We bought the fridge as an open box item so my expectations were limited. The fridge works as it should as cooling and regular refrigerators do but the filters for the water despenser were broken or loose and it leaked water from underneath the fridge. We're under the manufacturer warranty so getting a hold of you guys wasn't an issue so that's been great so far. We'll see how. It is after the tech comes today to fix the issues.

Love the new fridge! The compact ice maker is awesome and doesn't take up a lot of space in the freezer. The on screen feedback (set temp, ice maker off, etc) are very useful.

I purchased this to replace a 2 yr old Whirlpool fridge that replaced a 15 yr old Kenmore Elite,I like it but the right door seems to make a weird noise when open and close door,the installer said our floor was not level,and installed a shim,for 40 yrs have never had a shim there,sad that there are no appliance stores in our area except Lowes so customer service available,guess I will try to contact you directly,although this is probably not a warranty issue,hope this one lasts longer,made in America products seem to have issues these days and I hope I have better luck with this one

Quality Control problems

Looks good and has nice features. The problem is that it took 3 new unopened units to get one with minimal damage. The first one was crushed in the back (refused) The second one had a dent in the side and the freezer door seal had a 1/8" gap. Number 3 was only slightly damaged. Dent in back inside the freezer, defective crisper drawer, and 2 extra mystery screws in the bottom of the fridge (hope they are not important). How do these defects make it out the factory?

Great Fridge

The Frigidaire side by side that I just purchased has been working effectively and efficiently. It has been keeping my fresh produce and vegetables; maintaining their freshness a lot longer than my previous fridge. I also like the fact that you can view your control panel on the outside of the fridge door for the inside temperature. I am also enjoying my water/ice maker as well.

So Far I Love It

This refrigerator replaces a 20 year old Frigidaire that finally died while we were on vacation. The new one has a similar layout with the exception that the ice maker takes up about 1/2 the space of the old one. We are a bit concerned that the ice will not keep up with our usage in the heat of summer but we will not know that till next year. My only other complaint is the in door water/ice is one hole/area with a button to choose what you want. The old one had a separate lever for each so I have accidentally spilled water on the floor when I thought I was getting ice and vice-versa. I am sure with time I will get used to that but right now it™€™s a bit of a pain.

I really like my Frigidaire. The lights are really bright.I especially like the ease of the drawers. Rollers make a big difference. Very smooth. Ice maker is compact which is great. It is very spacious and easy to find things. It runs very quietly. I am very pleased with it. I will recommend Frigidaire to all my friends and family.

Beautiful, efficient. The inside is great. The shelves and drawers work well. The freezer has great space with the way the ice maker is made. The size of the ice cubes are smaller and that works so well. Over all very pleased!

The perfect fridge

For the price point, you will not find a better refrigerator. Additionally, the water flow is better than most AND it makes a very good amount of ice daily, so say good bye to your ice cube trays unless you heed additional ice for parties. Also, I have kept the default freezer and refrigerator settings and everything chills and freezes without any issues.

End of an Era - The french door.

Purchased a new home, the builder sourced our appliances from Electrolux. Sadly we were told we were unable to switch out the models, even at a lesser value to.choose the models we liked. Water and ice at the door have been a must for the last 20 years, for the last 15 years we've enjoyed the freezer at the bottom, fridge on the top. For us it's practical the appropriate ratio of space. The appliances it's self is high quality, handle feel is excellent, features such as cold drink timer and freeze boost are new to us and we've enjoyed it.

I went from a top freezer refrigerator to this side by side and could not be happier. Fits perfect, plenty of room and zero issues with door ice and water dispenser. It was delivered / installed late in the day and a bit slow getting the ice going, but in the morning the dispenser was full. I usually have to turn the ice maker off about once every couple of weeks as it™€™s overflowing. Note: It™€™s just me using it. So very happy with the purchase and zero issues with the Lowe™€™s delivery.

I purchased the above a Frigidaire refrigerator after visiting several stores and personally comparing other brands for quality, craftsmanship, price, size and cubic feet. I purchased-the Frigidaire refrigerator after realizing one can not beat the price, quality and workmanship that came with Frigidaire compared to other brands. I already own a stand up Frigidaire freezer that serves me well. You can not, in my personal opinion purchase a quality made refrigerator than the Frigidaire.

Many problems and poor quality after only one week

The top glass pane shelf isn't wide enough to fit on the built-in sliding tracks and the back clips aren't wide enough to fit into the slots on each side. So the shelf is hanging off on one side with no support. The doors close very hard and all the stuff inside rattles. They should close much softer like my last fridge. The sliding bins at the bottom of the refrigerator and freezer sides are thin and cheap and sometimes get stuck. The airflow vent on the top shelf is sweating water and dripping. The compressor fan motor gives off a very loud and constant hum noise. Is this normal??? The brushed metal door handles smudge and get dirty VERY easily. And the control panel on the water/ice dispenser doesn't stay lit so I can see the buttons at night. I've had this refrigerator for only a week! Overall, I am not pleased with this purchase.

As some have noted, the Frigidaire Gallery is a little on the loud side in the first 24 hours, as the unit works to bring temps down on the newly installed refrigerator. After that, it really isn't an issue. This is a well designed unit, with a space for frozen pizzas conveniently located next to the ice dispenser/ice bucket. With over 25 cu ft, the shelves are bigger than expected. The drawers all work very well and they DO NOT stick, unlike a Whirlpool that we originally ordered (then canceled, thanks to a knowledgeable Lowe's Sales Associate informing us of a design flaw in the other brand). Overall, the Gallery appears to be well built. Time will tell if it's the bargain it appears to be for the less than $1,100 Sale Price.
