We replaced an old wine refrigerator with this compact GE refrigerator. The old wine refrigerator did not match our GE dishwasher and this new refrigerator does. It is a perfect size and I like that I can adjust the shelves or take one out or both for extra large items. The delivery folks that installed the refrigerator were professional and curious.

Wonderful concept. It really appears to be a professional unit especially when installed under a counter. It quickly becomes the star of the show amoungst the other appliances. However it appears to be all show and no go. Poorly thrown together freezer section where ice trays set. Just looking at that section inside makes me think " old camper fridge" while the rest looks modern. I would have been more then happy if that section was deleted and move the cooling part to the back and sides out of site and also out if the danger it faces Everytime it freezes up which is all the time. It becomes a hazard to it's self and others as we all know no matter how many times we tell each other to never use a metal object or shart or any object to remove the ice. Very few people have time nor the Patience to watch ice melt. With this unit one poke and it's curtains. The cooling part is so thin and simple I would not be surprised if a piece of ice punchured it

Very Loud and should delete freezer for an extra

I have a complete GE Monogram kitchen we love and thought it would be good to have a matching compact refridgerator for my home office to replace an older unit that died. Unit looks good and has real stainless steel front panel but unit is much louder than my older unit and the freezer section is a waste of space. (My older unit had another shelf for drinks vs. freezer) Looks good but for the extra money you pay for this fridge it should be quieter and better organized inside for efficiency and not just a fancier door. Not sure if its the new type of refridgerant used or the NEW owners of GE Appliances that changed the compressors to save money but if you want a quiet unit this is not it.

Almost the perfect fridge

After months of waiting, the fridge was finally delivered. It was easy to install and fit perfectly...the advertised dimensions were spot on. The fridge holds just about everything we expected it to hold. The only problem we have is that freezer compartment doesn't get cold enough to make/store ice which was one of the feature that made it stand out. We have not yet had an opportunity to address this with GE so maybe there's a simple fix...but there's nothing in the manual that addresses this other than to raise the temperature of the entire unit which we have done.

Good fridge, but overpriced

I ordered this as a replacement to our undercounter bar fridge. It fits fine, but is very overpriced for what you get. It is basically the same thing they sell for college dorm room, except 4x the price. No concerns with the quality, however.

Fake stainless steel front problems.

The fake stainless steel front seems to dent easily. I took a picture of a dent on either side of the door just beneath the top of the door. One dent on either side of the door. In the evening the light catches the dents and it is very easy to see them. They are not deep dents but you can feel them ever so slightly. Sad to think that I spent $600 on this little refrigerator and I have to look forward to additional dance when I am fastidious about caring for products in my home.

Perfect size for under counter fridge

We replaced an old dishwasher on our lower level with this great under counter fridge from GE. We chose GE for the quality of service offered on appliances. It is spacious and attractive and works great as a drinks fridge or for overflow from our main kitchen fridge, but it doesn't function as a real freezer. It doesn't even freeze the tiny ice cube trays it came with. Also the fan wasn't functioning properly at initial delivery so it had to be fixed.

The Perfect Size

I needed a refrigerator for my loft and this is the perfect size. It has an ice try, separate freezer area which makes it perfect for keeping ice cubes upstairs. Its extremely spacious. I store water, juice, and soda in the upstairs loft area. It makes it easy when we don't feel like walking downstairs at night. It's perfect!

We purchased this fridge primarily for use as a beverage cooler and other small items. It works, but we have had some issues. Things shifted in the during the delivery and it sounded like a lawn mower. We were able to address that and were pleased. Until the drip pan overflowed. It is difficult to regulate the temperature. The door does not seem to seal tightly which may be the main culprit. However, the small freezer section is either frozen solid, or liquid and thus running over onto the food below.

I have had two of these installed since September 2020. The first made a loud knocking sound and eventually stopped running. Service wanted to order parts which were back ordered for 3 months. So the place I purchased it from replaced the fridge. It arrived with a dented door which they replaced with my old fridge. The problem is the new one is extremely loud. I have two hearing aids and can hear it without my hearing aids from my bedroom which is on the floor below. I'm ready to throw it out the window!

This under-counter unit is no shirker. It cooled quickly after being plugged in the first time and GE has done a great job of shrinking the cooling engine so it doesn't fill up most of the interior as one sees frequently with minibar-type refrigerators. I used a low profile appliance dolly to give me unit on casters at half the price of a commercial under-counter unit.
