My older whirlpool stopped working and I needed a replacement. I was limited in size due to having to install under a countertop and found Electrolux offered washers that fit the bill. Was a little wary at first but have had it for a few weeks now and it is running like a champ! The smaller size concern has not presented any issues for me.

The Electrolux washing machine is awesome. Works like a charm. Great value! Do not buy your Electrolux washing machine or anything from PC Richards and Sons. They have the worst customer service and delivery, they hold you hostage until the night before and can't guarantee you a time slot. So you waste your whole day waiting for these monkeys to deliver the washing machine. I lost and wasted more time and money than the cost of the washing machine - WHAT A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION buying it through PC Richards and Sons!!

Replacing an older Electrolux that died after only 7 years and wasn't worth saving as it would cost more than a new one. Not really happy that I only got this many years out of it..The new washer has all the bells and whistles that you would expect, however, the delayed start functionality is not as good as the old one. Max delay is 6 hrs which takes away the possibility to start a wash in the evening and have it ready when you wake up. Wondering if there is an easy software fix that can be done for this, increasing the delay options to up to 12hrs. Removing one star because of this.

This washer has so many wash options as well as options for spin speed and water temperature. Wash times are displayed and washer turns off after the end of cycle notification. I did put it up on a laundry pedestal for my own ease. Super washer with all the bells and whistles of the larger models. Perfect for small spaces

I bought this model with the matching condensing dryer, and I love them both! I was looking for energy star quality machines to stack into a small space, and I am very happy with this purchase. Clothes come out very clean and there are more than enough cycle choices. Even though they are smaller than the ™€œaverage™€ US machines, the capacity is fine for me, I keep up with my laundry and don't let it pile up into several loads anyway. These are in my kitchen and I find the noise to be minimal; you can tell that they are running but they™€™re not overly loud. I spent a lot of time researching to find the best machines I could afford and I am extremely happy with this purchase!!

Electrolux DOES NOT Honor Their Parts Warranty

Under the second year of very light use and still under a 2 year parts warranty, Electrolux has refused to honor their commitment for the 4 parts that are needed to fix our machine. For that reason, I would NOT recommend this washing machine or any other Electrolux product.

Quiet. Can hear it working but it is not annoying - more of a soothing sound as the clothes flop! Cleans better than my not so old big washer. Fits nicely in and under kitchen counter. Small capacity (expected.) Max load for me is: 2 sheets, 2 pillow case, Hotel Style Egyptian Cotton 1000 Thread Count. I recommend it. Perfect for me since I live alone.

I was really excited for my new washer until I turned it on and it spins out of control shaking so much it walks 4-6 inches forward! Have tried to adjust feet for balance, tried light loads, adjusted spin speed to low or medium. Clothes come out almost dry, which is good, but something needs to stabilize the machine.

I purchased this to replace the compact unit in my condo. With not much space to work with, this unit fit great. It is large enough to fit a king size quilt in it, and washes even the largest items near silently. It does not shake a lot and supports the dryer nicely.

Money was no object; but space is a challenge as our washer & dryer are built in under a counter. There were very few options due to height restrictions. We can't believe the difference between this unit and what we had previously. This does an incredible job, is efficient, quiet and the difference in cleaning quality is very noticeable. We like this so much that we are buying the matching dryer although the one we have works perfectly well

We purchased the smaller European size to better fit in a hallway w/d nook inside the house. We went from a top loading larger washer to the small front loader. I was worried I would be doing laundry all the time but this washer fits our needs nicely (even with 2 teenage boys in sports). The clothes are cleaner than before and the machine is much quieter. I am thrilled with the purchase.

I am not impressed at all with this machine. I expected alot more from Electrolux. I had an LG stack washer and dryer that was superior to this washer and dryer unit. Never again, when these Electrolux units die I'm going back to LG.
