This machine was purchased to replace a 20 year old Kenmore front loader that had worked flawlessly until it didn't. I'm very happy with my new modern machine that runs smooth and quiet, plus it looks good. The 18 minute fast wash is a fantastic feature.

Love this brand and its washing machine. We've used electrolux for the last 8 years and have no intention of ever switching to another brand. I'm extremely pleased with my Electrolux washer. Unlike my older machine, it seems to use very little water and adds water little-by-little rather than filling the barrel right away. I hope to use it for many years to come!

My Electrolux washer does a great job cleaning clothes, towels, and even bulky items like a heavy comforter. The capacity is large compared to my old top load washer. This washer is easy to use, and the different options on it are great. I™€™m still getting used to the spin cycle- it sounds a bit like a jet plane taking off, but it™€™s not super loud in my opinion. My only complaint is that my delivery date was delayed by over two weeks and it took several phone calls on my part to get my washer delivered only 3 days past my originally scheduled date. But now that it™€™s in my house, I™€™m happy with my purchase.

Cleans excellent, has pod option which prevents adding to much laundry detergent. Machine is quieter then my last LG and GE washers. Perhaps because the machine is heavier, more solid then my last two washers from two different manufactures,Great machine!

I do about ten loads of laundry a week, and needing something that works like it should is a lifesaver. I especially love the feature that if the power button is accidentally pushed mid-cycle, the machine will resume where it left off.

This solidly built front loader replaces a Kenmore purchased in 2001, and while I've only used it a few weeks I hope it has the same longevity. There was no learning curve. Plug it in hook up the hoses hit the power button and make your choices. My favorite is the 18 minute quickie. I hardly get upstairs when time is up and the wash is finished. My trusty old machine took an hour even for the smallest of loads. At the first load I was concerned about a small amount of water left in the soap dispenser and there was a phone number I could call for support just inside the door. Also I was curious if my model had an interior light. The support team quickly answered both of my questions... Yes it's common for a little water to be left in the tray, and no my model does not have an interior light. My trusty Kenmore dryer fit perfectly on top of it so I didn't have to spend unnecessary money to replace it. I look forward to removing many years of wash from its sleek stainless steel interior. It is so quiet I don't even know when the wash is finished so I'll have to set a timer to remind me!

I just need a dependable 4.3-4.5 cu ft washing machine. Being a senior and massage therapist, most of my washing is cold normal soil. But I am not disappointed with all the features available to me if I do have special laundry needs. The control panel is logically laid out and is easy to select the options one prefers. I accidentally hit the lock button to prevent buttons from being pushed when the machine is not in use. Even reading the directions in the owners manual, it took me a few tries to get the machine unlocked. The manual does not include any troubleshooting for the machine--just for washing problems. I made an error and turned on the machine and forgot to turn on the water (my home owners insurance agent told me the most costly expenses is when one of the hoses breaks and floods the basement while you are unaware this is happening. He suggested I always turn the water off when not in use and get high quality hoses.) The machine gave an E11 error message and I knew it sensed there was no water. I immediately turn on the water, but the machine just flashed the error message and stayed locked. So I tired the old unplug-wait-replug. Nope. I went to look in the user maual and found there was no help. Crap! I just got the machine and jammed it. So I walked away with the water turned on as I could hear some sort of mechanizations coming from the machine. After what seemed an eternity, the machine 'found' the water and ran the cycle. Yes, I made a label that says "Turn ON the water". Sorry for the long story, but I am sure I am not the only person this has happened to. Again, I am very pleased with the purchase and hope to use the machine for may years. I run about 4-6 loads a week, mainly twin flat sheets (massage therapist!!).

This is a washer that does everything you could ever want. It has many useful settings. from sanitizing clothes, a steam function, to an express wash--18 minutes! I use this feature all the time. The wash is very quiet. Clothes come out perfectly clean. I don't think you can go wrong with this one.

Original washer was defective and would not fill with water. It took approximately a week to get a replacement that worked properly. Replacement product far exceeds the performance of the 15 year old Samsung front loader it replaced. Clothes that had been washed many times in the Samsung were spotless after the first wash using the Electrolux. Operation is straight-forward and I rate the overall value for the money as excellent.

Normal loads still require extra rinse cycles. The amount of detergent used is only up to number two (Tide). This supposedly is energy star efficient but with longer time needed to wash the clothes™€¦ so much for energy efficient.

Sorry, no photos. The washer is in my not so attractive basement. It has been twenty years since I had a new washer and this one is impressiv. Large capacity allows me to wash quilts and blankets. The spin cycle extracts most water and the ™€œdrawer™€ to add cleaning products is very convenient.
