I just purchased my 4th set of Electrolux washers and dryers- only because I™€™ve moved- and have been very happy with all of them! I™€™ve had various models, gas and electric dryers and I™€™ve enjoyed them all with ZERO complaints. The cycle options are great and easy to use even for my kids through the years (thank God they wash their own laundry!). Our clothes are always fresh and cleaned well. I happen to really like the front load washers and dryers as I am on the short side - I™€™ve had no issues with funky mildew smells as I leave my washer door and soap compartment open to dry after use. The steam option on the dryer gets a lot of use in our house as my teenagers love to leave their laundry in the dryer after it™€™s done, so ™€œfluffing™€ the laundry with the steam is a common occurrence. I™€™m so happy I took the recommendation to purchase my first Electrolux laundry set from the appliance store years ago, I wouldn™€™t have it any other way now. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my washer and dryer - I™€™ll also be adding a stacked version when I renovate my bathroom I love them so much. If you™€™re like me and peel through a ridiculous number of reviews before you purchase anything, do yourself a huge favor and look no further! You™€™ve already found the best laundry set there is!

Electrolux front loading washer & dryer

I have to say I don™€™t love my new washer because I don™€™t like that I cannot control the water temp on the fast cycle. Also, recently I washed a small rug and it did not spin. In reading directions, I saw that it was due to a small load, however, there was nothing else I wanted to wash with this dirty rug. Even the spin cycle would not wring out this rug and I had to do it by hand. Very frustrating. Same kind of experience with the dryer in that the short cycle will not let me regulate temperature.

This is my second LuxCare washer and I am a huge fan. It's easy to set up and has many helpful options. I bought both the washer and dryer upon recommendation of Frank's Appliance and am very pleased. The clothes come out clean and rinsed well. I needed a second washer because my 5 year old Electrolux's bearings were going and it costs more to fix than buy new. I guess it's the way today but am very pleased with the appliance. I like the look of the front black door and panel. I highly recommend it. It's worth the money.

This is my 3rd Electrolux washer. Loved the first one, we had it 4 years with no mold issues, but then we moved and it stayed with the house. The second we bought for the new house, but that one did have mold issues, pretty close to a year after getting it. It lasted 8 year though. With a family of 7, it did a lot of laundry before it couldn't do any more. I'm loving some of the features on the new model. The Cold Sanitize is amazing for towels! I haven't tried the steam feature yet, but I want to. It's also really quiet (the last one was to though). I'm hopeful about the mold.

I have only had this for two weeks and to this date everything is fine. I like all the wash options and that the timer is correct. On my last washer when it would say there is one minute left there would be up to nine minutes left. One thing is I wish the bottom of the opening would be just an inch higher as our laundry basket does not fit under it. This means you have to open the laundry first and then put the basket under it. The reason this is an issue is that sometimes a piece or two of clothing might fall out onto the floor. This is no a big deal unless it is a dish towel or anything related to kitchen laundry. I do love the cold cycles as they wash well and save energy.

We purchased the washer mid-January of this year and in July it stopped working. We told them the code that came up and the one guy stated he has not worked on this washer because it is new. Then the Electrolux service guy came out confirmed what the other guy said it was. I had the year warranty from Electrolux along with the extended warranty. We spent weeks & hours making calls to be told week after week that the part was on back order. After 7 weeks, Jetson finally gave us a new washer. I am praying that in 6 months that we will not come across the same issue!

Washer is excellent. Would rate it a 5 except for the fact that you have to remove the top and front to clean the filter. It's attached to a base so it's a big job. A little door in front like previous models would be nice.

This machine is quiet and efficient - and cleans extremely well. Cycles do take a bit longer (85 mins for Normal load with Extra Rinse), but energy/water efficient despite long cycles. Generous tub size - perfect for family of five! My last Electrolux machine was great too - and lasted 12 years.

Overall the new 700 series washer has been great so far. We have washed only 5 or 6 loads, but it is much quieter and smoother-running than our old front-loader. Our only complaint is the strong floral scent that it was treated with before shipping. It seems to be getting stronger over time. Probably not a huge problem for those who are not sensitive to fragrances and other chemicals, but it's disappointing to have this unnecessary and unpleasant "feature" added without having a choice in the matter. I really hope it fades over time, because otherwise we love the new washer/dryer set.

This is the best washer I ever had. It has a relevant selection of cycles, is intuitive in operation, relatively quiet, gentle on delicates, and very energy- and water-efficient. The additive dispenser drawer is well-designed and it also has a collapsible extension to keep the door open when not in use to minimize mold and mildew growth with the resulting odor. Water extraction cycles are quite varied, with the most intense mode resulting in virtually dry laundry.

Bought this one to replace my 600 series Electrolux because I only had that one for 3.5 years and the bearing went out .so if the same thing happens to this one I will never buy Electrolux again . It's sad because these are really nice machines and clean really good it's just that they put cheap bearings in them I only do three loads of laundry a week no more and the bearing went out .my Maytag Neptune set lasted 15 years before the bearing went out .
