Nice Dryer poor customer service

Product is great but would never buy directly from LG again. Installation was horrible and 2 out of 4 products showed up damaged.

Excellent efficient dryer

I bought this dryer about a month ago. I have been testing it with every big blanket I have in the house and it works amazing. I have a load going everyday sometimes twice a day with kids and my husband working. This dryer keeps up quickly efficiently and quietly. I love that it tells my phone when it is done. It is definitely a 5 star along with the new washer.

This dryer is excellent. It offers plenty of cycles and the steam de-wrinkle function works great The clothes come out nice and dry without any fabric damage. I just wish the drying rack would come with it instead of a separate purchase.

Great washer

First front load we ever owned and so far so good. We needed a high capacity washer with a hand wash/wool setting. This is only one of three machines I could find. Bosch makes a front loader but it is a compact one. Speed Queen makes a top load one but it has an agitator so may not be as gentle on wool and hand wash fabrics. The LG has multiple wash cycles WiFi connectivity and Alexa support. I only wish the detergent/fabric softener bin would be bigger so as to accommodate more loads 18 loads. Otherwise we really like it and the clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

A dryer that actually dries the clothes

Gone is the classic frustration that the full load from the washer placed in the accompanying dryer does not dry all of the clothes completely. The WiFi letting me know when the cycle is completed is great.

Love this LG DLEX6700B Dryer

This LG dryer replaced my 12 year old LG dryer which I loved. I love the new black steel dark grey color and new feature of steam dry without having to manually fill a drawer with water. Its hooked up separately to the water line. I also love the easy selection dials and music it plays when its done.

Good looking and easy to use

This replaced an LG dryer that I had and loved. I love the new upgrades wifi and smart sensing. I thought maybe there would be new drying technology that might dry my clothes faster but so far I havent found that to be true. Hoping they are as trouble free as my last set were.

I love this black stainless steel LG Smart Dryer. It works like a charm and I love the front loader features. It is nice to pair it with the app and be able to be notified when the load is complete. I also like that it reminds you to clean the filter and has the load detection setting. I hope this dryer lasts for a long time

WORST EXPERIENCE-DO NOT BUY FROM LG DIREC TLY

Product was not delivered on date promised no phone call or any communication lost in warehouse 6 days after the initial install date they show up and do not have proper cable to install dryer so I have to go to Home Depot to buy. Day I receive the washer and dryer LG reduces the price of each $200 $400 total will not honor a price reduction which Best Buy Home Depot and Lowes would honor. Called Customer Service multiple times and they stated we will give you $25 back less than 1 of total I paid. Product is nice and works well but there is no benefit to buy directly from LG they are not customer focused and I will never buy another product. Even after I asked to return the items they will not honor. Waste of time and money. STAY AWAY FROM LG

The dryer that doubles as a road block.

I purchased this dryer on December 19th. It never powered up. AE Factory Services has scheduled four times to make repairs. First time ordered parts second time was a no call no show what a waisted day waiting third time found wrong parts were ordered and ordered new parts fourth time is today but parts are not here and I expect A E will not be here either another day waisted waiting

Extremely noisy

Brand new dryer thats only a few days old makes extremely noisy sound. I put very little load and it still makes crazy loud breaking sound. Just take it away and refund me the money.

We bought this just a couple weeks ago so no longevity help but so far it has worked flawlessly. Multiple different options including steam and many other helpful features. I bought this True Lg. set in 2018 Its been the greatest investment. I couldnt believe my husband would spend the kind of money on the set and I am happy that he did Once I used the machines I told my husband that we will never use any other machine for he hit a home run on this purchase. It is well worth it Features are amazing and it has been dependable and I have not had any issues in the past 5yrs. My only complaint is once someone has used my set they all say the same...Your machine is amazing and there clothes has never been so clean. Now I feel like Im the town laundromat lol I love my machines thank you Lg.

Dry after 2 cycles

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am not impressed. Most loads need 2 cycles before getting completely dry. I even decreased the load amount and it still did not work.
