Title: Total game changer high-tech laundry thats actually... fun? Rating: Im not gonna lie I was fully prepared to hate these. They seemed way too technical for me and I thought theyd just be a giant headache. But after 3 days with this LG WT8600CW washer and DLEX8600WE dryer Im officially obsessed. If youre staring at these in the store wondering if you should go bigjust do it These are hands-down the best machines Ive ever used. The coolest part? They actually have personalities. They both greet me when I turn them on lol and you can even pick the tunes they play. The little programmable icons are such a vibe and honestly make my day a little better. Plus once you get the Wi-Fi set up they ping your phone the second a load is done. It sounds small but it saves me so much time. Performance-wise these are beasts. I can toss in a king-sized comforter and actually know its getting clean. Theres a specific touch setting that fills the water to the perfect level for big stuff. Also the laundry soap and softener are automaticthe machine just tells you when its time for a refill. No more guessing. A couple of other things I was worried about: Fingerprints: The black glass looks sleek but I was scared of smudges. Turns out they wipe right off with a microfiber towel. Maintenance: I heard people complain about the dryer filter being hard to clean but its really not. Its super easy and the dryer even alerts you when its time to wash it out. Pro-tip: They arent exactly cheap so definitely wait for a sale at your local appliance shop. I scored big by getting $100 back from LG and another $100 from Jetsons Appliance. Definitely worth every penny

Still not receiving my order after numerous emails

I have exchanged numerous emails with your team over the past month and have promptly provided all information requested. Despite this my issue remains completely unresolved. My order which was placed more than two months ago has still not been delivered. At this point I no longer have confidence that this matter can be resolved at the current level. Please escalate my case to a supervisor who can give it the appropriate attention and authority. Had a replacement order been placed immediately after it was confirmed that I never received the original dryer I would have had a functioning unit by now. Instead I have experienced prolonged delays with no resolution. My questions have remained simple and unchanged for the past month yet neither has been answered: 1. Whenand ifmy order will be delivered and 2. If the order will not be shipped confirmation of an immediate full refund along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by this extended delay. I expect a clear and definitive response from a supervisor as soon as possible.

Failure to Deliver and Install After One Month

At the recommendation of LGs support center I placed a new order that included free installation. Unfortunately more than one month later I am still without the unit. The unit was initially delivered but the first installation crew was unable to complete the installation. A second crew was later dispatched however I was informed that required parts were missing and the unit was taken back entirely. I made multiple attempts to contact the installation manager who was initially responsive but then became unresponsive. I also contacted LG via email on several occasions and never received a response. When I finally reached LG support by phone I was told that the system showed the unit as installed which is completely inaccurate. One day later I received a call from LG support acknowledging that a software bug had caused the incorrect installation status and I was assured I would be contacted the following day. Five days have now passed and I am still waiting with no follow-up. As of todaymore than one month after purchaseI am still waiting for delivery and installation. This experience reflects serious failures in LGs shipping installation coordination and customer support processes. Based on this experience consumers should be aware that placing an order with LG carries significant risk.

Delivery Service Review

**This review is for the delivery service only we have not used the dryer yet as it is still in the box in my garage.** When I purchased the dryer the order page clearly stated **free installation.** After multiple rescheduling attempts over the past eight days the delivery crew finally arrivedonly to tell me that installation was *not* included. When I contacted LG I was told that installation *is* free but that I didnt select it during checkout. I live in the Bay Area and work in high tech and I can say with confidence that the checkout process does **not** make it clear that you must manually select something in order to receive a service advertised as free. If installation is truly free why isnt it automatically included? Now LG refuses to fix the issue and is telling me I have to pay out of pocket for a third-party installation. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
