So many features!

This dryer is awesome. There are so many settings. Will I ever use them all? Maybe, maybe not but I love options. 4 heat settings are wonderful plus you can use just air with no heat. The app is great too. Lets me know when the clothes are almost dry and when they're dry. Wrinkle care runs on air for up to an hour if you can't get to clothes immediately when dry. That's important to me because I don't like wrinkled clothes and I don't like ironing. Also the door is reversable. We didn't reverse the door because we have what I think is a weird setup (washer on right, dryer on left). This was a huge plus in my decision on this because we also bought the matching washer and that door is also reversable and you won't find that with many brands. We've owned other GE appliances in the past and they have always worked well for us.

We bought this dryer for our new house, and so far we are pleased with it. I am still figuring out all of the settings and options as sometimes my clothes are still a bit damp, but once I can worj through the different options, I know there is one that will work for this set of clothes. I love the sanitize option - with a dog and baby its important! So far a great GE product.

I've used several of the dryer settings and it is supposed to be an intelligent dryer assessing weight. Not one of the settings has dried the items . Each time I have had to manually add additional time to adequately dry the clothes. Towels are a particular problem.

I love all of the drying settings. They have just about any option as a preset. That being said the only downfall is that some of the pre made settings do not allow you to alter the other options such as heat level or time. Some you can tweak to your liking and others are just set as what they are.

It seems to remove less lint from clothes than my previous washer and dryer, so maybe clothes and towels last longer? I've never had a load come out damp.

Loudest dryer ever

Dryer started making loud grating sounds day 2 of ownership. Requested replacement from appliance store. They sent technician out 10 day later and he said it needed a new motor, will order it. No estimate on time it will take to arrive. This site will not let me post a video with audio to let everyone see/hear it. I would like a replacement. Great Dryer

This dryer replaced by Samsung dryer. I love it so far so much better! It doesn't smell like its burning my clothes. The only thing I had an issue with was after 3 months of not having a working dryer, we were able to get this GE & upon delivery it didn't work :(. Had to wait another couple more days & the technician said it needed a software update. So if you get it & it doesn't work this might be why. I don't know how to do the update, the tech didn't share. Overall I would recommend this dryer.

We've only had the washer and dryer for a month now but so far they are working excellent. The features are great and the dryer is fast at drawing clothes. The only issue I've had with the unit is where the outer metal shell joins the inner metal shell around the door opening, has sharp and rough edges that clothes are catching on. GE is sending a repair check out to correct this issue. Other than that I love the units.

The washer is excellent. It is simple to use. Even a teenager can operate it. It works quietly and never moves at all. It cleans clothes very well and it even dispenses the detergent automatically so you don't have to remember to do that every wash.
