I purchased this model back in April of 2025. The icemaker stopped working. I called and had a service tech come out. He stated that the water valve was bad, ordered a new valve and scheduled a return tech visit. When the next tech came out he stated that it wasn't the water valve and that this model had a defect that the line that feeds the icemaker is routed incorrectly. He told me that if this happened again to call and that the entire refrigerator would have to be replaced. It stopped again and I called to schedule another tech visit on 12/8/2025 between 8am and 5pm. No one showed up, no email no text and no phone call. I called to find out why and "Bob" couldn't provide that information and unfortunately the next appointment was when I was out of town. I came back into town, called and scheduled another tech visit for 12/30/2025 between 8am and 5pm. Once again I wasted 9 hours waiting and again no one showed up, no email, no text and no phone call. This by any standard is unacceptable. I will let me friends, family and other acquaintances that Frigidaire is poorly run as far as service and apparently when the techs no that the model has a defect the company really doesn't care and prefers to frustrate their unsuspecting customers with the service run around.

This model is a great improvement over the previous model I had.. the drawers are better built and easier to use.. the shelves are also better designed.. love the freezer drawers much better design than previous model, quite and stays at settings. Love this model.

We recently purchased another Frigidaire Gallery side by side. Our older one was 16 years old and in that time, it only needed a compressor relay, which was a cheap fix. The new upgraded LED lights are fantastic, and the new space saver ice maker allows for some room next to it for small items and ice blocks. It™€™s very quiet too!

I purchased this Frigidaire Gallery side by side refrigerator because the first one started doing strange things just before Thanksgiving. We bought the whole kitchen appliance set 10 years ago and we when the frig started having issues, we wanted to stay with the same line for looks. It has the same amount of space as the old one. The drawers slide much easier than the old one and I like the 1" square ice cubes the new one makes, better than the long odd shaped ones that the old one made. Also, I like the slender and tall ice cube tray, it gives a little more space beside it for storage. Overall, I like it and I would recommend it to my friends.

This refrigerator is very spacious. I previously had a French door with drawer on the bottom. I was always struggling to find anything in the freezer, No problem with this one. I also purchased this model because of the led lights that go all the way to the bottom drawers in the refrigerator part. Makes it easy to see everything. So far so good!
