I really like the refrigerator except the rails tge bins are on are flimsy. They replaced one in the freezer but it is still slanted and unstable.

Within the first year, the circuit board just stopped working and needed to be replaced. Luckily, it was still under warranty. However, now (two years after purchase) the water dispenser is leaking water everywhere and the ice cube maker is no longer filling to make ice cubes. Refrigerators used to last 20 years without repairs. It is completely unacceptable that an appliance need repair within the first 5 years of purchase. I™€™m extremely disappointed that the factory warranty won™€™t cover this. This might be the last Frigidaire we purchase.

Loving Our New Fridge

We have had our new fridge for about 4 weeks now and dearly in love with it.It provides a lot of shelving space in both the fridge and freezer section..love the fingerprint free surface as it stays clean and shiny , do wish the handles were a different surface as they tend to show fingerprints here and there but easy to clean. We were looking for a fridge without the water and ice dispenser on the exterior but opted for and glad we did, as it's used on a daily basis .

Just an appliance? Maybe, but this Frigidaire side by side has easy to use features and unexpected interior style. I replaced an older unit with this one and could not be more pleased with the extra interior lighting, upgraded drawer style and the new ice cube shape- perfect for iced coffee drinks

I bought the Frigidaire gallery refrigerator about a month ago and I love it. It™€™s really nice, has some cool features, and looks great. I like the cold drink timer on the freezer so you don™€™t forget your drink in there and let it freeze.

Crack on the backside of the Frigidaire fridge on third shelf

I purchased Frigidaire fridge around January 2022 and I just realize there™€™s a crack getting bigger on the backside of the fridge inside around the third shelf and I approach the Nebraska furniture they are saying I have to call the Frigidaire and they™€™re saying they cannot do anything. I have to call the service company and they can come look at it I have to pay.so I need to let everybody know. Be careful when you™€™re buying the product because They don™€™t have the good quality anymore.

Like the side by side door Frig design with visible ice make and water dispense. While the new icemaker design does keep up with my needs and functions properly the noise that this refrigerator makes is ridiculous. It™€™s obvious that Frigidaire has value managed these units to a point where they make a loud noise 24 hours a day is it really worth that much to produce a product that you can hear from 30 feet away?

The ice still tastes weird, but other than that everything went great , delivery guys were good , but they did dent the side of the fridge, small dent and that will never show. Great job Hahn.

I have gone thru 2 refrigerators in the last 17 months. My Frigidaire has rose to the challenge. It is spacious I like the sleek design and it keeps everything cool. As a whole the unit is great. However, there are a couple things that have been frustrating. The drawers in the freezer slide off the slots very easily. The slots were not made wide enough to hold the drawers. The ice make already stopped working 9 months in. Not sure the issue but after a few time consuming moments of fidgeting with the upper part suddenly the machine started to act right. I™€™m glad it did because I was dreading the call to customer service. For these two issues I have 3 stars.

It's so BEAUTIFUL. I was star struck when the digital numbers lit up. My 4 year old daughter is constantly asking for water now. We both love watching the light glow when we are getting ice/water and automatically turn off when the cup is full. The fridge is so bright and beautiful when the doors are open. It has absolutely everything we could ever ask for! 10/10 recommend!

We purchased our side by side Gallery EditionRefrigerator after our Kenmore french door took a dump, after checking all other brands of refrigerators we decided that the Frigidaire had the most upside to what we wanted, love that you can put more then one gallon on the door shelf's, the ice maker on ty he door with water is also a plus, you can't even hear the refrigerator running it's very quiet. Would most definitely recommend Frigidaire products

Family of 8 plus frequent company. We go through a lot of food. I needed a refrigerator that would hold a large amount of food yet fit in our space requirements. I also wanted an ice maker/water dispenser that was on the front , yet unobtrusive. This Frigidaire model fit the bill. We have been highly satisfied with it's quiet noise level and ability to quickly cool our foods. We milk our own dairy animals, so the cool/freeze boost option is awesome.

Like the size and space. The interior is very bright so easy to find things. However, we cannot get the water filter out (since the day we got it) and the ice machine stopped working twice in the first week. Had to turn it off and back on to get it to make ice. Otherwise, we like it.

I like the refrigerator. Glad I purchased it, (so far). Is a bit noisy. This refrigerator is a replacement for one determined to have a mfg. defect. The 1st had an ice maker that was fantastic. Produced ice in great quantity. The replacement produces ice very slowly. It is the one issue I'm very disappointed with. When talking to customer service they indicate the slow version is correct. I find it hard to believe that there can be such a difference in production and yet being told the poorer production is correct. I would like to talk to someone in technical support.
