Absolutely horrible service. Not properly installed. No one has come to repair it for a month. Please do not buy from LG it is not worth your time and effort.

Poor Quality

The dishwasher works very well but the bottom rack will not stay on the track. Operation is very quiet and the dishes are very clean but I want to throw the bottom rack across the kitchen. Every time I use the dishwasher the bottom rack gets stuck half way in and I end up wrestling to try to get it back in place. The Live Chat option on the LG website doesnt work. Frustrated with the chatbot - that suggests the most obvious fixes. Thinking I may need to call the appliance dealer and find a replacement.

Wanted to love it

This dishwasher is 4 days old and has only been used 1 time and the lower tray will not stay on the track. So I cant run it as the lower arm will not be able to spin as the rack is falling in to the bottom of the dishwasher. I have tried to talk to customer service about the issue and have been told they will send someone out to look at it but if it not a warranty issue I am responsible to pay for it. Now I had LG people install the dishwasher and again its 4 days old used once but I will be responsible for the service call and repair if they installed it incorrectly. Seems fair Stay away from LG customer service is none existent here. Not to mention the installers destroyed my kitchen cabinets on install and I have been waiting several days to hear back from them as well.

Great cleaning cheap materials

Cleans dishes very well. I love the drying features. Unfortunately two cheap parts leveling screw and rinse aid dispenser have already broken in less than 2 months. I worry about the durability of this dishwasher and wonder if it will need frequent repairs.

Start with the good: Its quiet. Decent capacity. Upper rack moves smoothly. Nice interior light. Now the bad: Within 3 days the lower rack had a wheel break off. Then another the next day. Due to the imbalance a third the day after. Once the first wheel broke I called to get it replaced. I was told Id have it within 5-7 business days. Two weeks pass and I call again. I was told they just shipped and it would be 5-7 business days. Two more weeks pass I call again. I was told it was on backorder and never shipped and theyd let me know. Another month passes and I call still nothing. Another wheel breaks... Now lower rack doesnt move. I call again an they say it just shipped. A week later I get the rack. It is a perfect replacement but wobbles and comes off the track every time. With the ease which these wheels break I have huge concerns about long term reliability. Cleaning is hit or miss. Sometimes misses a lot. Steam function is great but the condensation will leave water all over the floor in puddles. I would not buy this ever again.

The dishwasher works fantastic...on the wheels on the lower rack is broken hence comes off track....been told they can not just send the wheel I have to get an entire new lower rack....which is backorded very frustrated about that part......the unit it self is a 5 start...cleans its quiet and cycle times are not long. I had the d/w installed that guys I had were great and paid attention to every little detail

I purchased the DW directly from LG. The ordering process was easy...being able to adjust the delivery was a great option .the delivery and installation was top notch everything was documented with pictures.ran a few cycles and the noise level was extremely quiet. The only issue is that was not noticeable untill the lower rack had dishes loaded that the lower rack would come off track noticed that one of the wheels has a guide attached to it was broken...called CS and found that the lower rack needed to be fully replaced was told the it was on back order ...a brand new DW and having to be extra careful pulling and pushing the lower rack back in is a pain ..several calls have been unsuccessful in getting an answer on timing . Product gets 5 stars...CS not so much
