Cooktop with a great layout

We are enjoying our new LG gas cooktop. It is a 5-burner unit with controls centered in front. This allows plenty of space for the burners and easy access to the controls. The cooktop is quite shallow and we were able to put in an additiona drawer below it for flat utensils. The burners light quickly and burn smoothly and efficiently.

Always wanted a gas stove

We bought this when doing our full-gut kitchen remodel. I wanted a gas cooktop--I had been using electric cooktops for the 32 years we lived in our house. It is great It is easy to light burners it is easy to control the heat and our overhead fan unit takes out any odors or gas aromas. Unfortunately it is not as easy to clean as my old cooktop was. There are curves and edges that require a little more effort. The stainless steel under the grates needs to be buffed to really shine but this is just an inconvenience that I wasnt thinking of when I chose the appliance.

I love the cooktop It is easy to use and easy to clean. I wish I had a Griddle for searer for the top to cook steaks etc. Also I dont know how to take the Knobs off to clean under them. Otherwise it is AMAZING

Knobs and grates are poor quality.

I bought this when I redid my kitchen and bought a very expensive LG cook top thinking that I would get a well made product. However the knobs are cheap plastic that keep breaking all printing on knobs and surface of stove are wearing out and the two outside grates have warped so my pots dont sit flat. It is 6 years old.

Great cooktop four burner sizes for all needs.

Got it from Costco best place to buy appliances and delivery and installation was included in the price. Has 5 burners-with 4 different sizes. Small medium large and a super-boil burner in the middle. Based on heat required you can select the right burner. Its early and I have only had it for a few days but so far I am pleased with the purchase.

I enjoy the SuperBoil feature on my LG 5-burner gas cooktop. Im amazed how quickly water and other liquids come to a boil its a matter of minutes. The other great feature is the ease of clean up. Just wipe down with a damp cloth no abrasives needed.

Loved everythg except the heat from the pan warped the knob bc it is plastic. This happened within a year of purchase so we got new knobs from LG. Thank you *take a pic of ur serial number before u install bc u will need it if something goes wrong

Very good cooktop with one exception

Love the burner layout and this is a very nice product for a 30 range. My only complaint are the rather cheap knobs. They do not feel very substantial and I am slightly worried they may break at some point. Besides that the range has been great and I love using it
