Machine is working well so far. However, when the machine was purchased, the special was free set-up of the new machine and free haul away of the old. When the delivery was made, they would not take the old machine or set up the new one. Called Electrolux and they were going to send me an email by 9-17-24, still no email how they were going to help. Had to find someone to help install and haul the old machine away.

In the past, we bought Sears Kenmore washers and dryers and now Kenmore is no longer in business. Our dealer suggested Electrolux and said that they are very well rated. So far, so good. The Appliances are easy to use and do a great job cleaning and drying.

I own an Electrolux range and now a new Electrolux washer. Both are more than I had hoped for. The new washer is not only significantly better at cleaning dirt but removing stains and it was rated as far more energy efficient. I am a cabinetmaker. When I first loaded a wash of challenging stains, glues and dirt I was surprised at the job it did on my work clothes. I couldn't be happier. Thank You

My 12 year old LG died and I was in need of a washer, our local appliance dealer had a few to choose from so after comparing what he had I chose the Electrolux. It washes well, not overly loud and the cycles are quite accurate for what you are washing.

We love our new washer! It replaced a 15 year old Maytag front loader. I do believe the clothes are much cleaner and are drier at the end of the wash cycle so that it doesn™€™t take as long to dry in our dryer! Would recommend to anyone needing a good washing machine!

Front Load Washer with LuxCare® Wash - 4.4 Cu. Ft. Model: ELFW7337AWI purchased the Electrolux Washer Model ELFW7337AW 12/23 after doing a lot of research and reading multiple reviews. It took me two years to save up to buy this washer and I thought all the saving was going to pay off with a quality machine. What is NOT disclosed anywhere is that Electrolux impregnates the rubber gasket with a scented antimicrobial. The smell is so strong even after cleaning and using the machine for months, that I have to keep the laundry room door closed at all times. The smell is sickening, causing headaches and trouble breathing.However, that is not the worst part, I have developed severe skin issues and irritation since getting this washer. I have had to seek urgent medical care from several doctors. I have not used a new detergent, soap, lotion, etc. It is the washer causing me to be seriously sick. I am disabled, therefore I can NOT go buy another washer, I do not have the financial means to spend another $1000 on a different washer. Had I known there were chemicals added to the gasket, I never would have bought this brand. The stores, the salesmen, not even Electrolux discloses this fact. SHAME ON YOU ELECTROLUX! I am going to report these issues to the Allergy and Asthma Associations, as well as to consumer product sites. Hopefully, this product will be prevented from future sales. Please, if you have breathing issues or skin sensitivity do NOT buy this product- it will make you sick!

So far, it does what most washers do-it washes clothes. Having said that, it does a just okay job. It definitely conserves water but maybe too much. I wish you could add more water to the wash cycle but it does have a second rinse and it has become my go to.I am hoping that it will last....time will tell..

So far, so good. Longevity is the real test here, though. We've had this for about 2 months now and seems to be fine. We had purchased antoerh Electrolux model about two years ago and we were disappointed that it only lasted two years. We had to go with another Electrolux because we have them stacked and the dryer had to sit on top of this new one, too.

When we moved, our new house came with a 2 year old Maytag. We were very hesitant to leave our older Electrolux with our old house since it had been so dependable and did such a good job washing. Within a few weeks we realized that the 2 year old Maytag wasn™€™t nearly the washer that our old Electrolux was. We ended up buying a new Electrolux and having them haul off the Maytag. Next time we move, if the new house doesn™€™t come with an Electrolux, then we are taking ours with us.

Replaced a 20 year old front load frigidaire. Engineering has come a long way with the quality of the door seal, the door hinges and closing mechanism. The washer does vibrate harshly mid cycle but is fast and silent in the spin cycle.

This washer is great. A lot quieter than my 18 year old washer. My homemade quilts need gentle care and room to get clean. This washer does both. The reversible door is another great option. The installer changed that for me. My son looked up reviews and ratings of Electrolux washers, he was impressed.

Terrible washer- bearings were bad from day one. Washing machine makes loud, booming noise on spin cycle.Electrolux wants to replace the bearings and will not replace the washing machine. We expect the bearings to go bad just after the warranty has ended! Terrible customer service!
