Second time trying this washing machine. The first one had black mold throughout drum and seal within the first year. I just replaced with a newer version. Cycles are long but seem to do a good job. The washer does come with an odd smell, similar to motor oil.

So far I love my new washer and dryer. I am still figuring everything out, but they are doing great. The only thing I have noticed is the doors don™€™t feel very sturdy when closing they almost feel off center.

We've only had the washer for 2 weeks so far but first impressions are great. It has a solid feel to it and the wash cycles yield good results. They take a bit longer than our previous unit, but it seems to do a good job cleaning.

We love our new washing machine and wish we would have bought this years ago! The machine dries out easily with the door cracked ever so slightly, unlike our old front loader that had to either have the door shut or open all the way to dry out properly. Our clothes are coming clean, and the machine doesn™€™t shimmy during spin cycles. Buy it!

It took four deliveries. First washer was scratched, second one leaked all over my floor, third time picked up faulty machine and did not bring replacement, fourth time I got a washer. The last washer makes noises, it clatters and sounds awful. I will be calling the repair technician. This is so disappointing. My Electrolux washer of 14-1/2 years had minimal repairs. This experience and washer has been a nightmare.

Have had our new machine for almost a month. The machine is very quite and efficient and the large tub makes for easy removal of wet laundry. My only concern is that the soap draw retains a small amount of water after the cycles have finished. I keep the draw partially open to assist in drying.

This is my third electrolux front load washer, so I guess I'm committed to the brand. The first one I had to leave in the house that I sold per a buyer request. My second one gave up after ten years (drum bearings worn out). I kept the dryer which is still going strong. I love the ascetics of this new washer, the ease of use, the cycles, options and spin speed selection. This washer is ENERGY STAR Most Efficient which is a big plus. During my recent travel to Poland I'v noticed that Electrolux seems to be a preferred brand in Poland. Two rental apartments were equipped with all electrolux appliances.

This washer is extremely efficient and quiet. I am on a well, and last unit by Samsung, would take 70 minutes to do a 50 minute cycle. This unit does a 50 minute cycle in 50 minutes and clothes are cleaner!

First machine that was delivered leaked water all over floor and was immediately returned to Lowe™€™s. New machine arrived two days later and works fine. Does good job of cleaning clothes and handles large loads. Wish it had indicator showing which cycle is currently on. Like the lighted interior.

Purchased this washer to replace a 20-year old washer that had a spring break on the drum. I have to admit, I am a big fan of simple and straightforward appliances. I like manual knobs over lit up displays and buttons--to me it's just more that could go wrong. However, this washer had good reviews and was in stock. It washes clothes well. I use the tide-pods it recommended. It has a very strong spin cycle and clothes are quite dry when done washing. I don't need all the fancy cycles, but I found a combination that works and put it on a sticky note on the washer so the kids will know how to do their laundry. I had trouble with clothes being wrinkly after drying and through some research, it seems if they spin too much or if the load is too big that can happen. So I do a lighter spin and less clothes, which did help.

It cleans great! So much better than my last washer. This is my first Electrolux and I am happy with it. The door did make me nervous and I have already called and had it check it out but I guess that is just the way it is, I need to hold it closed for a few seconds or else it will pop open.

The way the washer premixes the detergent before using it on the contents is awesome. I can tell the detergent tray will stay clean for a long time. I use powder detergent, and this machine has been the best at leaving no residue behind.

After delivery and hookup of the washing machine a test wash was done and water leaked out of the bottom of the washer. Mopping and fans for 8 hrs finally dried the room. Upon calling Electrolux, I was told a repairman would be out the next week. I NEVER received a call from any repairman or from Electrolux. I contacted Lowe™€™s and they delivered a new washer the next week. To say I was disappointed in Electrolux would be an understatement. I am however liking the washer.

We love our new front loader. All of the options for the different cycles is really great. I notice it does have a tendency to trap socks in the door, and I don™€™t love how it retains some moisture after each cycle. But, our clothes are clean and it™€™s much easier to use than our old top loader.

So far I am enjoying my washer. I like that there is a light in the inside and washes clothes nicely. The door seems to have a different closing than I am used to. Sort of have to slam and not smooth at all. Otherwise, I am happy.
