This wash tower has been simple to use. The washer has many options to meet our family needs and the dryer dries well. Some cycles seem a bit loud, but our tower is in a dedicated laundry room and is not a bother to the household.

Purchased due to need for replacing 20 year old washer and dryer. Stainless steel drums for both washer and dryer ina singe unit with easy to use controls. Large capacity units with light in both washer and dryer is helpful - no stranded socks! Using HE detergent pods and mixing with water before contacting clothes solves the problem of pods melting on to the clothes. Pods are convenient for use. It's been less than a week, but so far very pleased.

Delicate cycle failure to spin water out

Delicate cycle does not spin clothing effectively.I have renamed the unit to the knitwear destroyer of doom. I had a previous Electrolux that was amazing on knitwear and had a perfect hand wash cycle.I™€™ve put a call in for service. We have had this unit for under 1 month. I™€™m hopeful this problem can be fixed. I might as well be washing my delicates in a bucket of water and hand wringing them. It would be more effective.

I love front loaders and chose this model for the tower with the setting buttons all in the middle, easy to reach and read. So far, they have both worked as good as I hoped, use much less soap, are quiet to operate and have lots of settings to choose from.

We love our Electrolux wash toeer. Our former brand let us down. It was supposed to make our life good but gave us life bad. Electrolux has changed all of that for the better. I love everything about it. Directions are clear. Wash is perfect and thorough. And there is no annoying beeping and tune playing. The unit very well in a tight 3 x 3™€™ closet.

I'm old school and like simple things. My simple but effective washer and dryer we dying after 12 years and I was sure I didn't want a front loader bc of the stories I've heard from mold to maintenance. After looking at a new set and doing a ton of research I decided to go with Electrolux. I get it serviced if something goes wrong unlike some of the top foreign brands that don't have technicians to work on them in the middle of the country. The option of the tower seemed like a good idea to save some space and streamline. I am absolutely thrilled with my decision and I love my laundry tower. There was a bit of a learning curve I experienced with my powder detergent and ultimately switched to a liquid. I read the entire manual twice and am very comfortable with all the settings and options now. It cleans my clothes so much better than my old top loader with an agitator.

So far so good! Just learning to use it. Washes well. Clothes come out of washer clean and dryish! Dryer didn't fully dry first load first time out. Issue for me: water gathers near door and must be wiped away after every load. The drawer for soap seems to remain wet all the time. We bought this duo because we are mold sensitive. Solid machine compared to GE stack so hoping this will work out!

I absolutely love my new Electrolux stackable washer and dryer! It has so many options yet at the same it's so easy to program. It's very intuitive and it knows exactly what you want. The delicates aren't overheated and the heavy duty cycle thoroughly cleans and leaves your load practically dry from the powerful spin cycle. I also like that it has a large load capacity. I never thought I could have such a luxurious appliance like this, but their prices were so much better than other models that had less features.
