Keeps Things Cold

I like this machine. It is working and keeping things cold, which is what it is supposed to do. I like the digital controls where you can dial in temperatures down to the degree in accuracy. We purchased this primarily because of the price, it was on sale and a good value. I don't like that it has air and water filters that must be replaced 3 or more times per year. My old fridge which made it about 17 years had a bypass for the water filter without needing to be bought separately. A water filter bypass now costs over $50 which is about the same cost as a water filter. Air filters are $22.We also had a drawer break in the freezer and one of the shelves in the fridge has already broken, but they are not part of the manufacturer's warranty. It's frustrating. I do however expect that this will run well for a very long time.

I love this frig! It's got so much more space than my last one. And the filter for the ice/water is a fantastic plus! We're hoping the convenience of ice and water dispenser encourage us to drink more water. The drawers are spacious. I hate to use it and get things dirty, but I love the capacity, visibility, and overall beauty of this appliance! Let's see how long it lasts!

Compressor out after a month

We loved the look and design of this refrigerator and chose it for our basement bar area in our new house. Unfortunately the compressor went out on Thanksgiving - after having it a little over a month. We were using it for overflow Thanksgiving foods. It's now December 11th and we are still waiting to hear back from the repair folks as to when they will have the new compressor to install. This is beyond frustrating with Christmas coming up and planning to host a houseful of guests.

Love the operation of this refrigerator! Love is side by side. Plenty of room for everything. Seems like with my French door refrigerator I need two hands because I need to completely open the refrigerator to use the drawers. This refrigerator is a one-handed operation. Love the night light. I love the refrigerator. One thing I would like is the actual temperature of inside the unit itself. The large display is nice where the water dispenser is located. But this display is only for temperature you want the refrigerator to be. Very deceiving on Frigidaire. Looks like more a marketing ploy.

We love our new Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator!! Our 19 year old Frigidaire was failing & we were afraid that we would not be able to find another one that we liked as well. From purchasing, installing, and finally to using this refrigerator, we've had nothing but positive experiences with Frigidaire. The installers were really helpful in providing a walkthrough of how to use the fridge effectively, and were really friendly. We don't have the kind of money for $4000 fridges, so this one fell under our budget, and it feels like we've gotten an insane return on our $1250 investment. We went with the dark steel finish for the extra $100, and it really looks incredible. Everything is cold and delicious, thanks Frigidaire for making what might be the perfect product!

We love our new refrigerator. The ice and water dispenser are super easy to use and lights up at night. Ice maker makes more than a sufficient amount of ice. The freezer has plenty of space and shelves make it easy to store food.The refrigerator has nice glass shelves so it™€™s easy to see everything inside. 3 storage drawers for meat, veggies and cheese. Butter tray on door! Plenty of height with the spacing of shelves so taller items will fit.

The frig is nice and we are enjoying it. Only reason i didn™€™t give it a 5 star was because the color. Note that if you desire the same black stainless steal buy the same brand on your appliances. They are different. This one the finish is very reflective & shiny. Also had issues with scratches when delivered but that wasn™€™t the frig™€™s fault. They helped resolve the issue.

It is louder than my previous Frigidaire side by side that was 22 years old. The door is scraping so I have the store tech coming on 9/9 to adjust it. The deli drawer is unnecessary it takes up too much room. Overall its a good product.

DON'T BUY THE REFRIGERATOR, it doesn't level and the water filter won't stay locked. I have had 3 repairmen out to work on it and no one has been able to get the filter to lock in. I lhave received no help from FRIGIDAIRE, need I say more!
