I really like my wash tower but I guess I need to figure out the dryer a bit better. I have been using the ecodry mode and find that the clothes are still damp when the cycle is done so I end up drying again. Since it™€™s a new machine to me I may not be usthe best settings yet. Overall I really like it!

When we moved into our house 12 years ago, wr purchased a new washer and dryer - Electrolux. We lived the vacuum which we have had for 25+ years, so we gave it a shot. After 12 years of Use, multiple time per week, we could have kept on making small repairs when they would arise ( not often ), but we decided to check out newer units. After long time of research, we settled on the Electrolux laundry tower. 3 weeks in and very happy! Compared to other manufacturers, I know we made the right choice

The design of the washer/dryer combo as one complete unit is simple and contemporary. Really like the various stain mode options which my previous brand machine did not offer. It worked beautifully returning my heavily soiled floor mopping pads to a real white for the first time. My previous two General Electric stackable sets lasted exactly two years each so I decided to switch to the most reliable brand recommended by my local appliance store. I'm confident this product will not be a source of frustration for me and continue to operate flawlessly for a good number of years.

Had this stackable set delivered without issues. Despite the tight space in my condo fir very well. I love the washers detergent level and so far have not had to make any custom loads, presets clean very well. The Dryer 'DryBoost' option works amazing tod ry out large loads and dense towels or blankets. I have yet to find something I cannot use or works well. Great product overall.

Really liking the move from Side-By-Side to Stack

I've had the stack for a few weeks. My previous experience was a decade of side-by-side front loaders.It feels much more convenient to remain standing and remove the dry clothes, bend with your knees (not your back) to pull out the wet clothes and lift them up into the dryer.The experience of cycling the clothes from dirty to wet to dry is much better than my side-by-side of constantly crouching.

Growing up my mother had my grandmother™€™s old Electrolux vacuum. This thing weighed about 30lbs and was probably considered a weapon in some states, but there was never a better household appliance™€¦until this washer/dryer tower. When I saw this washer/dryer tower on the floor a flood of nostalgia came back, but I was initial hesitant to buy because certainly it would never live up to the quality I remember from Electrolux. Due to the limited size of my laundry nook this model ended up being the best option due to its reversible doors.Electrolux has crushed it with this laundry tower. I live in the south and spend most of my free time outside, and this machine has been the only thing that has gotten the funk out of all my athletic wear and beach towels. The optic white setting has completely brought my bed lines back to life, and it is amazing to have blankets come out of the dryer actually dry! It is quite enough that I can run a load at night, and haven™€™t had any issues with mildew in the washer like other front loading models.I can™€™t recommend this laundry tower enough, and just wish my mom was still here so I could share it with her.

So far we are loving our new Laundry Tower. It takes up so little space and perfect for our upgraded laundry room. The features on the washer are so cool, especially the stain setting and the steam feature on the dryer. We were advised to leave the washer door and the detergent drawer cracked open to dry after using to let them dry out. I™€™ve also been wiping them down, but who knows how long I™€™ll keep the wiping up. Great machines and very efficient.

I have had two other stack units, wash selections are on the top unit and difficult to read and reach, Electrolux are controls are between top and bottom, perfect. Tub size enables me to wash blankets and larger loads. There is nothing that is not better with my new Electrolux laundry tower.

A metal ring came off the first time we used the washer, but managed to put it back on ourselves. Also, it is noisy when running the washer, especially the spin cycle. It sounds like an airplane taking off and we shut the bathroom door, so as to keep the noise level down, since it's not down our basement.

The installation was quick and easy. We were pleasantly surprised at the cycle options and the steam feature on the dryer. We selected this model because it is the only one in the market that has the features we required. First, we are not very tall. The dryer controls on the full size w/d stacked units this replaced were very difficult for us to read and reach. Moreover, no other tower model available allows the doors to switch to open the same direction. As an added bonus, the space lights when the doors are opened. So far, so excellent!

The unit is exactly as expected so far. It fits the space great and the extra space it provides fits the laundry basket storage perfectly. The unit functions as expected as well. No unnecessary frills, just wash and dry stuff. Door reversal of both washer and dryer went well except a couple screw were hidden under labels on the doors. No complaints so far.

I like having less space taken up in my laundry room. This washer dryer combo meets the requirements for me and my husband. I can wash a king quilt in it. The only negatives I can say is it™€™s hard to balance because it™€™s hard to get to the back legs being in a tight space and even then it™€™s difficult to get just right. Also unless the washer is full and on high spin it wants to get off balance. It gets our clothes clean. It takes some time to dry and I don™€™t like the eco dry because it takes forever! That™€™s just me. Overall I would recommend this product.

(Purchased from BestBuy with delivery & Installation)I appreciate that the doors of this unit are reversable. That was a key deciding factor. If you're ordering from a retailer and paying for delivery & installation - double-check with a call or email that they will reverse the doors for you. I wanted that, but installers didn't do it. That task is still on my list of things to do, and I fear I may never get around to doing it.Performance wise, after 2 weeks of use - doing great! - Love the lights in the washer & dryer drums.Some minor design improvement suggestions: - Only the dryer has an on/off button for the drum light. You need to hit the dryer power button first to turn it on/off without opening the door. (Light comes on when unit is on and door is opened and it's on a timer and will go off after a period of time.) - There is no option to turn on the washer light, outside of opening the door. - Add a button to control the washer light, OR add a single button that would control both the washer and dryer light together. (Single push to turn on and let the timer turn off, double-push to keep on (like an oven light), with a single push to turn off again.) - The displays could benefit from being back-lit. You cannot see the contols in the dark. - Dryer lint trap could benefit from an easier-to-empty re-design. - Redesign of the detergent drawer/compartment - it holds a lot of residual water after the washer is done (increases liklihood of mold/mildew to form) - perhaps consider designing a way for clean (de-linted) dryer air to flow into that compartment to help dry it out (make it smart to not dry the compartment if there's an active washer load going.)I may have more ideas as time progresses - hit me back if you're curious.Aloha!

The dryer of this laundry tower is horrible to use and I get poor results with each load. I wish I had read about this from reviews before I bought, but there are so many great reviews. I dont understand how people are hapoy with this. For clothes that instruct to dry cold, the option is Eco Cold. I run my clothes through 2 cycles that takes over 2 1/2 hours and they're still damp. The Timed Dry least amount of time is 30 minutes. So I have to stay right there to dry these on a warmer temp for 5 minute so not too long because they are meant to dry on cold. I dont want them to shrink from the higher temperature setting to get them dried. Also depending on the material there are balls of lint all over the clothes, towels and sheets after drying. It's horrible. I've never had such a lint problem. The washer has worked great. I highly recommend not buying because of the dryer settings, sensor and lint problem
