Alpine Green Dryer

I do like the washer and dryer but there are 2 major issues. The first is the sound, it™€™s either on or off. Unfortunately on is very annoying and the ™€œcycle complete™€ alarms repeatedly and you cannot turn this off. You have to mute the sound completely. I would prefer the sound on to hear button presses and would prefer to know when my load is done quietly or like my previous machine, with a chime or choice of sound or to turn off ™€œcycle complete™€ without muting the buttons. There are just no options. The other issue I have with the dryer lint. The opening of the dryer is flat metal no gasket but it has been folded over to face the interior of the dryer leaving a small gap where fuzz, and hair become trapped so when I open the door they are floating all around and I have to pull each one out. The lint filter is a basket style that opens up and it is a micro screen but there are areas on the outside perimeter where lint does build up. Not a perfect design. Functionally, the dryer has several heat settings which actually work unlike my previous model, and you have the ability to set auto heat temp and dry level to normal or less or more dry. The factory normal setting on normal heat, normal dry, auto, leaves our clothes slightly damp so I have to set the dry level to high. But at least I can control the temperature.

The dryer is aesthetically pleasing. The extra large capacity makes for fewer loads. The pedestal makes it easier to reach things otherwise stored in an overhead cabinet. Very quiet with lots of drying options.

Non-stop issues with this dryer STAY AWAY! Has had problems since the first month we've received it. They have sent technicians out on more than 6 occasions for the last 6 months to replace almost every single piece in the machine(belts, seals, motor, drum,) you name it!! And it is still not operating appropriately and making really loud noises. With amount of times this machine has been pulled apart I am worried about the long-term damage this has caused and this has even been noted by the appliance agency they hired. I suffer from significant migraines and can't function with the dryer this loud but also need to run it multiple times a day due to having three children! They dont seem to care about anything but their bottom line. I explained they are losing money by having the Techs come this many times and having to pay them. No resolution as I called today to request a replacement point blank as this is absolutely absurd. 6 months nonstop issues. The amount of time I have had to take off work to be home for all of these repairs and again the long-term concerns of the effects of all these pull apart repairs!!!! No answers, no help, beyond disgusted! Don't buy!

Electrolux is my families trusted brand. My washer went out after 13 years, so we got a new set. My dryer was in perfect working condition & has been re-homed. I really like the updated controls & new features on the dryer. The dark green color is beautiful!

Our new electric dryer is wonderful! We have always purchased gas dryers in the past but the wait was 8-12 weeks for gas dryers. The e,extrication dryer does a good job in sensing when the clothes are dry. We have used the steam option while cleaning an outdoor umbrella canvas. It came out without wrinkles and we were able to get it back on its metal structure easily. I know we will use this steam option to get wrinkles out of clothes that are normally dry cleaned. I highly recommend this dryer.

A bit early for a detailed reveiw but so far all is well. The machines work as advertised. The installation was efficient and courteous. The clothes look bright and smell good. I have them up on the accompanying pedestals but not sure if I made the right decision about them. I lose the space above them to stack clothes and not sure what we will store under the machines. But as I said, still early and we intend to move the machines to a different location in a few months.

Works well now that it™€™s been serviced. Installation went well. It stopped working on the first day. Would turn on but not spin or heat. Technician came out and said that one wire or connection needed to be pushed in more (not the wall plug). Now everything seems fine. Got the pedestal as well which make for a nice height.

My daughter bought this same model recently so when we couldn™€™t repair my 12 year old Kitchenaid washing machine, I decided to replace the set with the same model Electrolux as my daughter has. I am so happy with them. I honestly believe my clothes are cleaner and I love the amount of options™€¦absolutely everything! The dryer is just as impressive, I always dry with the auto option and it has not disappointed me. The lint filter system is so much more ™€œuser friendly™€ with the fine mesh filter and love the location. All the lint stays in the closed filter until I open it to dispose of the lint. Love that feature! You did a fantastic job on the design of the filter system and the many options has not disappointed me.

Love our new set! We had a Electrolux set in red front loader and had it for 20 years. Never had any issues till this year so we decided it was time for a new set. We recently found ourselves in need of a new washer/dryer combo unexpectedly. After doing a lot of research we decided to give Electrolux a try. I knew of their reputation for vacuums over the years but didn't realize they had such a great reputation for their appliances also. We decided to go with the 700 Series in the Alpine green color. We purchased directly through Electrolux on their website and everything went exactly as they stated as far as date and delivery service, it was awesome. Even though we haven't had the items very long, so far we are thrilled with the options and the color. Here's to hopefully a very long relationship with our appliances.

I've only used it for a few weeks. Mostly using the Normal setting because I don't know what the other ones are for and the manual doesn't make it easy to understand. Lots of unnecessary bells and whistles as far as I'm concerned.

Very pleased with our purchase. I love that it has a pod soaking option so that it completely dissolves and doesn't release too much soap at a time. I was shocked by the washing power. I noticed that my socks were getting sucked near the drain, simple fix of putting them in a laundry bag. Overall get machine.

Both my Kenmore washer and dryer died last month. I wasn't sure what kind I wanted to replace them with. We went to our Earl B. Feidman Appliances and spoke to a salesperson. He showed us many different brands and models. After doing a lot of research we settled on both Electrolux washer and dryer. Aside from the beautiful color, the performance has been outstanding. My towels are so much fluffier and feel cleaner. They smell so good and feel so soft. I am absolutely in love. I've never had a steam option before, now I'm not sure what I would do without it. My favorite aspect is the refresh and the 15 minute dry. Amazing!!!!
