I love my new Electrolux washer. There™€™s so many cycles to choose from. My clothes come out clean and smelling fresh every wash load. The large capacity washer is a plus for comforters and bulky blankets. It truly is an upgrade from my old one.

A Bit Disappointed

The dryer works well for normal loads of clothes and towels. Although, it is quite disappointing when drying larger items, such as bedding and sheets. It says that it accommodates comforters, but we've had the comforters get caught on the mechanisms and start to tear. The size does not allow for comforters to freely fluff (even with dryer balls) rather ends up in a tight ball not allowing to completely dry without stopping to manipulate it then restart. Also, I haven't found the wrinkle reduce setting to work very well, especially on sheets, which get very tightly tangled into a ball resulting in very wrinkled bedding.

They are beautiful, (we got the Graphite Gray) and more importantly, they work great.My mom always bought Electrolux vacuum cleaners and said there was no better vacuum. Dryer - after 3years mister went $300.00 I did not neeedto spend. Then when trying to activate just got 3 clicks. Mechanic said dryer is dead.. Not happybutwife luvs her Electrolux and said lets just buy a new one . We did - wife is happy again esp the size.

2 months in, dryer is now making loud noises when tumbling. Very disappointed so far and a week before service can come out to look at it . Also lint tray doesn't catch all the lint. Update 8/19/25. Turned out a pulley was bad and created all that noise. Sounds great again, but to spend a good chunk of change on a highly rated appliance and after 2.5 months for a $5 part to go bad is sad.

I've had the set since May 2025, by August I did have a warranty call for loose wiring. For such a new machine, I shouldn't have had to deal with it, however, I was able to set service up online and have the machine fixed quickly.

At first the dryer was noisy, but we were assured by our technician that it would quiet down and it did. I like the large capacity, no problem drying comforters, blankets. I do wish the start button was a bit larger, it is tiny.

I went into the appliance store looking for a replacement for a Kenmore washer and dryer set. Was looking for a Whirlpool or Ge. The owner is a friend of a friend and told us all about Electrolux. I was not very familiar with them as far as washers and dyers. He completely explained the brand and advantages of it. Told use he and his own mother personally owned them. My wife really liked the color and the fact that they actually use automotive quality paint to finish them. Well I must say. Wow. They look great. Work great. I am so glad we didn™€™t go to the box store. We are very happy. Thanks again Electrolux!

I™€™ve only had my under counter washer and dryer for a week. It was a long journey getting to this point as my kitchen was remodeled to accommodate the washer and dryer. I finally have a decent sized W/D that fits beneath the counter! Reversible doors are a huge plus! Makes it so easy to transfer a load from the washer to dryer. And the appliances are quiet.

We have owned this dryer for a few years, with no problems. The dryer stopped working a couple of weeks ago, so we called a repair company to identify the issue. After assessing the dryer, he determined the circuit board that powers the control panel needed to be replaced and he would let me know the cost to do so in a day or two. Within in a few days, he text me to say the replacement part cost $899 and it would probably make more sense to buy a new dryer. In what universe does a replacement part cost almost as much as buying a new machine? Electrolux products are no longer allowed in my house and I am replacing the dryer AND washing machine with another brand.

Dryer worked great first two days. Third use it became VERY noisy after 20 minutes of running. Same thing on the next two uses. Called vendor we purchased it from and four days later repair person showed up. The problem was a loud vibration caused by the vent tube vibrating against the back of the dryer. It works great now after repair person put tape between the tube and back of dryer. I™€™m hoping this is ONLY issue we have as we™€™ve had dryer for less than two weeks.

Bought to replace a Samsung dryer that was finally dying after 12 years. This brand was recommended by a relative that owns an appliance store. We have not been disappointed at all with either the washer or dryer.Only small problems we've had is the auto dry setting for jeans is not the best. Ran for 70 mins and jeans were still damp. Just learned to dry jeans on timed, all other clothing dries fine on the auto setting.
