I love it. I wish the crushed ice was a little smaller and I haven™€™t figured where to put my ice cream to keep it from being rock hard yet. I love the fridge doors that store my apple juice and iced tea. The crisper also will help keep my berries fresh longer and with today™€™s process that™€™s very important.

the refrigerator is lovely and meets all of our needs. however, when we tried calling because the rebate form online failed, I was hung up on, promised a manager would call me which he never did, and put on eternal hold by one person who I was speaking with when I asked for a manager. I finally spoke to Hans who said he would put the rebate in for me if I sent him all the paperwork, which I did.I am wondering if I will ever get the rebate. I hope so!!!

Don't Buy This Terrible Fridge!!

This is the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. We bought it in January 2024 after our previous Frigidaire of 12 years started making strange noises. I had read many good reviews and an article claiming it would be particularly good at extending the life of fresh produce due to the filtered produce drawer. Sadly, instead it has ruined hundreds of dollars of produce!! Not long after purchasing it, we noticed that it would freeze anything we put on the top shelf, even though we put very few items up there and never blocked the air flow vent. We called for service under the warranty and Frigidaire sent a local repair company to check it out. They replaced a temperature control part and said to call them back if the problem persisted. At first it seemed a little better but quickly we noticed that the freezing problem continued and bought a thermometer to monitor it. Now we could verify that the fridge temperature would fluctuate wildly even though we never changed its setting from 39 degrees. Sometimes it would get as cold as 20 degrees and as warm as 50, which ruined any fresh berries or greens we would keep on any level of the fridge - not just the top shelf. We called the repair company to come back and this time they ordered a replacement for the main control board and switched that out once it arrived two weeks later. At that point they basically said there was nothing more they could do if we kept having problems. The temperature continued to fluctuate but not quite as wildly as before. We seemed to have less problems with items freezing as log as we didn't keep them on the top shelf. And so the warranty period expired. Not long after that one year mark, the temperature fluctuations got much worse again. The temperature in the main fridge compartment almost every day goes from 12-15 degrees - freezing everything inside including the water line so that no water or ice will dispense - to at least 50 degrees and sometimes as high as 56. We are getting ready to give up and buy another refrigerator (from another manufacturer, needless to say!! I am done with Frigidaire) only 18 months after purchasing this one. It is simply not worth the stress and all the ruined food! We probably would have given up and replaced it sooner if I weren't busy with being in cancer treatment over the past year. What an absolute garbage experience it has been owning this refrigerator!

Great refrigerator for the price. If this gets to engineers, they need to address the leveling process. That was the one area of installation that was a pain for a 60+ year old. Pricing led us to purchase this model, but I would recommend staying away from counter depth models.

The sales agent Mitch at the Lowes on Phillips Hwy in Jacksonville, FL, made it all easy and was very informative about the product. Located the frig on the Lowes website and it was easy. The dimensions were the most concerning factor of where it was to be located in kitchen.

This is a spacious fridge for being cabinet depth. The side by side shelves are easier to organize food than with our old fridge with bottom drawers. The temperature maintains and produce lasts longer. The handles feel sturdy and the stainless steel finish easily wipes clean. Delivery was available on a Sunday and the fridge was well packed and damage free.

This is a nice refrigerator, but it is not without certain issues. I put my can waters next to the filter on the top shelf and a couple of them froze. They were not blocking the filter at all. My fix was to purchase a can holder and lay they on their sides. So far no frozen waters. I also purchased a thermometer and in that area it was 25 degrees, I turned the temp up a degree and measured temperatures around different areas in the refrigerator. No consistency at all. I have concerns around the door area. Temperatures were up to the highest limit. This is counter depth, so I lost a lot of space from my last refrigerator. It will take some time to get used to it. Larger side by sides are typically more user friendly, but we couldn™€™t go larger. Our kitchen is small which is why we wanted to go counter depth. The freezer seems to be good. Makes nice ice and I like the cold drink timer. The ice and water in the door is a nice feature. Overall, I like the looks and functions of the refrigerator. Time will tell how it holds up over the years.

Frozen items in Fridge-Purchasing something ejse

Had this fridge for a year now and I™€™d stay away from purchasing it. You cant use the whole top shelf without blocking the air flow which causes the water filter (keeps your water dispenser from working) and the items on the top shelf to freeze. This is obviously a know issue due to the warning label that™€™s there. It™€™s significantly more inconvenient than I thought it would be. When the power goes out it beeps at you until you reset it. It™€™s really inconvenient when™€™s there a power bump at 3:00am and you™€™re woken up by your refrigerator. Totally unnecessary feature. I™€™d get a different fridge and not recommend this one at all.

Working with Frigidaire Direct was a poor experience but so far the fridge is fine. Everything works. The main body of the fridge is slightly bulging so installation was a little difficult but we made it work.

Previously I had a Kenmore fridge for 20 years it finally went out, hesitated for a while about buying a new one ( was using a Mimi fridge) finally after much research and increasing tariffs (2024) I decided to buy! I initially wanted white appliances but not a large Frigidaire selection out there. So I bought stainless steel, love the smudge proof surface, keeps it looking nice and clean! I am SO pleased to report that my new Frigidaire refrigerator not only met my expectations, but also superceded them! I buy only Frigidaire appliances because of their sterling reputation for quality, easy maintenance, and affordability. Before my purchase, I checked out the reviews of product submitted by customers. All were excellent. First of all, it is absolutely beautiful! The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean and does not smudge with fingerprints. The exterior water and ice (with choice for cubes or crushed) dispenser is such a convenience. I appreciate the side by side configuration -- easy to reach all the groceries in each component with plenty of room in the freezer and refrigerator sections to store everything I need. The shelves are spaced correctly for my needs and clearly labeled bins indicate exactly what goes where. The refrigerator runs so quietly that I never hear it. In fact, it was so quiet, I had to check to see if it was working! The refrigerator I had before must have been at least thirty or so years old, -- it came with the house when I purchased it twenty-five years ago. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a refrigerator. The delivery men were on time, professional, and cordial. It was a seamless process. In fact, I was SO pleased with my refrigerator that I immediately purchased a "matching" Frigidaire convection oven. Another excellent, amazing product!

This is my 2nd, the first was a Lemon, this new one isn't much better.half the frig I can't use because food freezes. The top shelf I can't put anything in the back of the shelf, it freezes. The 2nd & 3rd shelf are ok. The 4the shelf. You can't put any fresh vegetables, lettuce, eggs WHY because the stuff freezes. After the experience dealing with customer service i decided to live with this horrible refrigerator. For the price of these machines you certainly feel ripped off.

I am very pleased with my new side by side refrigerator. My previous refrigerator had a bottom drawer freezer and it was horrible. Stuff would get burried in it and I ended up throwing it out because of freezer burn.
