Have had the refrigerator about one month and I love it. So glad I held out for the white one. It looks great in the kitchen and compliments the other appliances. Love the extra room to fill the water pitcher/glass. My old one would not accommodate anything but a small coffee cup size. The controls are easy to operate for temp control. Food is being kept just right. Just wish the white selection over stainless steal was not so much more expensive, but like I said it is worth the extra dollars along with order wait time.

The ice maker has not worked since day one. The ice melts in the holding bin and ends up in one big block but yet all our food in the refrigerator is frozen all the time so I can't really adjust the temp to help out the ice. Ice is always melted and the food is always frozen. Something not right there. We have tried multiple things to help the problem with no avail. It's a shame we paid so much for this thing and it ruins our food constantly. Would never recommend.

Love the Exterior Refrigerated Drawer

I've had this fridge for only about a week, but so far I'm enjoying the ease of finding and reaching items as opposed to a side-by-side fridge. I'm thinking that the freezer has slightly less room, however. Perhaps that will keep me from holding onto items that we turn out not to like. It protrudes about 2" more than the old fridge so be sure that you have enough room to maneuver it into your house. I don't understand why white comes at a $300 surcharge. Small kitchens can't visually break up the run of white cabinets with stainless appliances. Overall, I like this refrigerator.

We no longer need our separate chest freezer, the middle drawer is great for veggies and the adjustable shelves in this unit work great for whatever size that you want to make it, So far this is the best refrigerator that we have ever used, also the L.E.D. lighting is great!

Bought this wonderful refrigerator 20 days ago and it was delivered and installed 10 days ago, we know already in our near 52 years of marriage this one is the best!! The features it offers can actually help me...so easy to reach in and out of, everything has a place, the light is LED and every inch of refrigerator you can see, love the little alarm that goes off if you have doors open over 5 minutes or if you don't close all the way. The ice and water in door so nice. The ice so good as you have ice for a long no time also shows ounces you are putting into a glass, this is so helpful if you need to drink so many ounces in a days time and for a quick drink...it cold rather than tepid like our last refrigerator. Plus favorite part is small drawer between refrigerator and bottom freezer, it is my deli drawer and a snack or a lunch it makes easy access and cold air does not escape upper frig area or the freezer area. That's just to name my most favorite...so many other features in a great 25 cu. ft refrigerator/freezer. Our 6th refrigerator in 52 years and I'd give you the other five, but you can't have this one.

Nice fridge, but noisy

I have had my new refrigerator about a week so far. It is very large and I like how I can easily change the shelving. I absolutely love the water and ice dispenser! The only thing I would complain about would be the shelves on the refrigerator doors. Other then that this refrigerator is perfect for my family of 6.

Biggest piece of garbarge

Paid 2400.00 for a refrigerator that the ice dispenser always clogs up. The cubes are to big for the shoot. The right door hinges are broken, this fridge is only a year or two old. I will never buy one of Whirlpools appliance again. I would give this a zero rating if one was available.

Love the center drawer

We just bought this so the review is based on approximately three weeks of ownership. While this is smaller than my last refrigerator, it is still adequate; a little small in upper portion, but not bad. It is noisy!! That's by biggest complaint is the compressor noice.
