Control panel is difficult

Dishwasher washes GREAT! However, the digital control panel is difficult to master. And, the minimum cycle time is 48 minutes. No quick rinse available.

Rack design not good, lower face plate unfinished.

Lower rack prongs are too close for width of pans and casserole dishes. Upper rack does not accommodate wine glasses even if you lower it. Lower face plate look unfinished showing screws and slide adjustments. Not Pretty for spending alot of money.

New dishwasher

This ADA dishwasher works great in our tight space! I would like longer prongs for dish separation. Also I kept my old silverware holder because reviews said they didn't like this one, and I agree. As far as drying, the sanicycle works great. Overall it's not the quality in the racks I had before, but my dishes are clean.

Worst dishwasher ever

It cleans ok, but the racks seem to have been designed by someone who has never actually owned dishes or loaded a dishwasher. Nothing fits. I lowered the top rack to accommodate reusable water bottles, and now the bottom is too short to allow the spinning mechanism to spin over our standard sized plates. It's just a very stupid machine. And I paid a lot of money for it and had to wait several months to receive it. This was literally our only option because of supply chain issues and availability, and we had to get the ADA model because of how our floor was installed. The plastic parts are cheap and flimsy and look like they're ready to break at any moment. Buyer beware! I've always loved GE appliances - everything else in our home is GE - but this dishwasher is a stinker,

Machine does not clean dishes as well as past dishwasher, not easy to load or friendly, problem when pushing loaded rack back into machine, does not empty soap dish, silverware basket could be a better design as well as the rest of the dish rack. Loading Capacity Problematic

I loved my prior GE dishwasher. This dishwasher provides several slots on the lower tray to place saucers. Most people use mugs--not cups and saucers. Additionally, the upper tray in the lowest position will not accommodate my stemware. I am running the appliance far more frequently as a result of the odd loading options. The dishes are clean following a cycle and the exterior is sleek.

Annoying dishwasher

Maybe this works for some period but this us a difficult dishwasher to operate. What kind of dishwasher do you have to open when the cycle is finished to make sure the dishes are dry! And if you set it at night, are you supposed to wait for the cycle to finish! Also, it is not easy to set and start. I do not recommend this.

I don't like it but I am stuck with it. After waiting almost two months to have it installed, I'm not happy with it. I'm following the instructions for operation and the name brand pods and rinse agent but it still doesn't dry the dishes!!!! No where near the performance of my old machine.

GE has always been my go to and in the past they have lasted for years with regular up keep...First the machine looks great, my choices were limited due to kitchen design, only a ada model would fit. The racks are ok silverware holder is awful design if you want it to stay in place you will need to use a zip tie the topper for the silverware basket is a waste, but perhaps there are consumers who like that feature who don't want their silverware touching/nesting while they wash. The biggest design flaw and clearly GE has knowledge is this as the replacement part is never in stock!!! The lower spray arm which is a thin bonded piece of plastic splits/cracks open which allow the water to spray out the bottom of the door and flood the floor. The first failure was in the first 6 months and covered by manufacturer warranty, and we had to wait for the part to be back in stock. Now here we are 6 months later, and the spray has cracked/split again and the replacement part again is Out of Stock....GE if the problem keeps happening and you cant keep the replacement part in stock its time to re-design or change the material used to make the part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ie stainless steel...anyone who is looking to purchase the dishwasher will see its not a cheap bottom of the line unit

This is my first ever dishwasher, so I can't really compare it to others. I always though dishwashers did a so-so job, but so far this one is really great. Everything comes out super clean. I'm just unpacking things that were in storage for a few years, so it's nice to have the sanitize feature. I wish the washing times weren't so long, but I'm sure there is a reason why they seem to go on forever. We are on a well and I worry about using too much water, but supposedly these machines use less water than hand washing.

The button to start the dishwasher sometimes sticks. Bottom dish rack does NOT pull out without falling off the track. The silver ware rack does not fit well in the dishwasher. The soap dispenser sometimes doesn't open up to release the soap pod. The dishes don't dry well some of the time.

Bought for a small office for light, occasional use. Only used for coffee mugs, maybe a few bowls and utensils. Went to use it for the very 1st time so wash some food platters and couldn't even get them to fit. The pre-set "spokes" in the bottom where dishes go are very oddly shaped, also the utensil caddy just sort of sits there loose, seems like it should lock in somehow. Top & bottom racks feel rather flimsy, do not slide well. Overall not impressed for a GE.

Sparkling results

With this dishwasher, we just scrape off the food and load the dishes. No pre-washing necessary and everything comes out beautifully. While it is doing its work, we can barely hear the dishwasher; it is very quiet. If I pop open the door when the cycle is finished, the ceramics and metals are already dry and the plastics take another ten minutes or so. We are very happy with our purchase.

So far, so good! It does an amazing job at cleaning, and runs quiet like I said! Some things that are a downer is the upper and lower baskets. I have heard people saying their dishwashers was loud, but could not believe how loud this thing is. I am just glad that our bedroom is upstairs, far away from the kitchen. The silverware racks are useless, glad we kept the ones from the previous device, even thought they do not fit well into the racks. Also the top rack does not hold soup or salad bowls without them falling over. All that said, it does a fantastic cleaning job even though it does not have a rinse cycle.

Poor design

Cullery basket not secure..the control should be about an inch lower so you can see where it's at in the cycle...the tongs on bottom rack nor useful for anything other than dishes and for a small family not versatile

Slighly Smaller

This GE dishwasher is quite a bit shorter that our previous GE model. During installation the leveling legs needed to be extended almost fully and now there is a noticeable gap at the bottom of our unit to the floor. This space will need to be filled with a white board.
