I have only had my washer about a little over a week now, and I've done several loads of clothes. I am VERY pleased with this machine! Easy to use with a great number of cycle options. The clothes are coming out great! It is relatively quiet, especially during the spin cycle and that is VERY important for me living on a 3rd floor of a condo unit! My ONLY complaint is that the sound notification that the laundry is done is VERY faint..and it's not adjustable, sadly. Truly not enough of an inconvenience to lose a "star"..as everything else about it is perfect.

Interesting that my first review disappeared and am wondering if the "4.5" star rating Electrolux gives itself is based on all reviews or just the ones showing. This washing machine is the least durable machine I've ever owned; washer no longer fills properly (and yes my water pressure is fine, no kinks in hose, etc-- this is a washer issue) after less than 2 years and one of those years it was in warehouse storage. Very light use. Also, in spite of having a gazillion settings there is little flexibility-- for example there is a "hand wash" setting that will only allow warm water. Crazy. Why not just have a handful of cycle strength settings, 3-4 temperature settings, a timer, and a "favorites" to keep the ones you like? The hose drainage for filter cleaning is so close to the ground it's impossible to drain without getting water all over the floor. Bad design. Overall I would never buy this brand, would go back to LG.

I finally got rid of my old washer and bought an Electrolux. I was concerned about going from an old technology washer with one dial and a button, to a new high-tech digital interactive screen-controlled machine. Electrolux has done an amazing job combining what worked with our old washers and integrating new digital controls. I thought I would need to watch tutorials and study the manual to figure out this new machine, but I did not! It's so intuitive with a big easy-to-understand physical dial and digital screen. You really can do it without any instructions! It's kind of fun and I now look forward to using my washer. Crazy! Plus, this washer got a fantastic review from Consumer Reports. So I highly recommend it!

Miserable delivery, install, and broken dryer

Ordered through Electrolux. Delivery was delayed twice and then installers refused to install it. Bottom flap was broken and after first use, entire house smells strongly of chemicals, even after airing out for multiple hours. Electrolux customer service and installation has been slow, unreasonable and lacking empathy.

I have not been able to receive my product. The delivery/install team, which is subcontracted through Electrolux, is unresponsive and has lost my washer/dryer. I am unable to get a representative to speak with me over the phone without being put on hold indefinitely. This is a nightmare scenario and I will likely have to do a chargeback to my card.

First don™€™t forget to remove the transportation screws in the back, all 3 and use the plastic covers for the remaining holes or your machine will have a rough spin. That being said this is a wonderful and very quiet machine, well balanced, very efficient in power and water. You can add more clothes when instructed. It has many selectable wash options with an easy rotation knob. It is elegant and will add to your decor. Only deception is that the instructions are very vague for an diy and it does not come with the hoses or any tool.

Best washer dryer for condo small space

This combo unit is perfect for our condo™€™s small laundry space. Fit through the narrow doorways and in the laundry closet. Very easy to assemble as well with a separately purchased stacking kit. Both the washer and dryer are intuitive to use and have a ton of features. The ventless dryer dries much faster compared to others I have used and compared to reviews I have read of ventless dryers in general. They are smart looking and we value the confidence in quality that the Electrolux brand has given us with using their other appliances. Highly recommend!

Huge improvement in my laundry routine

This compact washer (plus dryer) were the solution to moving the laundry out of the basement. They're small enough to fit into a closet space on the main floor. Plus, the washer does a great job. My only concern is an occasional unexpected noise during some wash cycles; Electrolux staff has been helpful. (Still not sure of the cause, but the noise hasn't occurred in a few weeks.)

I like the smaller compact model that fits better than n the designated area for laundry. Most machines are getting bigger and bigger, lots of bulk but not be rest more ounce. This machine does what it needs to do.

I paired this washer with the Electrolux ventless dryer and I™€™m happy with both appliances. They are quiet and efficient with more settings that I™€™ll probably use. The control panel is easy to easy to see and operate. I especially liked that the washer and dryer can be linked together so only one 240v outlet is needed rather than separate outlets for both appliances. I™€™d definitely recommend this package for your small space.

