Good product with nice features, buuuttt - the wife and I have both noticed that it is taking at least 45-60 seconds longer to heat coffee. Seems like it's losing power at a surprisingly fast rate. Not so good.

I am very happy with my purchase. It looks great and works great! It has all the features that we wanted and a perfect price point. The only negatives I could say is that it shows every fingerprint and the buttons a a little hard to push. Other than that it's a perfectly good microwave

Caught this on sale at Home Depot and got a great deal, especially for the black SS model. Delivery was excellent, though be aware you must be home to sign for it (which caused me to reschedule once - but they made that pretty efficient). I had an electrician run a new dedicated circuit since my existing stove fan shared the existing circuit with other kitchen outlets. I installed the microwave myself and it went in perfectly. You will need a second hand to help lift and steady the oven while the final bolts are tightened up. I did notice the left side sags a tiny bit when you look up close - not sure why, I used filler blocks to fill the gap between microwave and cabinet. The installation templates were a tremendous help. Using them, and remeasuring about a million times I got everything aligned first try, including the top external vent. Just take your time and double check everything. The microwave is much quieter than my old countertop model. It's not quite as powerful though - I notice my 2 minute cup of tea is not quite as hot as it was before. The fan seems satisfactory, but I notice it doesn't catch the vapors and steam quite as well as my old hood range. So far I am quite pleased with the oven and glad to recover some counter space

Bought this item and after a couple of months it is making a very loud noise. I need to schedule a 4-5 hour window for a tech to come look at this. I tried to see if I could take the product to a location but that is not an option.

We bought all new appliances when we remolded our kitchen and they were all GE ! It's been 2 years and I've already had to replace all 3 . They only offer a 1 year warranty and now I know why . Never ever will I but anything made by GE

Works fine and easy to install. Fan is noisy and uses halogen bulb which gets interior hot and uses too much power. Replaced with LED. Sooo much better!

This is our second GE microwave oven... Due to pandemic and logistics we were unable to get the 1200 Watt version so had to settle for 1100...longer cooking times. The one noticeable problem is the turntable os rather noisy but works OK. Still a good product!

Well it is not working after 3 weeks. This is second one we had in a year and 5 months. The first one broke after 1 year 3 months. The second one we had to replace because it wasn't under warranty which was a year. Our replacement I bought lasted 3 weeks. Are you having trouble with all your microwaves?
