves the no smudge finish.

This fridge is the perfect fit for pur family. Wider and more shallow than our previous one, with drawers and storage for all the veggies and snacks kids need. It's well lit, even to the back of the shelves, making it impossible for items to hide and go bad.

Replaced previous refrigerator with in door ice maker. This one has ice maker in freezer drawer (where it belongs!), convenient water dispenser in side of left door. Exterior looks so clean, uncluttered.Love middle drawer which can flex to freezer or refrigerator. Plenty of room on refrigerator for our 2 person household.

We are liking the design of the refrigerator. We really enjoy the 3rd door option, the lower door freezer and the 60/40 split French doors. The water dispenser location in the side of the door is really interesting (in a good way). Our only concern that we™€™re still working through is the ice maker. It seems to be rather slow. Will need to check for any clogs in the water line.

Purchased 1 year ago- beeps/alerts and gives error codes since delivery/installation- freezer only works off and on, no pattern/randomly, sometimes it defrosts for a day, sometimes it is defrosted for four days- ice maker is slow and doesn't make much ice- sometimes the freezer drawer slide/rail freezes shut and is really difficult to pull open, somehow water leaks on the drawer slide/rail, sometimes there is water on the floorProblems have persisted for over a year. I have contact Frigidaire many times. They have sent out three different repair companies and now a fourth is scheduled. The first company replaced the computer panel on his third visit. The second company said it was unrepairable. The third company tried to repair the ice maker and now it stopped working, but couldn't address the freezer not staying frozen because it was working the day he was here.Every time an appointment is scheduled I have to spend time on the phone, and then block out a 5 hour block of time on my calendar to be available for the service contractor visit. I am basically without a freezer because I cannot rely on the freezer to keep things frozen.

Love the roominess of this counter-depth model. I can throw a whole pizza box in there if need be. Shelving both on the doors and inside is adaptable in innovative ways allowing very easy solutions for bulky items. The led lighting makes everything easy to see. And we love the middle door where keep our drinks and cold cuts and cheeses. The only problem we™€™ve had is weeks without ice being made due to a frozen water inlet to the ice-maker which is housed in the freezer. That tube is not supposed to freeze and when it goes, you really should have an extended warranty plan with the seller. We loved the fridge so much that when it was determined our first was unrepairable after 14 months which is beyond the mfg warranty), we rolled the dice and swapped it out (no charge to us) and got the same one. I hope it doesn™€™t happen again.

This is the most beautiful, efficient, and thoughtfully designed fridge I have ever owned. It's so quiet and has so much room! I love the design and how the water can be accessed on the side of the left door. It is hidden nicely but also easy to access without taking up room! You can check the status of all of your filters. The air filters are wonderful and keep my fridge from smelling! The middle drawer can be made into another freezer space or for other specific refrigerator items like fish/meat, snacks, etc. It comes in handy and so cool that you can change it by a click of a button. The freezer has an automatic ice machine and lots of space as well. This fridge makes me feel like a chef in my kitchen!

Only negative is somehow the temp controlled drawer somehow switched from beverage temp to frozen despite being in the locked setting which resulted in Several cans of drinks to explode causing a huge mess