I have had this machine and it™€™s matching dryer for almost a year- it™€™s is perfect. The washer is quiet, and washes clothes super clean. This is the first condensing dryer I have used and it works just as well as a normal dryer. Clothes come out dry with no issues at all.

When we had to replace our old front load washer, I was worried we wouldn™€™t be able to find one shallow enough in depth to fit in our laundry room. The depth on this Electrolux stackable model is shallow enough but it was much shorter than expected. (I also had to buy a new new dryer that is a different brand and height which wasn™€™t a concern.) much to my pleasant surprise the shorter Electrolux washer works just fine!

What a washer! You can't go wrong with this guy. Easy to read, eager to please. Washes like a dream. More than meets the needs for a 1-2 person household, is super quiet and and quick. I appreciate all the eco settings and setting adjustability. Another great thing about this washer and its partner in crime (the stacking dryer), is you can plug the washer into the dryer, then plug the dryer into the wall. As my laundry closet has only one 220V outlet, this was key. I was surprised by how many W/D stacking units didn't have this piggy backing superpower.

Lots of settings and customizability, which makes this great for washing any kind of clothes! Also pretty quiet and a nice size. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is it keeps having excess bubbles left over (even with HE detergent), which isn't a problem I've had with my previous Electrolux washer.

My experience with Electrolux washers and dryers has been excellent until I had to deal with the company. We bought a Electrolux washer & dryer two years ago when the washer had a leak problem on the main value. We waited for 9 months for a replacement valve but none were available anywhere on the East Coast distributors. The company's response was they had no idea when the part would be available. After cleaning up water for 9 months after each wash we ended up buying another washer. Lucky I took out a maintenance contract for 5 years with the seller. They gave me credit on the old washer and replaced it with a new Electrolux washer with some additional monies added from me. The equipment is very good but if there is a problem the manufacture will not give you any help. We do like the new washer but am hoping nothing goes wrong with it.

We have a very small space for a stacked washer/dryer and this fit the bill. The capacity is not much smaller than our 30+ yr old washer but - WOW - does everything ever come out a lot cleaner on warm (not hot) and on a much shorter cycle. This washer does not seem to use much water at all, it's just so much more efficient. We'll see for sure when we receive our next water bill. Happy with the purchase and recommend it.

This washer is great and fits perfectly in my condos wash/dryer closet (and I have the dryer as well so I can stack them!). Only issues I've had is putting a little too much soap in it, so be sure to stick to the right amount of soap. It has many options and everything comes out super clean. Very pleased with the purchase :) FYI it is small, so expect to wash a half load to single load (compared to "normal" size washers).

This is an update to a review just posted. 1. Arrived today. First one damaged, so second one. 2. Rocks back and forth a tad (yes, it is balanced). 3. Extremely loud, louder than the Bosch, Miele, GE, or Whirlpool. 4. Came with a non-standard 120 V plug, needed to purchase an adapter. 5. Terrible smell. Sour, like a mix of feces and emesis. Traced to bottom of back of unit. 6. Installer had difficulty turning the thing on, power buttom glitchy. 7. Called customer service. Put in queue, call disconnected prior to my speaking with someone. Went through phone tree again and sales indicated that I need to get it serviced --Happy Day 1 of ownership. Yeesh.

Strange washer

Received washer today. Unclear if I received the correct plug.Had to go to the hardware store to purchase an adaptor as he plug supplied was not a standard 120 V . Unclear why the back bottom of the dryer smells like a combination of emesis and feces. The installer had difficulty turning the appliance on and off usingbthe power button, and I figured out the trick to doing so, but since it is not straightforward, you'd think the manual would tell you! Finally, it does rock back and forth (yes it is leveled), and takes maybe 5 minutes to be okay with spinning both a small and a large load. But mostly it's the smell. Disconnected when went through the phone tree to speak with someone, so pressed the sales button and told that I needed to talk to customer service to schedule a repair on this first day of ownership.

It got the top review of compact washer from Consumer Reports magazine, so I bought it accordingly. I was not disappointed. I am very happy with the compact size, many choices of the washing methods. It is quiet and it does not vibrate much.
