Terrible product

The bottom rack was poorly designed for plates and platters. But more specifically, just after 2 months of use we started encountering issues with it opening/dispensing the soap from the soap compartment. Ultimately we had to abandon the use of pods and just use liquid detergent to get it to work. We went ahead and ate the loss and bought a different dishwasher.

Small Rack and Wet Dishes

This product looks sleek however the rack layout does not allow for much to be loaded. This machine also does not have a dry cycle. We have loaded up on Jetdry to only find that most dishes are dripping wet when the cycle is complete.

The basket for the dinnerware is small, the placement for dishes & cups/glasses is horrible. Bowels don't sit nice on rack, it's hard to put many dishes on each rack.

This dishwasher was installed in our new home and it doesn't even work. Keep getting error codes. Follow all of the directions in manual to troubleshoot and it will not start. A piece of worthless junk. Our builder installed. We had no choice in product.

We are limited to the size of dishwasher to fit in our house. That is the main reason we purchased this one and it was available. It took over three months to get. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. Don't like the fact that knives and dinner forks have to be put in back of silverware tray. If put in front won't allow soap dispenser to open. Other than that we are happy with it.

Poorly designed - do not buy

This dishwasher is most poorly designed dishwasher I've ever used - nothing fits. The rack where you put the utensils is loose on the bottom shelf. It slides back & forth and doesn't keep still. The upper rack is difficult to pull out. If you look on the rollers there is flash that prevents it from moving smoothly. We're afraid if we use too much force it will break something. And the bottom rack just completely comes out of the dishwasher & onto the door when you pull it out to load the dishes. There is absolutely no tolerance check on the design of this dishwasher. There also isn't a dry cycle to pick. It says it will sense & dry it automatically. I'm sure it's based on some "environmentally friendly" nonsense study, but the dishes are not dry when the cycle is complete. Terrible dishwasher. Do not buy. We only purchased this dishwasher because our current dishwasher broke, couldn't get the parts because of COVID, & this one was the only one in stock. We should have just chosen to continue to wash our dishes by hand.

Super clean dish!! Love the way it cleans but I don't like how there not many rows in bottom for plates. There's a lot of short slanted slots that aren't tall enough to hold a plate or bowl in. Confused what those are for…I use that corner for pans mostly. Overall works great just not so much the layout.

I hate this dishwasher; It takes too long to wash dishes. (over 2 hours at the normal setting) The settings are hard to understand. I want a dish washer I can quickly turn on and move on with my life. This thing has a bunch of different setting that are unnecessary. The directions are horrible. The dishes are never completely dry. It works and I really can't return it, so I'm stuck with it.

Cheaply made and does not have a drying cycle. Who would think we should have looked for that normal feature. Silverware basket will no reseat properly. Absolutely will never recommend. We were replacing a GE with this very similar GE so there was no reason not to expect a good product. Oh brother, were we wrong. The old one broke so it had to be replaced.

Has been working fine except for one pan that had caked on oil, etc. had to rewash by hand but it was not hard. Also, pots & plastic items like containers do not dry well. Need to put them in the disgdrainer to dry completely. Would I recommend? With what I just said, yes.
