This is a new machine. A very small load of clothing ex.- 6 white tee shirts comes out more than 80 dry. The repair man confirmed this. I would like to exchange it for another model. My brand new house deserves better. Also the lint trap broke a long time ago. Where is the replacement I asked for?

Perfect Dryer - except

Love the dryer. Great features. It is actually the cleanest dryer we have ever owned - as in the amount of dryer lint that escapes out of the dryer into the room. We dont use all the features - do like the option for steam refresh and steam sanitize drying. Mostly use time dry and manually set the temperature. One tip for LG. When you design laundry equipment with a drum light - when the cycle is over and you open the door the drum light should come on automatically and it should not time out after a couple of minutes. The user should have more control over the drum. At least be able to manually activate a door plunger to turn the light back on. Not on the LG machines washer or dryer. It is an annoyance.

We needed a laundry set that would adequately wash and dry our king size blankets. We are those people who let the non-shedding dogs on the bed with us. However I also wash the blankets every couple of weeks. This machine does a great job with no soap lint or dirt residue. Super quiet. Super happy

I bought this dryer in early December to replace a 16 year old LG dryer which developed a problem and parts were no longer available to fix it. This unit has a larger capacity which I enjoy. Plenty of presets and because the control panel is well designed the options such as dry level are easy to tweak.

Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Old washer 5 years old started leaking water from tub definitely had no guts took forever for a load to get done. New LG washer wow it does a load in no time lets me know on my watch/or phone when done. Towels jeans robes all have come out smelling and looking clean. Hope this machine lasts longer than previous.super happy so far.

Weve had an older model at our old house and sold it with the house. We got used washer and dryer set that lasted about a year when we had smelled something burning. I knew it was time to replace our washer and dryer set with something new with warranty coverage. LG has great washer and dryers. The quality is top notch and had features like WiFi enabled that I didnt know about which later came in handy when Im upstairs and didnt know the load was finished and ready to be swapped out. I can also tell a huge improvement overall in terms of our clothes smelling much better. Highly recommend this set of washer and dryer from LG

After having the dry for 3 weeks and only using it 5 times I am VERY disappointed. I need it serviced already because it is NOT drying my items and shuts off mid-cycle on ALL setting but the one when I can choose the amount of run time. I am having buyers remorse.

I do like this dryer except Im having an issue with intermittent malfunction with the circuit board. Luckily its covered under warranty and customer service has been pretty good. One other thing that bothers me is that it tends to not fully dry heavy loads

Owned this for about a year now and have no complaints. Installed myself and had no issues but Home Depot incorrectly installed the same machine for my daughter resulting in fault codes. Make sure vent is installed as per recommendations and is clean to avoid these fault codes.

I bought the washer and dryer set about 1 week ago. So far they are working great. I love the large capacity. There are lots of setting. I do find that most preprogrammed settings take. Little longer to dry the clothes. I like that the washer tells the dryer which setting to use. So high tech Way fancier than my last washer and dryer. I recommend this pair to anyone who does a lot of laundry and large loads. The only thing I dont really like is the lint trap. It seems to loose some of the lint when being removed from dryer-not a lot. It falls down into the slot the screen slides into. Just make sure to vacuum inside the slot weekly so it doesnt build up.

Great Dryer

Works so much better than our previous dryer. The steam function doesnt quite get all of the wrinkles out when I just throw some clothes in to iron them but everything else works well and works quickly. The ThinQ app is amazing and sends an alert to my phone when the dryer is done so clothes dont sit in their forever waiting to be folded.

Almost Perfect

The dryer door has a Real Tempered Glass decal that can end up upside down if changing the opening direction of the door advertised as reversible but evidently not. Already had a service tech try to take the door assembly apart to spin the glass but found that the glass was mounted in a metal housing that he didnt feel comfortable removing without possibly damaging the glass. Really at my wits end with trying to fix it and its small but such an eyesore when the machines are so gorgeous.

My washing machine died so I bought a washer/dryer set. It fit the same space my old smaller set was. It is great I can dry a full-size load of laundry in the same time space as my half-load sized dryer. So now I can do all my laundry in less than half the time and hopefully lower my electric bill.

I bought the set of washer and dryer and they work great and do their job. Getting them connected was a hassle because it doesnt come with all the hoses that are needed so I had to make numerous trips to the store to buy hoses. I dont think any washer and dryer set actually come with hoses but just an idea Other than that I love the set and they work great and look nice

Huge capacity a lot of features

Four month ago I bought this product looking to improve my dryer features and save money. This dryer has almost no impact in my energy bill. A full load of features that also sanitize you clothes. It has wifi connectivity so you know when finish. Also interconects with the WM4200HWA so it knows what was the cycle you have in the washer. Those are the perfect combination.

I have to babysit every load or it comes out damp or almost wet even when I set it at very dry. Worst on all delicate loads. I never had a set of sheets come out dry yet This problem is why I got rid of my last dryer. Home Depot told me to check exhaust to outside so I paid again to get the dryer ducts cleaned. The guys took pictures. It is immaculate.

I am so glad I bought this dryer because I am in heaven It takes such huge loads and I can customize it to handle the amount easily. I used to have a dryer that would need me to dry my clothing twice But this amazing machine has solved that issue for me : I am so inlove with it. Easy to use and the perfect lg application that lets me know when it is all done So glad I bought this and the washer they have made my life so much better
