Crap Dryer & Equivalent Customer Service

So far this dryer has cost me two days of missed work, with more missed days in the future. It is three months old, and I am trying to schedule my third service call. I have tried to call and express my concern, and the only thing they want to do is schedule another service call, and sell you ANOTHER extended warranty. I tried the online chat, all they want to do is schedule another service call and sell you another warranty. They don't actually provide you with any solutions. Keep in mind, I've already paid for an extended warranty when I purchased it. If I keep buying all the extended warranty you offer, I could have just purchased the Speed Queen that I should have gotten in the first place. Unfortunately you have earned this review. As for your response to this review, I'm sure you will recommend contacting you by phone, or by chat to make this right, like you respond to every other bad review with. I have done that, and you have not made anything right. So this review is not only for your junk dryer, it is also for your trash customer service. If I ever get these fixed, they will be for sale. But by the time that happens, I will have probably lost my job due to missing work for service calls every month. Save your money, this isn't any better than a $300 dryer. If you really want to make it right, come pick these pieces of junk up and bring some speed queens to replace them with. I'll be putting this review on every site that I can find, maybe that will get someone's attention, but I have a feeling I already know that answer to that. Call or chat for help, yeah yeah give me more money for this extended, extended, extended warranty. Here is a video of it in its quiet state.
